Doubletree in City of London, Westminster

We were given this afternoon tea as a present. The menu for the afternoon tea looks good... but fails to deliver. "Mini brioche and sandwiches Ham, cheddar and mustard Chicken and pesto Cucumber, crème fraiche and smoked salmon Egg mayonnaise and cress." What we actually got was four very small squares of sandwich each, consisting of just the smoked salmon and the egg mayonnaise. Some small cakes as described and a scone. Some of the bread was not the freshest we've ever had, not stale, just not as soft as fresh bread. We were only offered one cup of tea or coffee. Every other afternoon tea we've had at other venues at least offered us additional drinks. It's not as if the place was busy, there were only a few occupied tables. As for atmosphere and ambiance, there was none, especially as the cleaner was hoovering around us and then using a floor polisher.

Lovely afternoon tea experience! On arrival we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome from Enrich who showed us to our table. We were served by Renju who was attentive, accommodating and professional. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon and highly recommend this venue. We look forward to returning.

Not enough staff and the one who took our order did not convey our wishes to the kitchen accurately. It took a long time to be served and in that time we weren’t given all our drinks. However the afternoon tea was quite nice apart from the small cakes.

Visited on a weekday and we had a lovely time for our afternoon tea. Service was very friendly and accommodating and the venue was spacious and bright. Sandwiches were of a minute quarter size,could be improved to at least half a size, but satisfactory ,along with the small buns and the fillings. The rest consisted of scones and dainty cakes. Had a refill for my tea which was much appreciated.

Went for a 3 course Christmas lunch .Food was lovely and the main course which we choose was turkey with all the trimmings. I must say we got an enormous helping and could not manage to finish. Food was so very tasty and service was very good. Yes I would definitely recommend.

We have booked an afternoon tea for 2. 45 minutes wait for 8 tiny sandwiches and 8 desserts. But no plates, had to wait another 10/15 minutes. Also no tea, had to wait another 20 minutes, waitress brings tea but no sugar, asked for sugar, not receiving it after 10 minutes. Went to the bar to get it myself, waitress saw me then 3 minutes later went to our table and thrown sugar on it...! This waitress never smiled or apologize. She clearly doesn´t like her job and should consider to change! Went to pay, bartender apologize for the wait, the only one that was nice in that room... The sandwiches and desserts were not great. Very basic and the bread wasn´t fresh... Much too expensive for what we had. Will never go back again and highly do not recommend this place.

I had gone here for a some snacks during the afternoon. Quite impressed with the service provided by the member of staff especially Alina who was helpful in everyway. I also had to attend an online meeting from this place and she was really helpful in accommodating me.

Service very slow and poor. Severe lack of organisation it would seem. Waited 45 minutes for eggs Benedict which was luke warm when it came out. The cafe was almost empty!

Well we didn't get to have a dinner as booked under a well known vochur company. We were booked for a three course dinner and bottle of prossecco on Saturday 30th September But because of the trains strike over weekend which was when we were booked. I emailed the day before to advise no other way of getting there. In view if the train strike would they honour the booking under the same offer for an alternative day......twice the email was sent, but nor a word from them at all...what sort of company does that... The vochure is now showing expired...marvellous....well qe have learnt from this...not to bother with this place in the future....so people if you have a vochure..make sure you don't get caught out like us . Coz they are not accommodating.

Amazing experience here, Joe the manager was extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. We were guests at the hotel and did their picnic basket and ate here a few times. Will definitely come back when we have the chance.

My daughter took me for brunch on a voucher offer. First issue - brunch doesn't exist despite it saying so on the confirmation email. So we ended up having lunch. The actual food was ok. Everything else was not. The waiting staff appear to have no idea what to do, ie wait on tables. Their English is limited - it took a while to ascertain that brunch wasn't available as words such as "crossiant" were not understood. Ditto "balsamic". The first course and the prosecco were successfully delivered and enjoyed. Our plates were not taken away until the next course arrived. My daughter had the wrong meal, it was salmon but with all the wrong accompanyments (they had given her a similar meal from another menu available to non-voucher customers but not what my daughter ordered or wanted). So they left my lunch, plus the salmon and took the accompanyments away. I had just finished mine when they returned with the correct part of the meal to go with her now cold salmon. No-one ever apologised or asked how our meal was. All around us we could hear "sorry". Sorry that you have to leave because your drinks didn't arrive, sorry we have given you the wrong food, sorry that you have had to sit with someone's stinky asktray on your table. We flagged someone down to order dessert. Again plates not cleared until dessert arrived. The actual food was ok, hence two stars rather than one, but everything else was simply awful. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they were "out the back" and could they help? I explained that I wanted to discuss the poor service and they just said "haha sorry".... Over the road in Kensington Gardens there is a little cafe selling wraps and waffles - that is where we will go next time. In a prime London spot under the Hilton banner there is no excuse for hiring untrained staff with no idea about how to work as a team and simply not caring about your customers.

Used to love it here. Went recently and the service is awful. I never even leave but reviews but I should of heeded the warning others have left because why does it take half an hour for a glass of tap water?

Waited 29 mins for drinks and ordered food together. Everything arrived at different times. One meal never arrived. Melbes chips £3.95 should of been called McCann oven chips as that's what they were. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Good ambience. Food was very good, despite choices being a little less as we had a groupon voucher and had to order from the set menu. Still there was enough choice. Service was pleasant and excellent. Rushang took care of us he was great.

Visited here for afternoon tea with a friend and had a really nice experience. The staff in particular were lovely and helpful, especially Rushang. The selection of cakes was great, and we enjoyed that as well as the prosecco we also got unlimited coffee, tea and hot chocolate included. The only thing which would have made it 5 stars would have been more sandwiches as the portions were quite small, and more jam and clotted cream as this wasn't enough for 2 people. Would definitely visit again though as we had a really lovely time.

Wowcher deal. Food average. Tiny portions. More like a mummy’s and buggy’s meeting place. Poor service. Had to send some of the food back. Erin mess was a tiny glass with cream and few tiny segments of strawberry with a few crumbs of meringue. Dinner was supppsed to be a chicken kebab with flatbread, the bread with hard and burnt and the chicken was a roasted chicken breast piece with skin sliced in half. Veggies were cold and mixed in with the yogurt. I wouldn’t recommend this place. WE WONT BE RETURNING!

We had a voucher for afternoon tea and booked a table in advance. We were sat down straight away and food arrived promptly. There wasn't loads of food, but enough to have an enjoyable afternoon tea. The reason I am writing this review is to praise Rushang and his brilliant service, he made the whole experience really pleasant!

We had a Wowcher voucher given as a gift for a champagne breakfast, and as instructed booked in advance by phone.On arrival , were initially told they don't accept walk ins for breakfast, and only after speaking to several people the staff member showed us to a table.This was basically a self service buffet.The food area was quite small and the food was at best average and fairly limited.The croissants were unusual in appearance and did not look very appealing, and the sliced bread for toast was damp ( probably frozen at some point)We were finished in around 40 minutes and left disappointed.If I were a guest at the hotel, I would cancel breakfast and go to a local cafe where I suggest that it would be far better quality.Would not recommend.As it happens we went to a holiday Inn the next morning as were we travelling on holiday, and the Breakfast was far superior in quality, quantity, choice and appearance.

I purchased a Wowcher voucher as a surprise for a loved one and we went to Urban Meadow Cafe and Bar for lunch and bottomless prosecco. Before arriving, I had numerous emails with the manager (Aniaz) who was very courteous and responded back to me multiple times; professionally and promptly and I was excited that this would be a lovely afternoon at a venue linked to the Hilton Hotel. When I arrived staff couldn't find my voucher - even though I had emailed it across weeks before. I felt a demand to produce the information on my phone and rushed which is not how I wanted the experience to be (especially when I sent this information beforehand and my booking was confirmed). The starters (chicken wings) were tasteless but the mains (burger)) and dessert (cheesecake) were very nice. In saying this, I wouldn't go out of my way to return to this venue. Staff were not very attentive and I didn't feel that I had a special experience. The restaurant wasn't very clean (entrance was dirty), no one opened the door for me when I arrived (they just stood there looking at me), I had to ask for clean cutlery when mine fell on the floor loudly (this should have been automatic) and my table was dirty/stained.

Went in for a coffee and some pastry. Coffee was bad . Pastry basket had 3 types of pastries which were not fresh.

Came here with a voucher from Groupon for three course meal and a bottle of fizz.Myburger was of very low quality and looked like it was cooked the day before, first course the chicken wings were very spicy, attentive waiters but the atmosphere wasn't great and there was a giant rat in the garden so that made me nervous in case it came inside the restaurant.This was a birthday meal present and the rat was the last thing we wanted to see, won't be going back!

We booked afternoon tea via the Groupon offer, it was such good value we didn’t really know what to expect! But we’re so pleased we booked, it was fab, lovely atmosphere, staff were all faultless and welcoming, they couldn’t do enough for us, especially Richard (thank you). We used an Activity Store voucher which entitled us to Afternoon tea for two with a bottle of Prosecco. I booked via email and asked for an indoor table. The cafe is in a good location at the edge of Hyde Park and so convenient to combine with a visit to the park. It is part of the Hilton Hotel but open to outsiders. All went smoothly, shown to our table and very soon given a bottle of Prosecco in an ice bucket for our table. It was not busy , they were several other couples having afternoon tea as well. I asked for the salmon sandwiches to be replaced and was given the choice of cucumber or egg. The sandwich and cake selection provided was well presented, not excessive quantity but acceptable. We were given choice to have our pot of tea served straight away or when we wanted. There was no tea choice offered but we were OK with that. Staff were friendly, helpful and wore masks. After eating our food we moved out side to finish off our Prosecco. All in all we were happy with our Afternoon tea experience here.

Tried this place using a Wowcher deal for 3 course lunch and 90 min bottomless Prosecco. It was worth every penny! The food was good (burger and deserts were the highlights) the Prosecco was nice and plentiful and the atmosphere was really relaxed. Richard was our server and he looked after us so well it made a great day even better. Will definitely be going back!

Great service, sitting outdoors. Very clean and safe. Staff keeping to the Covid safe rules and providing attentive hospitality. Def recommended for just drinks or drink and light food. Very reasonable prices, so good value as well.

Compramos un té de la tarde a través de Groupon y, mientras teníamos problemas para reservar a través del sistema en línea de Groupon, el gerente de Urban Meadow, Aniaz, fue fantástico al ayudarnos a completar la reserva, e incluso nos cambió felizmente la reserva cuando tuvimos que hacer un cambio a nuestros planes. Una pena que seamos post Covid. La variedad de comida era limitada, pero el bistec era bueno. El servicio de Nyson fue bueno en lo que creo que son circunstancias difíciles.

Pasamos por aquí durante una mañana húmeda de enero. Nos sentamos rápidamente y no esperamos mucho por nuestras bebidas. Los camareros fueron muy amables y el servicio fue muy bueno. Pero la comida era sólo regular. No tenía nada de malo, simplemente no se destacaba ni tenía mucho sabor. No probé el té, así que podría valer la pena intentarlo de nuevo, pero aparte de eso, no creo que vuelva.

My daughter and I are foodies..... the food we got was fresh and cooked to perfection. We had such a pleasant experience in terms of ambiance and staff professionalism.

Booked for four of us to celebrate my friends birthday with a three course dinner here. We required wheelchair access and that is evident here. Friendly reception by the staff especially our waiter Richard, who was excellent throughout the night especially as the processco was free flowing - it tastes sooooo lovely. We had the burgers, pork and beef and a steak all with the himiylan fries which tasted just right!. My favourite part was the peppered squid starter and the desserts, oh my passion fruit tart and choc and toffee cheesecake simply scummy. This is my third meal there now and my only grumble is that I would like the desserts to be larger slices, yes they taste THAT good and I’m a dessert queen!

Well where better to spend a splendid Sunday afternoon with the family than this rather busy yet relaxed establishment. My wife and I thought it would be a good idea to try this restaurant for their Groupon deal of a three course bottomless Prosecco brunch! It gave us a great opportunity to venture into London and sample the deal to see the value for money for those still deliberating! Well my wife and I arrived uncharacteristically earlier than our booking time but still managed to get seated comfortably whilst waiting for our daughter and her partner to arrive. The starters were well presented from smoked salmon, mackerel, cold meats to potatoe salad, olives, green salads and feta cheese. All this was available on a 'eat as much as you like' basis as were the desserts. The main courses consisted primarily of egg dishes, such as eggs Benedict, royal and poached. There were also burgers on the menu as well as pancakes. The steak had a £4 supplement we were told. I had the pulled pork burger with rustic fries. The portion size was more than adequate especially after a couple of helpings of the starters which really was a great way to start!The desserts were just the right portion size to avoid the over indulgence by the time you get to this stage. The selection was pleasing to both the eye and more importantly to the stomach! Service throughout our time at the restaurant was excellent as there were enough waiting staff to keep an eye on the flutes that needed topping up with Prosecco which seemed to be flowing flawlessly throughout the restaurant. All in all a great experience with good food and, oh so much Prosecco to be had inside the 90 minute window allowed! Iwona was especially accomodating and the smile was certainly a great touch to reassure us and make us feel comfortable and at ease in traditional Hilton surroundings! Stumbled upon this place whilst trying to avoid the rain. Myself and my mum decided to order some breakfast. I had some pancakes and she had the eggs royale. Unfortunately when the food arrived it wasnt very warm. The coffee was also on the luke warm side. However one good thing was that the orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted nice. The food was very average. Something I could easily knock together at home. Slightly overpriced too. 2 pancakes, a dollop of creme fraiche and a small handful of blueberries for £7.95. Service wasnt bad. But definitely room for improvement.

I will admit this was only my second afternoon tea experience so perhaps the first one I went to was just of a much higher standard, but this was very underwhelming for an afternoon tea for two at the price of £36. The sandwich fillings weren’t to mine or my partners tastes and were super bland and minimal (but perhaps this is in style with the “light” trend of afternoon tea). I was imagining that we’d have 2 scones each as most afternoon teas I’d seen so was a little disappointed with one tiny one each. The “variety of cakes” specified on the Red Letter Days page of which I purchased the voucher ended up being as you can see: 1 chocolate sponge, 1 tiny macaroon and 1 lemon cheesecake bite. At this price I would’ve expected a little more but it felt as if we were sitting in a cafeteria and the seating area shown on their website with plush sofas we were not allowed to sit in. The staff were fairly slow considering it was completely quiet in the café for a Wednesday afternoon in February, but we were offered one tea or coffee each. After a short 40min stay we left with the intention to head for a proper meal shortly after!! Not worth it, nothing special or outstanding I would say. As you can see I was expecting a nice little picnic table set up and instead it came on a straight little plank of wood rather than a tiered set up. I would say my standards are pretty low and I was just hoping for something similar to as described on the website but was very underwhelming and disappointing and has put me off of afternoon tea. Would be interested to see if anyone else has experienced something similar.

Mis amigos y yo fuimos a Urban M. para una comida de 3 platos (comprada en Groupon) y realmente disfrutamos de nuestra comida y el prosecco incluido.La camarera era agradable, pero no muy cariñosa, en particular cuando descubrió que teníamos un cupón para la comida.Todo el personal estaba ocupado y no centrado en los pocos invitados en el restaurante, que estaba casi vacío. No se dieron cuenta de que nos íbamos, tampoco se despidieron.Lamento mucho este mal servicio porque el lugar y la comida eran bastante buenos.

Groupon Deal was amazing which included a bottle of Prosecco. Even though this was a deal the staff were attentive and and very accomodating giving special attention to my friends birthday

Estaba tan sorprendido y feliz con lo buena que era la comida en Urban Meadow. Los zumos recién hechos por la mañana eran deliciosos, el desayuno buffet, el almuerzo y el servicio de habitaciones también eran fantásticos. La comida era fresca y saludable y estaba muy feliz de ver opciones sin gluten y veganas en el menú. Ewalina brindó un excelente servicio en varias ocasiones y realmente la apreciamos. Este restaurante realmente ayudó a que la estancia en el Doubletree sea excelente y también lo recomendaría a los huéspedes que no son del hotel.

Este lugar es parte del hotel Hilton Doubletree y aún más como una cafetería independiente. Me sorprendió gratamente que me invitaran a cenar aquí. Tengo que admitir que la comida (menú fijo, variedad limitada), las bebidas y el servicio eran buenos. Se llama cafetería y bar y parece uno (aunque moderno).

Found this place on a groupon offer for a 3 course meal on a satursday eve, i thought there would be a catch, there wasnt.food was really good, portion size ok, our server 'Richard' was great with his recommendations and diety advice (partner cant have gluten or dairy) Thank you Richard!only critisism was the marble effect taple top was glued on top of an older table lol making it very wobbly, never seen anything like it to be honest, very odd. Atmosphere was a bit sterile and reminded me a bt like a pizza express with th ecolours and bright lights but I'd like to go back again as we all enjoyed the foodThere were alot of people dining with groupon vouchers because we kept hearing tht staff mention it, maybe the host/server should be more discreet with mentioning this as it did feel like we were dining as second class citizens lol

Great brunch and so worth it using the Timeout offer I found. We definitely got our money's worth with the bottomless prosecco and all of the appetizers at the buffet table. The meal itself was pretty good. The service was excellent, we really appreciated Richard!

We had a very nice Sunday Brunch including 2 bottles of very good Proseco for 4 people. We could take home one of the bottles. Service was excellent and buffet food was very well displayed. The chef also comes out once in a while to check if everything is under control. The moment one dish is finished a replacement comes immediately after. The choice for buffet menu was very well thought of taking care to consider different palates. It was very good ambiance with people dressed appropriately.

Bestemte oss for å gå på denne restauranten, da den ligger som en integrert del av hotellet vi bor på. Vi synes menyen for småretter såg innbydende ut, og bestemte oss for å dele 3 forskjellige småretter (se bilder). Både maten og porsjonen var bra - men servicen kunne være bedre! Litt språkproblemer når jeg spurte etter en «virgin mojito» og ikke «urban mojito», men det ordnet seg. Vi satt også lenge etter vi var ferdig å spise, uten å bli spurt om vi var ferdig. Vi måtte også betale ved baren, noe som i seg selv ikke er noe problem - men bartenderen var både sur og lite serviceinnstilt.God mat og drikke, men gjennomsnittlig/dårlig service.

I'll start with the bad bits as these all happened sadly when we first got there... myself and daughter went there for a litte mum and daughter time (a post birthday treat) - a good value deal from Groupon at £29 for afternoon tea for two with bottle of prosecco. I went with phone with voucher QR code on thinking this was what would be required to show booking details. We arrived a good 15 minutes early before our booking began. Man at desk duly checked the booking and showed us to our seats. The place was buzzy but not overly packed - plenty of empty tables. When we'd been sitting for almost 20 minutes we finally got the attention of a waitress who said it wasn't possible to start serving us as we needed a printed copy of the booking... this then resulted in myself and daughter going forwards and backwards to the hotel reception behind Urban Cafe to try to get this printed. This for various reasons was really tricky - call it tech block on myself and daughter's behalf but while we were getting more and more desperate about whether we were even going to be able to have our tea - and seeing other customers having to queue at reception to get their vouchers printed so this was not our lone problem - meanwhile no-one from either the reception staff or the cafe were offering us a way forward with this or any useful help - and in particular one hotel reception member of staff was actually very rude and dismissive which was uneccessary and upsetting - I don't know whether this was because she was fed up with all the cafe customers coming to get vouchers printed but that wasn't the customers fault as there wasn't any instruction that a printed copy would be required prior to turning up.. Trying to sort this out took about 30 minutes so not a very pleasant experience at all - added to the initial 20 minute wait to be seen in the first place - during all this time no-one came to see if we would like a drink or offered any reassurance at all. When we were finally helped by someone from the cafe who just sorted this out in a second - why weren't we directed to him immediately??? we still had a bit of a wait to get our tea proper. However, we determined not to let this spoil our rare opportunity to spend time together and after this debacle we went on to enjoy a lovely treat and I have to say that the ambience of the place with twinkly lights, the atmosphere with lots of celebratory prosecco teas going on all around us, chatting to other lovely ladies seated near by who were all really sympathetic to our plight made our visit delightful and enjoyable overall. The important bit the tea... very nice with lovely fresh finger sandwiches - we could have eaten twice as many! plus warm scones, jam and cream and soft uncuous cakes plus chilled prosecco which was dry and what I'd call a good bottle, not a cheap sweet variety, ticked all the boxes for us. Isobell our waitress could not have been more lovely once we were sorted out but if you are reading this and preparing to go for a voucher afternoon tea... be warned - don't arrive without this being printed off first or your visit might end up getting off to a bad start having to deal with a sour faced receptionist in the hotel before you can start to enjoy yourself. Overall though, do treat yourself to an afternoon tea here as you won't be disappointed.

Myself and 7 of my girls from uni came here for a bottomless brunch which we purchased from Wowcher. Working out £20 each for 3 courses and unlimited Prosecco which we all thought was great value. Some of my friends arrived late as we had all travelled from across England to come together but Richard said this was no problem and that we could start our 90 minutes once they arrived even though we had booked the table at a set time. We were really grateful for this. The starter and desserts were buffet style, The starter was fresh, cold meats, salads, cheese, yoghurts and fruit. The desserts looked gorgeous mini lemon cheesecakes, chocolate fondants and lots more however we were all far too full of bubbles by the time it came to pudding so sadly none of us got round to trying them haha. I had a pulled pork burger for main which was delicious and there were about 10 other mains to choose from, majority included eggs of some variety but there was also more dinner style meals to choose from too such as a chicken main or pasta main. When I'm with my girls even if the service is rubbish we always manage to have a great time, but we were amazed by the service that we received from Richard throughout. Our glasses were never empty and we were never made to feel like we were drinking too much (which I have felt before at a bottomless brunch). Richard was funny, attentive and made sure everyone in our party was looked after. He really made it a 5 star experience for us. Thank you so much.

Came here for the brunch and was initially very put off by the young waiter who served us. He came to offer us prosecco- i said I didn't drink and could I have a non alcoholic alternative and he looked like I had asked him something obscene and said he couldn't do that. I have been to many brunches and never refused a non alcoholic alternative. After he eventually checked with his boss, he gave me orange juice. Then it took them forever to even take our orders for main course. It was all in all very average.

Interesting and delicious food, but the inattentive staff in a nearly empty restaurant made our experience rather unenjoyable.

Restaurante muito gostoso e bonito. Com um cardápio curto e assertivo, embaixo do hotel Hilton, é uma ótima opção. Tomei café da manhã e jantei lá. Em frente ao hide park e bem próximo à estação queensway do metro. Preço um pouco salgado, mas convenhamos que a mordomia e o fato de ele ser mais chique justifica. Comi um sopa de aspargos deliciosa no jantar. Vale a pena a visita.

A lovely, beautiful place with great and friendly staff and AMAZING FOOD! Richard, our waiter was absolutely brilliant! A great experience from first view of the place until last moment. Everything was done perfectly and people so friendly and professional!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Vi hade saknat en riktigt bra brunch och hittade Urban Medows. Bra Eggs Benedict, men när kan betalar 400 kronor för en brunch för två, förväntar man sig inte att städpersonalen ska rusa runt med ilskna drag med dammsugaren runt fötterna. Även om maten var god, kändes det som om vi hade klivit in efter stängning.

Ho avuto il piacere di festeggiare il mio 50 compleanno presso questa struttura, cibo veramente ottimo e il servizio al tavolo attento e molto cortese ( ci ha servito Luca) un grazie particolare allo chef che sapendo del mio compleanno mi ha preparato un dolce molto speciale!!!! Grazie ancora di cuore!!

I went with my girlfriends for bottomless brunch on a Sunday, and when I went to book it, the restaurant manager kindly said we could pay them directly for the Timeout deal on the bottomless brunch, rather than going via Timeout, which made it so easy. We had the best service (huge thank you to Richard, you’re amazing!), so much yummy food and really lovely Prosecco too. We all loved this place, had such a good time and are looking forward to going back again. Thank you Urban Meadow!

My girlfriend & I arrived at the beautiful location and we were greeted by Richard, who was very friendly, upbeat & showed great rapport.I was not sure what starter to select, however Richard assisted me to make a good choice of the chicken liver with chutney on toast.My girlfriend and I also enjoyed our main meal and dessert, and throughly enjoyed our evening, and I would recommend anyone to go.

They have very personalized customer service, food was delicious and price was very fair. Very friendly staff.

Came here with a few friends for the bottomless brunch deal. Food was very tasty, my burger was a bit rarer than what I ordered but no biggie. There was an OK variety of food, I was a bit disappointed at the end that the chocolate fudge cake had finished and they replaced it with dry brownies. The topping up of the drinks was very slow to start off with but started picking up as the place got busier with people, the waiters and waitresses then came alive and couldn't do more to please us. Marco and Yeabsira where the best. I would come back here and I would recommend to friends

We visited for dinner using a Groupon deal. The food was excellent - fresh tasty and plentiful and the service was friendly efficient and unhurried. I would recommend a visit - we will definately be returning!

Estávamos voltando de Nothing Hill a caminho do Hyde Park e paramos nesse lugar. É o restaurante do hotel Hilton, todo envidraçado com um jardim bonito na frente. Atendimento ok, boas opções de bebidas, pratos mais leves e doces muito bons. O cheesecake de cookie é delicioso. Recomendado, caso esteja de passagem, cansado e com fome.

I took 30 people here for an afternoon tea following a visit to Kensington Palace. The staff are attentive, accommodating and the level of service is as good as anywhere.The food was fresh, tasty and beautifully served. We had a couple of Gluten free requests and I want to share the comment that was made to me ' best gf tea I have ever had and I have had a few' Congratulations chef.Would happily recommend a visit.
