Ideal place if you craving for some Mexican food and Margaritas. We enjoyed our dinner and our waitress was very attentive. Atmosphere is quite picturesque. We will come back!

Service was friendly although a bit slow. We ordered so much food. All of the taco's (a portion is 2 decent sized tacos), prawn and octopus cervice and the 15hour braised beef short rib. Cervice was very good. Standout tacos were pork belly and grilled nopal cactus. Fried chicken taco was probably least favourite. There were 4 of us, and we were fill at the this point, but had ordered with our eyes being greedy (wish the waiter had suggested we hold off on ordering the short rib). The short rib was good but I was too full to appreciate. Look forward to coming again.

This is a hidden gem just off St Christopher’s Place. There is a good menu and the food is very very tasty. If you like your tacos and are in that area then it is well worth a visit.

I went to mole taco bar with my 2 children I was told they had no tables and that we had to sit at the bar. I told them to let me know if a table came up so we could sit a table together. 1 minute later 3 adults arrived and were given a table immediately even though they had no reservation. When I asked the waitress and the manager why they didn’t give me the table they lied and made a number of excuses when it was obvious they preferred the way the other diners looked. Mike taco bar do not deserve my money they are rude selective and racist.

We went there to start of our weekend. Waiter was so slow and the food is small tapas style so it all good for everyone to share. The beef Taco and the Soft shell crab test good.

Este restaurante está en Picton Place y destaca su cartel de neón y su toldo con motivos vegetales. La decoración interior es austera, con ladrillos a la vista de los cuales pende algún cuadro abstracto e iluminación con bombillas decorativas. Las mesas, en color madera y sin mantel completan el entorno.

A friend took me to Mole and it was amazing. So many dishes to choose from and I loved them all. Try the ceviche, the tacos and black beans with sausage. It was all delicious and they make a mean margarita - 2 for 1 at happy hour. Great location - around the corner from Oxford street and Selfridges.

We were the first table to arrive for lunch. Started well with drink and food orders then all went down hill. We ordered 4 dishes between the 4 of us. Mine and my daughters order arrived and we waited for my husbands order but it was slow coming out so we started and both were cold and bland. We had finished our food and the last dishes still hadn’t arrived. It was 10 minuets after we had finished before my husbands arrived which he said was good in their defence. After a long wait they came to clear our plates and no pudding menu was offered so eventually we asked for coffee and was told they didn’t serve coffee I haven’t come across a restaurant that doesn’t serve coffee before. There was no apology for the delay and the restaurant didn’t start to fill up until after we had finished so don’t understand why the food and service was so bad. There are lots of restaurants in London so on this performance I wouldn’t recommend going to Mole.

Came with friends for a nice dinner and drinks. We ordered at 7 and finally got our food after an hour and 15 minutes once we complained to the waiter that all the tables who came in after us got their food before us. When we complained he asked if we meant our second order - we only had one order of food. It was clear he hadn’t put it on the till.

Soy nuevo a ser vegetariano. Carne me hace enfermo, me tomó un largo tiempo para darse cuenta de esto. Así que este restaurante tiene 3 opciones vegetarianas para los platos principales. Uno de los que comer. Así que he pedido. No la tienen. Así que estoy comiendo patatas para la cena. No se puede honestamente administrado de una opción vegetariana cuando sólo sirven tres y el otro es de hongos que las personas pueden ser alérgicas.

The food was average and the service was good. The portions were rather small, so I would keep that in mind when you order.

Food was execellent, waiters were friendly and attentive and the atmosphere was lovely. What an great find & worth every penny!! Would definitely recommend!

My friend and I went for dinner and did not have a good experience. Whilst the cocktails were good, the food and the service was not. We waited a long time for everything. Someone to take our order, our food to come, someone to check on us etc. Our problem was the food. My friend ordered pork tacos and when they eventually turned up (my own fish tacos had arrived a long time before) the pork was very undercooked. We sent them back and said we didn't mind waiting but please make sure they meat was cooked. We were starting to think they had completely forgotten but then they eventually came back they were still undercooked - pink raw meat in the middle. At this point we spoke to the manager asking him take them off the bill and decided to leave. Our waiter was also pretty condescending when my friend was asking about which foods were spicy. His response was "all Mexican food is spicy and if you don't like chili you should not eat here". Now that's not quite true and as Brits now living in LA (Mexican food is a staple here) we know that very well. This could be a really nice place it just needs to get the staff trained, both wait staff and kitchen!

Este es un excelente restaurante, perfecto incluso si no te gusta la comida caliente! Tuve la ensalada de pulpo y algunos deliciosos pinchos de carne, posiblemente el mejor que he probado en Londres y yo soy muy exigente con la carne. Necesita ser tierno, jugoso, y este fue simplemente perfecto.

Mi marido y yo estábamos en la zona y decidió llenar este lugar fuera de nuestra lista. Yo recomendaría 2 - 3 platos por persona. Tuvimos el pequeño guacamole y papas fritas, chorizo quesadilla (3), calamares, carne de taco (2) y (2) taco de pescado. Todos eran muy sabrosas, aunque los dos tacos era probablemente el mejor. También me gustó mi margarita de fruta de la pasión.

We were on vacation in London and found this place in Trip Advisor. We we already had European, Japanese, and traditional British pub food during our stay. If you’re looking for a change, the Mole Taco bar is a nice alternative. They specialize in taco’s (Peruvian style). Lots of variety to choose from (beef, chicken, pork, fish, vegetarian etc. )

Tried this restaurant for dinner with 3 colleagues. We loved the food (beef tacos and pulpo astonishing). Very good service. Good choice of drinks and spirits (try some of their mezcal). Not many good wines but you can opt for something different. Fair prices. Recommended.

Don’t be disheartened because they don’t do nachos...the guacamole with pomegranate and fresh tortilla chips makes up for it. Delicious combination of flavours. The mushroom quesadillas were also fresh and tasty. Margaritas are super tasty and flavoursome-something a little different.

If you come here make sure you order all at once as waiter is a bit slow.

Food is tasteless and everything is greasy. Way too expensive. Margaritas are the worst I ever had in my life, no real lemon juice. So surprised from the other reviews. Only thing ok : guacamole. Bad service; Bad decoration, horrible table setting.

The wife and I were in London and decided, what's more English than tacos! Coming from the Northern VA area where there are superb Mexican/Latin spots I was skeptical. The tacos, however were not that bad. Not great, but not bad. There is nothing on the menu that states you get two tacos per order, so you can imagine our surprise when we ordered what we thought were one taco of one flavor and one taco of another, and received four tacos total. Each. Actually, I think what I said was two fish tacos and one pastor. Got four fish and two pastor. I tried sending one order back, but I guess they don't do that at this place. I ended up giving an order of those tacos to the table next to me (nice guys that offered to pay for them, but since I was the one that messed up, I took the hit).

Went there with a couple of friends. Ambience was good. Services were ok. We ordered cocktails and food, but both were just a bit hit-and-miss. We liked 2 of 7 dishes. We left without finishing all our food. It was quite expensive for what it is.

We went for a quick dinner before some Selfridges shopping. Turned out to be a brilliant choice.

Christmas shopping in London! - I know, why do we do it?! We had some success with our shopping but the real success was finding this delightful place. Whilst it was not very busy it was what we needed after being pushed and shoved about in the nearby shops.

Only two blocks from Oxford Street (Body Shops corner). Good choices of typical Mexican food. Very nice service. Enjoy!

Stopped here for dinner while in London and loved it so much I went back later in the week. Both times it was quite busy with patrons. They serve a good variety of Mexican tapas. I liked the beef tacos the most. Bartender was especially nice and made some of the best margaritas I have had in London.

It’s just the finest Mexican and nothing more can be said. The finest guacamole and tacos and cocktails. The end.

We bumped into this place almost accidentally and were very glad we did. Everything we had was absolutely delicious and the service was warm, friendly and efficient. This is not your "Taco Bell" / fast food type taco - no "plastic" cheese sauce in sight :) - but a much more authentic version.

Bloody loved this place! Service was a bit slow at first but after that, really friendly, and we got free shots - always a Whoop! Both the beef and the crab tacos were really tasty and the prawns were big and juicy! I'm a margarita fan and these were goooood.

I went pass here today by accident and decided to pop in. I was met at the door by the lovely Alessandro who took me to my table and when requested recommended the guacomole and beef tacos.. The food was amazing, the guacamole came with pomegranate seeds and freshly baked tortilla chips. The beef tacos were really flavoursome too. All in all a great choice!! I had a beer that was also bought to me with a cup that was shaped like a can - lovely little novelty!My lunch today was so lovely and fresh and light but for only £20 I left comfortably full up.Alongside Alessandro there was a young lady also on service running around the tables making sure nothing piled up and all empty glasses and plates were removed. This restaurant also appears the perfect place for business lunches - as I was dining next to a table of about 10 men all dressed in suits having a lunch meeting! Can't wait to get back there.

Exciting and original food in a relaxed and slightly quirky venue.I loved the octopus.The beef tacos tasted a bit weird at first but once the surprise passed, it was actually flavorsome.This is not the usual Mexican comfort food, but rather a refine kind of experimental experience.And great service as well.

Great food, Great cocktails. A great setting for a catch up with friends and a good location.Seems we got lucky on a Friday and rolled in off the street to get a table at peak time. Would actually recommend sitting inside rather than out.

great mexican food, very nicely presented and seemingly freshly prepared. totally service orientated manager, very personable and great service from his team. guacomole a must and if you have it it makes you realise how bad it can be elsewhere. this is probably one of the best mexican restaurants in london and more than likely in europe. also reasonable value for money.

Creative tacos. Good service. Great place for a casual lunch not too far from Oxford Circus. Pleasantly airy thanks to opening bay windows.

Decent food. Nothing to rave about. Wahaca is better and quicker. Waited forever for my last dish, the food did not come together. Yes it was tapas but I had to eat each dish by itself which ruined the meal.

Visited here after disappointing experience in nearby Thai restaurant booking (only space offered was corner of shared table of 12 despite booking). Soooooo pleased we didn't go to the Thai. We would not have found this place. Wonderful welcome and plenty of tables available (eating fairly early) and no problem that we had not booked. Menu is very different and has lots of different options and mini courses. Waiter was very helpful in helping us decide on 'assembling' our choice. Food beautifully presented and very tasty. Will definitely visit again. Great sharing food with friends. Within easy walk of Marylebone travelodge (10-15 minutes)

We have been looking forward to trying Mole for a while as the reviews have been great and we are fans of Mexican food. However, on three separate occasions we have been let down badly by the service. The first time we found our own seats and didnt even get a menu until after 10 minutes. We waited 15 minutes and just left as no one took our order. The second time we were told they were too busy despite several tables being free and being after 930pm. The final strike came when this time we were sat down on a table and actually given a menu..... But then.... Nothing again for 15 minutes so we walked out. I'm sure the food is fantastic but unfortunately we will never know.

We liked all the tacos, we liked the guacamole, we liked the Pacifico beer!!! A very friendly atmosphere, fast service, a nice experience overall!

If you're from Melbourne, then this is like Radio Mexico which I enjoy. But slightly better. Good, tasty Mexican food and drink - worth a visit if you feel like Mexican and if you're within 15 minutes drive. We thought City Social and Chotto Matte were more enjoyable BUT that's comparing completely different things.

I love Mexican food and this place was on my list for a long time. However, it was disappointing in every respect. Let's start with the name which has "Mole" in it, which means sauce - I love Mole Poblano, but there is nothing with a sauce on the menu! Then the service... except for a group at the bar, the place was empty (and stayed empty during our whole stay) but the owner(?) made a fuzz about "let me check the bookings - let's get you a table where you can stay as long as possible" but gave us one of the worst tables. Then we ordered. First the cocktails and then the food. What a surprise that the food arrived first! No chance to enjoy a cocktail first... The food was a disappointment, too. All dishes were way too salty, we still had a salty taste in our mouth half an hour after we left the place. It seems that the place uses more salt than anything else, as none of the dishes had any chilli heat. The baby squid was ok, the quesadilla average, but the two "main" dishes were not good: The octopus in the ceviche should be the start of the show, however, it was overpowered by too much fruitiness in the gazpacho. The Cochinita Pibil tacos were boring and plain. And remember, that all the dishes were overpowered by salt!Don't forget that the two cocktails arrived after the food! They don't even have a plain Margarita on their drinks menu and the cocktails are of medicinal size. The "special" Margarita I had was too sweet.Even if the food and drinks were good, they would still be overpriced: 8 pounds for two small tacos...We were so disappointed by the food and the drinks that we went to Wahaca afterwards to have better and much cheaper Margaritas and Pibil Tacos.Overall, there are many better Mexican places in London.

A fab place for drinks and tapas bites with friends. There was a bit of a wait so we put names down & disappeared for a drink round the corner for half hour. The staff were really friendly, chatty & welcoming. The place has a really good feel to it, great decor & atmosphere.Cocktails were good, service was prompt and the food was incredibly good. It's probably more mid range, than cheap eats after you tuck into a handful of dishes(most around £8 plus), but if possible, don't let that put you off.Ceviche was light, really fresh & great citrus flavour. Ancho king prawns were pricey (4 for £14) but again really tasty & a decent size. Hoisin duck tacos melted in the mouth- just a shame you only get two. Still, I recommend them all. The food tastes just as good as it looks!

My husband and I happened on this spot when we couldn't get a table at another restaurant. THANK GOD we couldn't. This place blessed our whole trip to London and trust we had our fair share of sky lounge and £150 meals all over London. So we were amazed when this rando spot happened to be the best thing since sliced bread. The food was incredible! Like every single thing we ordered was perfect. From the guacamole, to the cheese empanadas to the chicken skewers and the fried chicken tacos...WHOSE IDEA WAS IT TO MAKE SOUTHERN FRIED CHICKEN TACOS?!?!?! They deserve an iron chef olympic food gold medal...the waiter informed us that the chefs are from Peru, Mexico and Columbia...and they bring the entire house down when they cook. ANNNNND to top it off the bartender at this place is the ONE. Like I want to hook him up with my sister and make him a permanent part of our family. But since that probably won't happen I'll settle for making a return trip with my first love and coming back to enjoy the food. And you should too!!!

I was in the area with some friends and came across this restaurant, we came during a busy time and I was greeted straight away saying there was a short wait for a table but we could have drinks at the bar while we waited after 10/15 minutes we got our table and the waiter recommended us the tuna tostada and the beef taco; they were so good!! Definitely coming back with more friends and family to try more! Thanks Alessandro( I think was his name)you were awesome!

They took 45 minutes to bring us our drinks, brought the wrong food and then after us complaining, paying and leaving the restaurant a waiter chased after us and tried to accuse us of walking out on the bill. Absolutely terrible service - would not recommend or go back.

Looking for a decent Mexican on a last minute, we were luckily able to be squeezed into this lively and dynamic restaurant! We went Saturday night, so the place was definitely buzzing - something we didn't mind, but might be worth taking into account if you prefer a quiet romantic dinner.The food was delicious - a real authentic sample and some of the best tacos I've tasted in London. Recommendations encouraged us to push outside our comfort zone, alongside some Margaritas and tequila samples that complimented the food perfectly!We found that, whilst at capacity, the service was excellent - warm without being overbearing, and willing to accommodate our requests for a variety of spiced dishes. Will definitely be returning to what seems to already be a firm favourite

We went to the restaurant on normal Wednesday for friends leaving dinner.As we all work in the different places,we cant really meet as often.As we went there the atmosphere was really good,but not too long.The place was empty there was no customers still the manager was coming to us every 5 minutes to take our order,i mean sorry but give us sometime to look at the menu and decide.Next we got our food,which was very nice we enjoyed it.After we finished eating we were still drinking wine and chatting,the manager came to us and asked us to leave as he said to us CHILDREN WE NEED THE TABLE,IF YOU CAN LEAVE.I mean that made our experience so BITTER.If you want you customer to come back to you never ask them to leave,just saying.

This is by far the best mexican restaurant I have been to. The fried chicken taco exceeded my expectations.

Having issues finding a good quality SA place to eat in central London, we decided to pop in on Tuesday night after a long and stressful day. to our surprise, we were welcomed by the manager whith a friendly smile, he gave a us a super nice table and made us feel like home. Service was exceptional, Nuria recommended a good wine and told me about her favourites dishes, we took her advice and went for a great guacamole to start, a prawn ceviche and a couple of superb oxtail tacos. Everything was cooked to perfection, the atmosphere was relaxed and cosy.... afrer few glasses of wine we then realised that time had passed and we had had spent around 2 hours.... Keep up the good work! We will be def coming back!

Just finished a delivery and thiroughly enjoyed it. The guacamole was good, actually the best delivery guac ever ! The tortilla chips that came with were excellent. I had the chicken breast and tinga etc which was delicious with beans and the tortilla underneath was thin and freshly made. Corn on the cob was so good as well.Highly rated for a delivery, so must be good to eat in, can't wait to

We were looking for a decent lunch in Oxford Circus but couldn't decide and plumped for here as it looked rather good. Hurrah we did! The food was fresh vibrant and so tasty. Service was excellent. We loved it

I've been to Mole Taco Bar three times for different occasions and have made a great meal every time. We always have the guacamole, the cochinita pibil tacos and the patatas bravas - just delish! Really recommend it if you fancy mexican food and the cocktails are really fab too.

My wife and I just had lunch at Mole Taco Bar near Bond Street tube station. This was our 1st experience of an authentic Mexican restaurant and we liked it. Our order- a small Guacamole with house Nachos, 2 Peruvian skewers (chicken thigh and pork al pastor), 3 tacos ( Baja fish, Beef short rib and Fried chicken), 2 drinks (a Guava Tequila cocktail and a small glass of Malbec) and we shared the Dulce de Leche Creme brûlée. The Guacamole was lovely. Chunky with the right amount of lemon juice and pomegranate garnish! Both the Peruvian skewers were tender and perfectly cooked! But if only it was pork belly! The Baja fish and Fried chicken tacos were delicious too. I did not like the short rib taco. It tasted bland and could use some kick. The caramel Creme brûlée was the perfect end to the meal. Our waitress Sandra was so polite and friendly. We were impressed with the decor and overall ambience. Our total bill was just under £73.

Berm wanting to visit since it opened but rarely find myself in the west end. A rainy Sunday afternoon was a perfect excuse. Service excellent, attentive but not intrusive with sound advice on menu. Food was sublime... colourful, diverse and full of flavour. We had a serving of each taco (all unique and appropriately garnished) plus a Ceviche (sea bass... wonderful) and a few sides.. ended up very reasonable and great value indeed. In addition the drinks were excellent and the decor is beautiful, especially the fabric on the bench opposite the bar! Highly recommended and can't wait to return for more!

Grabbed a massive order for the office through deliveroo so this reviewed is based purely on food and not atmosphere or service. Overall food was good and everyone enjoyed it but it's definitely on the more expensive side when it comes to portions. Not likely to order from here again.

Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs when we ordered all this food for 3 people. Every item was wonderful! Very flavorful and fresh. Portions were bigger then we expected. We had chipotle beef short rib taco, cochinita pibil (pulled pork) taco, Baja fish taco, tiger shrimp skewers and guacamole. Nuevo & Queen Bee margaritas incredibly good and we had plenty of them! Service was also very good. There are many restaurants in this area and this one should not be missed!

We went here on a Wednesday night, some of the worst service I have experienced the waiters were arguing around us. Food is pretty lacklustre and margaritas are terrible...sweet and tasteless. Wouldn't recommend i!

Excellent service - a tasting menu was laid out for us as first-timers, although we scaled it back because of time pressure. Both the raw bar (ceviche) and taco bar choices were excellent, although the tacos were that little bit better because of the variety of flavours and textures included in each one (the oxtail taco was our favourite). Equally good were the fresh guacamole and nachos that started off the meal, the nachos having been fried on site. This isn't the style of Mexican food to which most people are accustomed. In addition there is a large selection of inviting cocktails - we had time only for two, both of which were very tasty - to ensure you won't go thirsty. Taco and portion sizes are small and meant for sharing. You'll want to visit at least two or three times, though, to get through the entire menu.

Said that I have an allergy on tequila and asked for two shots of Grey Goose. Dropped my shot in and realised that it was tequila. Now I'm in hospital... thanks a lot for ur service good job.

This place is really awesome =) A friend recommended it to me while i was in my short stay in Marylebone and i have to admit, it was a great one :) ! I myself am a big fan of Mexican and South American food and culture. This place had the look and feel packed in a very subtle and cozy way. I had the Coco fresco for a Cocktail, could feel the coconuts and pineapples !!!! and the lamb cutlets were on point ! Great experience , would recommend to all :)

My friends and i visited Malo Taco Bar, had a great experience, the food was great. I had the Seabass fillet, which was delicious. And the cocktails were amazing. The service was fast and friendly. It is a recommended place!!

My girlfriend and I grabbed an outside table for an afternoon snack. The beer was sensibly priced, but the food was overpriced for the tiny portion size (even for central London) and the waitress seemed to be keen to push us on after around 15 minutes. Disappointing.

Horrible service and reception of our family upon arrival in this completely empty restaurant was bad enough to turn us away and cancel our booking. Those guys are on a different planet...Luckily Social Wine and Tapas around the corner were able to accommodate us last minute (thanks guys!). Don't waste your time or money on this no name hole in the wall.

Had lunch at this highly recommend restaurant. The staff was efficient , friendly and informative. We ordered a variety of dishes from shell fish, to short ribs, fish and vegetarian dishes. The servings are rather small with no accompaniments so one dish is inadequate for one person. I did not find the food particularly tasty as I felt that authentic Mexican spices were missing. It is not that the dishes were poorly made or unappetising, it was bland . If you are looking for authentic Mexican taste, you could give this place a miss.

Fish tacos were delish, but portions were quite small for the price. A Diet Coke costs over £ 4,00 which is the most expensive I've ever paid in London for a can of coke. Any extra sauce you may ask or extra tortillas will be well charged, differently from any other Mexican restaurant around. Not coming back again I'm afraid.

Great setting, friendly staff & fun atmosphere. Just the food let's them down a little. The guacamole was good but the tacos (at £8 for two) weren't anything special. The soft shell crab was really over battered. Real shame as I wanted it to be so good and it wasn't.

I almost don't want to write a review about this place because I want it to be my little secret. I'm a bit of a regular and love the guac, the fresh tuna tacos, the drinks, service, everything! We need more restaurants like this, it's a gem!

Considering there are NO authentic Mexican restaurants in London, this isn't bad going. The guacamole is GREAT. But the portions of tacos are TINY so we spent nearly £100 between 2 of us which we were quite shocked about, and I resented paying the 12% service charge when they completely messed up our order. Nice ambience, friendly staff and the food IS delicious, if overpriced, small and not particularly authentic.

Fantastic food and service. A must to try tapas type food. Flavor and generous portions. Very reasonably priced. My husband would prefer a larger beer selection. Definitely recommend.

I have always been wary of anything taco related, tainted by my early years arriving in London way back in the late 80's but we have come a long way since, I was determined to put those memories behind me, a poor meal these days is fortunately a rare experience. Firstly, I have to say the fresh guacamole was SUPERB. The staff were extremely helpful & friendly, although our nice waitress was not entirely aware of the contents of the octopus ceviche I went on to order, despite my grilling!But how wrong could it be? The small bowl of ceviche arrived top heavy, a huge fried Chinese style prawn like cracker floating to one side and on the other a pile of small thick fried crisps, I do wish I had taken a photo. Floating within were cubes! of octopus which smelled very fishy and very wrong. I was under the impression the octopus was served with gazpacho and calamato juice,not swimming in what was simply salty water. I have eaten a lot of ceviche in my time & I had to say something, this was just dreadful. The staff handled it very well, the manager came over, the music was incredibly loud so neither of us got a good grasp of what was being said but the dish was removed from the bill. To be honest I would have paid and put it down to an unfortunate experience, but I just had to tell them how awful it was. (The table next to me had also ordered the same dish earlier and mentioned to me that they thought it was poor to).This is a friendly, fun place with a fab cocktail list. I would not avoid it, just choose carefully or take a close look at what others are eating.

HOLY COW THIS WAS GOOD. We were two looking for a place to eat with out having a reservation on a Friday night in London. We had seen some reviews of Mole and decided to try it out. As we didn't have a reservation we were given a table near the kitchen. Some may think this is a bad thing, but for us it was a blessing. The staff at Mole is extremely friendly and have a great knowledge of their menu. We talked to just about all of the staff and requested the chef come out and talk to us as well. We asked him for his recommendations and we went with it. We shared all dishes and each was better than the next with nothing being bad. We had Guacamole - insane good with chunks of avocado and spices ... just really awesome. Sea Bass Ceviche incredible taste with chunks of lightly flavored Sea bass. Oxtail Tacos - the meat literally melted in your mouth, Duck Tacos - crunchy pieces of shredded duck flavored with a Ho-sin sauce (i think) Beef Short rib - slow cooked for fifteen hours and the meat falls from the bone and melts in your mouth. All this and had room to follow it up with a Mango Cheese cake. Now I'm not a cheesecake person but it was recommended by the chef and the waitress. It was light and tasted awesome. I will be returning to Mole many more times hopefully. The staff is fantastic, the food is beyond any Mexican experience I've ever had in London and the location is in a very vibrant section of London.

Good Mexican food is one of the hardest things to find in London so I'm very pleased to be able to write this review for Mole Taco Bar. Other reviews had said the octopus gespacho and the oxtail tacos were great, so that is what I went with. Wow! I thought both were outstanding, particularly for the price. Service was prompt and fast also. I was in and out in about twenty minutes. What a great place. I will be back and I'm already thinking about what I'm going to have next time.

A real hidden treasure in amidst chain after chain of London tourist restaurants!! Like others, I found this place through Velocity. I've always been quite sceptical of Mexican restaurants as I never think they're good enough. I cannot understand how this place wasn't jammed with the throngs of people from Oxford street. Guacamole, tequila chicken skewers, chipotle beef taco, spiced corn on the cob and a Creme brûlée later we walked out. Amazing place.

We found this restaurant recommended on the Velocity app and decided to give it a try. We ordered two tacos and a quesadilla, the dishes were brought out quickly and the quality and flavor of the food definitely delivered. We were beyond impressed by this hidden gem and they add that fine dining feel to their food. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a classy take on Mexican tacos.

Mi piace molto il cibo messicano. Il ristorante è vicino alla fermata della metro Bond street (centralissimo) ed è molto carino.La qualità del cibo è ottima ma le porzioni sono davvero piccole rispetto quanto ci aspetta da un ristorante messicano tradizionale.Voi direte "ovvio, è un taco bar", anche questo è vero ma ho mangiato taco enormi e questi sono gustosi ma oltretutto riadattati ad un gusto quasi esotico.Costa nella media: £30-£40 a testa.Da provare!

I love Mexican and always keen to try out new places. My bf and I decided to give this a go one Friday after work. The food was delicious but I did find it pricey for what it was. The guacamole and chips were yum, the beef tacos and the soft shell crab tacos were delicious but the chicken thigh skewers whilst also tasty, they cannot justify charging £8 for x 2 little skewers. My biggest shock when the bill came was the price they charge for a glass (not a can or a glass bottle) of Coke was £4!!! With service charge added on top this equals £4.50 for a glass of Coke that was probably poured out of a normal bottle. I think this price is extortionate and that is why I have given a 3/5. I do think the general price is on the higher side for what you are getting which is a real shame as the food is yummy and I would have given it 5 stars had the prices not let it down.

This is a small Mexican restaurant with really friendly and helpful staff. It's got quite stylish look. The food is really good and very fresh. I'm definitely going to return.

Recently booked here for a table of 8 - the reservation required a deposit (not uncommon in London for this amount of people), but the booking process was quick and super efficient.The restaurant itself boasts a delicious menu, excellent service and fun decor. The guacamole, soft-shell crab tacos and cold Modelo's were a winning combination!Will definitely be a repeat customer - thanks for hosting us!

Open to the air with wide Windows releasing the warm glow from within, mole 's provided a wonderful and energetic evening full of carefully mixed unique cocktails and fantastic food. The staff were attentive and alert to all requests but also maintained the casual and relaxed fun atmosphere perfectly. The food was as close as you could get in terms of authenticity and although small, the tacos were meaty and well filled : deliciously tender and prepared. For a good price in London and a fun yummy night, I definitely recommend !

Having reviewed this great taco bar a month ago, i made sure i visited back to ensure i didn't visit on a good day that tiem. To my expectations, the service, ambiance and food, helped by a London clear sky, helped us spend a wonderful evening again, filled with tastes and experiences. Well done for consistency and keep it up!
