First of all, when we arrived there was no evidence of our booking despite booking a table and paying a deposit the day before. The manager said ‘lucky for you I have a table available’. We were sat at a table right underneath the speaker and couldn’t even hear myself think let alone any of my friends at the table. I politely asked the DJ and waitress to turn it down and they told me I had to ask the manager. When speaking to the manager he refused to turn it down since if he turned down one speaker it would turn all of them down. I asked to move table away from the speaker and he offered us a sofa with two tiny small circular tables (barely enough room for our drinks let alone food). When I went outside from a break from the painfully loud music as I walked back inside the manager came up to me and came across very angry saying he did everything he could and didn’t understand my frustration. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. The food and drinks were very average not worth the money. The waitress that served us I think her name was Bony was the only good thing about the place.

Staff very very warm welcoming and friendly. Came her for the bottomless was absolutely amazing. Food was very pleasantly surprised. The taste blew me away and the portion size was amazing. Left feeling super full and super drunk. Really far from my area would defo go back. Go vibes, nice staff, good food and nice drinks. 10/10

Just left this place having gone for the evening bottomless. From the moment we arrived we experienced hospitality unrivalled from anywhere I’ve visited in London. Aaron greeted us and made it clear he wanted us to have the best night. He was complemented by Juan who also made us feel equally, beyond welcome. The cocktails were absolutely delightful and the food was generous in both portion and in flavour in equal measure. Complements to our chefs Dennis and fernando…all delicious but those prawn tacos 😍 Could not recommend highly enough

Amazing fun. Food was great, lots of choice for drinks and the waiters kept them flowing. The cabaret carnival dancer and fire eater were amazing and added another level to a bottomless brunch. The team working while I was there with 3 friends where so helpful and friendly - great atmosphere and lovely setting - would highly recommend

Do not recommend Tropix at all if you’re in a big group. The manager is very rude despite them moving our booking by 3 hours the night before, giving us a table for half the group size on arrival and expecting 14 people to drink from 3 fishbowls. By the time we were settled and our food came we were asked for payment, an hour before the end of our brunch! A very disappointing evening, the drinks tasted watered down and the food wasn’t great. something has changed since our last visit. The music is good..and that’s our only positive!

I came out here on my birthday with my girlfriend. The food was terrible. The food serhixe came out way too slows had to wait 1 hour and 14 minutes before the second food came out.. and the music was way too loud I couldn’t hear my own voice let alone have a conversation. And the guy with the microphone was making too music noise playing music that was horrible.

I booked a brunch for 10 of us for my partners 30th. I made sure his friends all arrived just before us so it would be a nice surprise for him when we arrived, we got to the front till and was greeted by a lady and she was told by a couple of his friends beforehand ‘it’s a surprise’ … when we got there I told her I had a reservation booked for 6pm under my name and she said ‘yeah some of your party is already here’ baring in mind she had been told it was a surprise. Luckily my partner was behind me so didn’t hear this but I thought she had taken no notice of what she had been told, she seemed very moody aswel. We was taken to the table where all his friends were and was seated. We ordered some drinks, very weak and just tasted of orange juice and watered down. After half an hour we finally received our first round of food… very cold and cheap food, like they had bought it all from Iceland party food. We ordered some more drinks and even they took over 20 mins to arrive. The second round of food was no better to be honest. The music was ok… the DJ switched from 90s to dancehall and then to high school musical… I personally don’t think they went out of their way to make sure he had a good birthday like alot of other restaurants I’ve been to. All in all I wouldn’t be returning for a brunch here unfortunately.

Tropix was brilliant! Three of us did the bottomless brunch in the evening and it was fabulous. There is a range of drinks including cocktails, prosecco and beer for 2 hours! The food is sharing dishes and all very good. Jay and Erica made the visit though, they looked after us and never let our glasses go empty, the service was fabulous! Great atmosphere, good music and brilliant service, looking forward to going back.

We come here to celebrate my friends 25th birthday and as soon as we walked through the door, the vibes were fantastic. We chose to do the bottomless brunch for two hours which cost us £45.50 each. We were served by Bony. Her service was beyond perfection, she catered to everything we asked for. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better to manage our group. She came to take our drinks orders regularly and brought our food order through quickly. It’s safe to say we all left with a smile on our face. I definitely recommend coming here if you have a special occasion coming up. The price seems expensive but for what you get is right on par. Bony is definitely a compliment to the business. If you’re looking for Latin vibes, then this is the place to go. Fantastic music. Also a little bit of British Pop and R&B. Food is amazing and drinks are spectacular. The atmosphere and the decor is amazing and gives you an amazing vibe also. A great place to stop and they have treats on separate nights so something else also to look forward too

Bottomless brunch... not great food. Was reassured it was gluten free but felt the effects of it not being 30 min later (following v confused waitress giving us varying info) + very few & weak drinks. Aside from that issue, most stuff was undercooked & got one tiny taco per person but nobody could be bothered to complain. Nothing entertainment wise as advertised... did see one woman with fire for all of 10 seconds & were some random balloons on the floor. Worst of all, aggressive people selling stuff in the toilets, havent seen that anywhere in years. On the second visit we were cornered & told we knew she was there so it wasn't acceptable to leave without a tip and we felt too uncomfortable to need the toilet again so left.

Truly awful experience. I tried to get in touch with them several times, before and after the experience, without success . At the venue it was really hard to get them to serve us. We ordered the bottomless brunch experience and we had to wait 40 minutes before we could even eat the first round of food, and our server kept forgetting our drinks on the counter which with a 2 hours time limit is not a ideal . Luckily the hostess and the body guard noticed it and helped us more than once. They charged us 4 pound more just cause they felt like it but the real problem came when I tried to contact them in order to have a refund considering they charged us the service charge without even us knowing. I spent 9 days trying talking to them. With phone calls and messages completely ignored and to this day they say there is nothing they can do. A place to avoid completely!!

Had never been here before so I was expecting amazing things judging from online pics etc. The table given to us for a 10pm booking was under the horrible fuzzy loud speakers and they didn't bother to move our table when we asked. The cocktails are expensive but not worth the hype as they taste slightly watered down. The staff looked not bothered and didn't know answers to the questions about the drinks menu. The music was very nice and the entertainment (fire breather lady) was also very good and that's why I'm giving some stars. I will not return unfortunately. Clapham has better places.

Good value brunch & staff very attentive. There was so much food and drinks were flowing. The only issue was the communication with the restaurant could be better, I had spoken to a member of staff to add another person to our booking which was confirmed and on arrival the waitress was quite rude about it. When I told her we had added another person her answer was “When?” To be greeted this way when we had literally just arrived wasn’t great.
