I really enjoyed staying at this hotel during my business trip to London. Great location, amazing customer service and I loved the room view.

I was expecting more. I reserve my comments as I only came for a day's event and not stayed in the hotel rooms overnight. I wasn't particularly impressed with the toilet facilities. For a hotel in this category, these could be better. In the meeting rooms, we were provided with water, pens and notepads. There was good presentation facilities with good sound quality. I can't complain at all.

My wife and I stayed in a Club Room for 4 nights. It was our first time traveling to London from the United States, and we are so thankful we booked a room here. We love walking around while exploring new cities and this hotel gave us the ability to do that. We felt safe to see the city on foot; walking to Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and more. The staff held our bags because we arrived several hours ahead of check in and they ordered us a cab when we needed a ride to our St Pancras train station. The Club Lounge allowed us to get complimentary coffees to go before we started our daily walks. A huge perk. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a queen size room, lovely, silent, clean. Found a pair of glasses and a half eaten protein bar under the bed but beside that the room was pristine. Service was always on point and quick. Very central location. Safe and walkable everywhere. Price was very reasonable. Hotel offers a gym (small but it gets the work done) and a very pleasant common lounge where to get coffee/tea and work if needed. Highly recommend it.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, modern hotel with a classic appearance. Very friendly, helpful staff, ample breakfast, with a huge selection.

Great location and a proper layout for the room. Easy to fit two people and their things, which is apparently not a given on this side of the pond. Check in was quick and friendly thanks to Salman. He got our honeymoon off to a great start after a long flight. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in London

My wife and I were in London and decided to go for a nice coffee in Cafe Nero in Trafalga Square which started off nice until we asked to use the toilet to change our 9 week old baby, only to be refused by the manager Luili Iuliano as the toilet was out of order. When we explained we were not going to use the toilet but wanted to change our baby who was screaming hysterically at this point he still refused us. Even when we asked to use the staff toilet he again was unwilling to help and refused. I explained under their licensing laws he should be providing his customers with this basic facility.We were left with no choice but to leave and find another coffee shop locally regrettably after spending over £15...We left feeling very unimpressed with the attitude of the staff at this Cafe Nero and we certainly won't be going back here again. This is not a family friendly place to go...

Visited on a day trip to London and the experience was bad from the outset with rude staff and dirty tables. To top it off customers were refused access to the toilets when they politely requested: when asked why were told the toilets were closed because people abuse them! (They were not broken). I also requested access on the basis of a medical condition and was refused with a surly "no". When another customer said she was going to make a complaint the staff appeared unbothered, saying "its not my company". Avoid at all costs!

Visited with my wife and adult son and we each came away with a negative experience from the downright rude and surly service from this branch of Nero.The manager was not only ignorant in his attitude behind the till but at one point came past where I was sitting by the staff room to collect bagged up rubbish and in bringing it out caught me with the bag and there was not one word of apology.We noticed the trainee barrista even had a similar attitude so training measures within the store are far from what you would expect.No tamping of the coffee or cleaning of milk jugs between servings either so not surprisingly the coffee was disappointing quality.Covid measures within the cafe seemed totally absent. With so many options nearby I would suggest trying another in case you have the same experience as we did,

The cofffee here will always be what it is . Nothing great nothing terrible . The best coffee is with the old macchinetta machine not this . What can you say about it ? Nothing much , it’s just somewhere to sit down

Last time I visited Cafe Nero before lockdown. While waiting for someone I decided to step in for a quick coffee. Cafe Nero has really friendly and helpful team which I highly recommend.

I visited this coffee shop while waiting for a meeting with a friend. The service was good even though it was busy but the coffee served was average.

Visiting London for the 1st time.....my husband and I chose to stay at St. James (so we're centrally located). Also not big breakfast eaters (blame in on jet lag), we don't need the pricey hotel brekkie. A friend who is local decided to swing by our hotel on our 1st full day in the city and recommended we have coffee across the street. Oh boy, that did the trick! Caffeine and a light snack/brekkie of croissant, I felt like a human being reborn! So I dragged my husband back to this place (after completing his morning rituals)......he was a happy camper! Needless to say, every morning while we stayed at St. James, we went to this place. Convenient, they make good and strong caffeinated drinks and plenty of breads and something heavier including packed sandwiches. Most of all, it doesn't cost an arm and leg compared to the hotel breakfast.

Coffee is always decent at any Cafe Nero, however, in 2020 it's a shame and a star losing decesion to charge extra for Oat or Coconut milk. If anything, these dairy alt. should offer a discount on your coffee, the choice is helping the environment, your helath and animal rights. Win -win surely?

a milky grey tasteless effort that may as well have been made from old grounds - maybe it was. After so much better coffee experiences these days they need to step up.

We visited Cafe Nero in Covent Garden and in Trafalgar square last month and we take cappuccino and Hot Chocolate. We recommend this cafeteria.

We actually popped into the one at Waterloo Bridge, Lancaster Place. Well, it was a hot drink but was there actually any coffee in it? Didn't taste like coffee. Amazing how the public are hoodwinked.

The food is not worth the money - my cheese and bacon toastie was just bread with scraps of meat, totally tasteless and way overpriced.

No matter how busy you get , you must keep your toilets clean. These were disgusting, no paper, floor covered in water, sanitary bins overflowing , really unhygienic especially somewhere selling food . V unpleasant experience

The female Barista refused to add my stamps to the Cafe Nero App after I had realised they had not been added. She was unapologetic and instead implied I was lying in order to get more stamps when in fact all I wanted is to rightfully claim my stamps from my purchase.

I came into this so called ‘cafe’ and did not expect such rudeness from staff. It was completely understandable. They got our drinks wrong 3 times in a row so we asked in the end to get a refund. WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

This morning I wanted to have breakfast in this cafe, I entered it was 7.30 AM, there were 4 customers at the tables around, as soon as I entered I went to the toilet, I saw that the password was needed, I asked the staff if they could give me the password, a woman who was in front of the cashier, told me that the toliet was' just for the customers, I told the woman I wanted to wash my hands and take a breakfast cafe, she told me I had to going out and not serving the cafe, it was really rude. Gillar denna kedja som finns lite överallt i London! Bra kafe och fika! Man kan sitta länge och hänga utan något gnäll från personalen! Fri wifi och finns alltid plats!

My family got a quick breakfast here. The mocha frappe was amazing, best one I ever had. Quiche and croissants were also very good. The atmosphere is very quaint and clean. The service was very quick.

Definitely good coffee. but I think you can improve I would like you to do something else in the service to give you the 5 stars, I hope the next time is better

I had tea here after some shopping nearby before moving on. It is a good standard for a Cafe Nero. There was seating available which sometimes can be an issue in London.

Needed coffee after travelling up to see the "Trooping". Absolutely crowded, but good service and good coffee. Only downside was a long queue for the one toilet, but on request they opened up the disabled toilet which alleviated the queue somewhat.

While at Heathrow and waiting for the bus to Gatwick I grabbed a latte and a meatball sandwich that I had toasted. It was delicious and recommended.

Cade Nero is an Italian coffee shop chain in London. I'd say it felt more authentic than Starbucks. Coffee and croissant were good, but I'll forget about them tomorrow.

My wife and I had lunch here on a Saturday in late April 2019. This was our second time eating at a Nero’s. It was a hot day, and we were foot weary. We had two sandwiches and two coffees. Our bill was £10, and that seemed fair, given how good everything tasted, and how much we enjoyed sitting for 20 minutes. We’ve come to think highly of Nero’s for a quick lunch one step above fast food (but much tastier).

Quick breakfast and great seats sat in the window. Extremely busy and the staff coped well with what seemed to be a new deli menu - all in all a decent place for some breakfast.

Visited London and called into Café Nero, Trafalgar Square for coffee. We sat at the one available table which was filthy. We asked for someone to clean it and were looked at as though we were mad. Eventually someone did come over. The most miserable looking person ever. Also sat by the entrance to the one toilet so had a constant stream of people standing by us waiting to use it. We have a Café Nero near where we live and it is lovely so there is really no excuse for the unclean tables and the poor customer service.

Muy normal, sin nada especial que reseñar salvó su buena ubicación en Trafalgar Square. El café no es nada del otro jueves como tampoco la decoración muy ramplona. Servicios escasos y francamente sucios aparte de con unos picaportes con los que corres el riesgo de quedarte dentro. Si puede escoja otro bar en la vecina zona del Covent GARDEN. Son mucho mejores

My friend ordered me a drink while I went to the toilet drink took ten mins and toilet 25. When I questioned why the second one wasn’t open the lady behind the counter rudely asked if I was a customer which I replied yes and then she sent a staff member to check to see if was a queue (of 7 people) to open the second one. To say this area is very busy with tourists you would think both toilets would be open

Pedí y pagué por un chocolate caliente con crema batida pero solo conseguí un chocolate caliente. Cuando pedí la crema me dijeron que no tenían nada. Entonces, ¿por qué aceptar el pedido y cobrar por ello? Ellos no me devolverían ningún dinero. ¡No iré allí otra vez!

An afternoon coffee, pre theatre matinee, during mid Christmas is no easy feat. Hats off to the service of Cafe Nero at Trafalgar Square. It was bustling and hard to get a table for four but hats off to the waitress Jay-Jay. She was so helpful, pleasant and smiling throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she really made for a positive experience. Thanks Jay-Jay!

I was walking through the Square and needed a hot coffee as I was a bit chilly. Came upon Cafe Nero and stepped into the place. Was welcomed and order was made quickly. Coffee was good and hot and very reasonably priced. Bathroom was very clean as well.

Si tienes suerte de poder sentarte en una de las dos mesitas que dan a Trafalgar Square, las vista en muy bonita. Café con leche bastante bueno, infusiones normales, pero la tarta de zanahoria está espectacular. En cuanto al precio, no es de los caros.

Für eine Kette wird bei Café Nero eine sehr ordentliche Qualität angeboten. Mit den kleinen Röstereien kann Café Nero nicht mithalten, aber gegenüber dem übermächtigen Filialisten aus den USA einfach eine Klasse besser (mindestens).

This was a very busy location but there were plenty of tables to choose from. The cappuccino was the good quality and taste I have come to expect from this chain. The toilets were clean.

E' l'unico caffè che riesco ad assimilare a quelli bevuti in Italia . Abbiamo fatto una breve sosta durante la vacanza e la visita della sempre stupenda piazza. Oltre all'ottimo caffè i dolci sono sempre freschi e fragranti e il servizio gentile e disponibile.

Después de una semana en Londres, Cafe Nero fue nuestra tienda de café de elección. No en cada esquina como Pret, pero vale la pena pasear. Selección de comida es más parecido a lo que se podría encontrar en un Starbucks vs café, pero Pret es superior en nuestra vista. Limpio, agradable, los precios están bien.

De todas las cadenas, Caffè Nero es mi elección. Prefiero el sabor de su café a costa y Starbucks, por ejemplo. No ofrecen la variedad de aperitivos y caprichos de los otros no, pero está bien.
