I would definitely recommend trying the açai bowls earlier in the day at Morena, they are generously portioned and are full of high quality ingredients. I have always been impressed by the quality of the food and the friendly service here, it has kept me coming back again and again.

This Place is very worthy to go! Ilona was very kind and attentive! She was also very open and honest with us. It‘s LGBT+ friendly and i would come again next time. (The music btw was also very enjoying, good playlist and pleasant volume.)

My friends and I had a great experience here. The food was amazing as were their drinks. I got the Mango Mojito Pancakes and they were truly spectacular! As was the French toast. It was perfectly cute restaurant with a beautiful aesthetic and I would love to go again to try more of their savoury selection!

A hidden gem in Eccleston Yards. We’ve just had our first visit to Morena for brunch and wouldn't hesitate to return when back in London. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive & friendly, taking extra care to cater to my allergy/dietary requirements. We ordered the tiramisu french toast, eggs royale and hash browns and all were 11/10! Super fresh & everything was delicious. Thanks Morena for a fabulous end to our weekend in London!

If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would. The staff are so unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional - it will ruin your experience, and I am still in total shock from what they put us through today. I went in with a friend who does not drink alcohol and requested the bottomless drinks for myself, and then we made our food orders. The waitress could barely speak English, so I requested to speak with a manager, who explained that bottomless could only be done for the whole table. Extremely stupid rule considering the place is tiny and therefore easily monitorable, and there was no chance of my friend sharing with me (she simply does not drink alcohol). Anyway, all this time, we expected our food orders were still on the way and that we would be asked what we would like to drink despite the inconvenience. NOBODY ATTENDED TO US FOR 30 MINUTES. They literally pretended we did not exist. When we approached the manager to find out the issue, he made no attempt to put our orders through and rectify the situation. He instead told us that we had upset the waitress, and were free to go. Why is a waitress’ emotional fragility our issue? We did not insult this lady, but only asked to speak to a manager. We had to speak up because she absolutely could not understand English! Even if she became overwhelmed, we should simply have been assigned another waiter. It was almost as though they wanted us to get out. As someone who goes to many high end brunches, this has never happened to me before. I was completely insulted and I cannot help but think this was race-motivated. Totally disgusting. I urge anyone who values customer service to avoid this place at all costs.

Cute place, cute plates BUT not as tasty as hoped for the price/hype. The breakfast burrito is defo worthy but the French toast is a bit disappointing (too dry) and the Huevos Rancheros are not very interesting. Everything is very aesthetic, which explains the hype.

Came here for lunch, they did not allow cakes or birthday celebrations here. Massively overpriced for the quantity of food that we got. Party of 4 and we were asked to pay and leave before our allocated 1.5 hrs. The white chocolate matcha had weird sludge at the bottom that did not match will with the drink or dissolved at all. The chai was very watery and lacked flavour. The presentation of the food was beautiful but did not justify the £17 avg price tag to each dish. It was decent but I would not be coming here again.

Me and my family had delicious beverages (coffee and hot chocolate) in a chilling atmosphere and nice room design. Our waitress, Ilona, with a wonderful smile, was incredibly nice and helpful. We'll definitely like to visit Morena again if we've got the chance.

We came across this little restaurant by chance. The place is cozy and the staff very helpful. The products are quality and the recipes are very original! We opted for the seasonal menu of matcha lattes with white chocolate and a pumpkin French toast, it was a delight.

Lovely setting, mostly decent food, though inappropriately and grossly excessively salted avocado toast, to the point it was almost inedible. Wait staff allowed us to order a drink after, then said they wouldn't serve us a drink after, then brought the bill and we paid immediately, then I went to the bathroom, came back and the drink they'd refused to serve us was on the table, which it turned out indeed they'd charged us before. An extremely rude waiter then came to our table 10 mins later demanding to know why I hadn't downed a hot chocolate in 1 and left already, despite having received the hot chocolate only 10 mins prior. There were also 3 other tables empty. Terrible service and extremely rude wait staff destroyed the day's experience. Also lay off the salt please.

Visited for breakfast on a Saturday. Managed to book the table as late as the Friday before, so they had good availability. Was hoping it wasn’t all hype as everything I’d seen was so pretty and colourful, sometimes I find that overrides substance but I was happy with our experience. Tried the tiramisu french toast and mango pancakes, which we shared so each got to try both. I thought the portions were quite generous and the quality was very good. Everything tasted fresh and both my friend and I commented that nothing we had was too heavy / excessively sweet. It was definitely cute and had both in/outdoor space. I like the attention to detail. We also ordered coffee to go, served in nicely branded cups - I do like the design. The only thing I thought was off was the price of the strawberry matcha iced latte at £6.20, you can find those cheaper and equivalent or better standard. Take away latte with vanilla syrup was good, homemade syrup not too sweet. Will visit again for sure, and suggest trying it. Others have commented on slow service, at 10:30am we did not experience this issue and we also didn’t feel harassed by the staff - e.g, they didn’t constantly check every minute if everything was ok (which I find annoying when trying to catch up with friends over brunch).

Visited Morena on a Sunday and had a great experience overall. We tried the cassava waffles, iced matcha, flat white, and avocado toast—all of which were delicious. The food was fresh, flavorful, and presented beautifully. Despite being quite crowded (likely due to it being a weekend), the service was impressively quick, and we didn't have to wait long for our order. The only downside was the busy atmosphere, but we still enjoyed our meal regardless. Would definitely recommend for a casual brunch outing, but maybe consider a weekday visit if you prefer a quieter experience.

Came twice already and regularly order from Deliveroo and the food is always delicious. Take the breakfast burrito, french toast, morena eggs royale and hash brown 💯 The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is great especially if it’s sunny you can eat outside Dog friendly 🐾

This is one of my favorite brunch spots in London! I always recommend the açai bowl because it's refreshing and sweet with a bit of a crunchy touch, it's filling but not heavy. The matcha was a bit too bitter for me but taste varies person to person. The decoration is very aesthetic and cute. Staff is always friendly.

Okay so I do love this spot for the food and coffee and outdoor seating, decor and somewhat the vibe but man.. apart from the indoor coffee staff I’ve spoken to, the wait staff is pretty bad. I mean I’ve had the same guy each time I’ve been and then when I don’t the lovely hostess was better but they were so busy then my order got mixed up. I don’t know how this guy is still working there, definitely needs some training.. Anyway all good it’s worth it for the food as long as you don’t expect them to provide good service. Just frustrating though! Has mega potential it’s super tasty food!

Shame really as we contacted these guys to speak about charity work in Colombia whilst being regular customers of the cafe. They clearly put profit above doing good as they wanted to charge over 3k to help raise money for charity.

A disappointing experience. Arrived on a Friday afternoon, it wasn’t busy at all. Waited at least half an hour for our coffees to arrive, in the end we just asked for the bill and the drinks in takeaway cups. We paid the bill, drinks still no where to be seen. We went to the front and the barista was just chatting to someone, could see we were in a rush at this point but went painfully slowly. No apologies for the delay. Lukewarm service. My matcha was fine, my friend’s chai was far too sweet. Would not return and certainly wouldn’t recommend.

worst restaurant i’ve been to during my stay in london. too expensive for a piece of bread with salmon and an egg. it didnt even taste good. absolutely disgusting. i was there with my friend and we both felt sick while eating. on top of that the service is horrendous; the workers are very slow and they forget to serve you even though you ask them about something multiple times. the decoration is nice though but not worth it. the ideas they have for the food are good but the way they actually made it is nasty.

One of the best brunch spots in Belgravia! Party of 3 came for brunch on Sunday for the first time and we loved the place. We were sat in the first floor which had great decorations and a lovely atmosphere, my favourite part was the bar area downstairs. The food was superb, we ordered the Açai bowl, which was perfect, an extremely generous amount of fruit and granola, the french toast which was flavoursome, sweet and filling without being too oily or heavy, thought we would have added more ice cream on the side, and lastly the avocado toast with poached eggs and a side of chorizo, which was our favourite plate; definitely the highlight and the sundried tomatoes were such a nice touch that gave it such a nice kick. We also ordered the Mango smoothie, the dragonfruit smoothie and the matcha with strawberry, which was the best drink by far, perfect amount of sweet! The only thing I would say is that more staff is needed. While our waitress, who successfully also as doing the hostess job, was kind, polite and attentive, there were definitely more staff needed.

This is lovely place, very good quality food, but service is so horrible that i can’t even give 1 out of 5. We came for a brunch as my bday treat, and ordered bottomless prosecco, but waiter was so slow and had no idea what to do, we asked 3 times for drink and bread but never received. Waiter was absolutely ignoring us. We went to a manager and she just apologised. No refill offered and very quickly waiter just threw a bill on our table even i was still eating. Horrible! And it is very sad as i would never come back to this place and would not recommend either, just because of disgraceful service.

Went yesterday after reading good reviews. Bit of anti-climax. Food was average: I ordered the royale eggs and an americano. Coffee was great. The atmosphere was stale. But the worst thing was the service. The guy serving was absolutely miserable and rude. Disappointing.

Lovely spot and great brunch options. However the service we received was disappointing. The boy who served was not polite, no hi and thank you and you're welcome, and even rolled his eyes multiple times at customers. He basically threw down our drinks and cutlery and did everything with an attitude. Other staff members we encountered were lovely but this one seemed to hate his job.

The worst experience ever. Do not eat pork and salmon so asked to have some hollandaise sauce on top of my vegetarian eggs that they usually have with the salmon dish. Simple request to remove salmon and edd just a tiny bit sauce instead was told not possible unless I paid £4 for just a bit of sauce?!! Mayonnaise for £4? The service personal was awful and the manager absolutely ignorant and incompetent. So if you have dietary requirements forget this place. They would refuse it and charge you £4 for a simple sauce / mayonnaise to add on top of the eggs. Just awful experience. I was there with my young daughter and experience was so unpleasant that we had to leave without breakfast
