The restaurant was quiet so our server Charlotte was quick to take our order. The food came quickly and was delicious, we had vouchers for our meal and Charlotte sorted everything out without any problems. Great location, good service and good food.

Absolutely lovely food for such great value with the daytime deal. We were served by Lexie who was really amazing and dealt phenomenally with my allergy order (Milk and Nuts) by double checking everything with me and taking extra caution which made me have no anxieties about eating here. Thank you

Conveniently located in Manchester city centre. Had the mixed grill which was good quality, nicely cooked and a very good sized portion. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall a very good venue which for some reason is under marketed/promoted by management.

We've stayed at Manchester Central Premier Inn several times & eaten at the Bishopsgate's restaurant a few times, however we've never written a review. We were so impressed this time with the service we received from Lexi that we felt she deserved some recognition. She was really pleasant & went above & beyond.

Very pleased with the food here. We had breakfast and dinner there a few times and the choice is good and the food excellent! Great service from the staff who are friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, especially Tracy for breakfast and Sean in the evening for dinner. Well done guys!

Stayed in the Premier Inn Manchester Central and had dinner in the restaurant before I left for a nearby concert. The restaurant was very comfortable with a broad menu. The food itself was fantastic but the friendliness of the service was the main highlight. Enjoyable experience and will definitely return.

Stayed Sunday they advertised Sunday lunch not here they don’t do it , the bar closed at 10 pm we were at the theatre so closed when we got back at 1005pm bad we are in the centre of Manchester very poor. Breakfast next day was ok nothing really special,the four stars are for the staff they work hard and always have a smile on there faces, rooms are ok again nothing special a bit tired,overall premier inn could do better.

This restaurant is linked to the Premier Inn and had obviously held some form of convention we visited as it was very busy. We have been here a few times now as it’s easy to book and close to venues like the palace and Bridgewater hall. It is what it is - basic pub food, but if that’s what you need before moving on it’s fine. When we visited it felt very understaffed as it was so busy but the staff were great - friendly and attentive even if it took some time for the drinks to arrive. We both had the smothered platter - I personally wasn’t a fan of the steak but it was cooked as asked. The rest was good with lots of BBQ sauce on the side. Considering the prices of nearby pre theatre deals, the value here was great. Two platters with one upgrade, a double gin and mixer, a large wine and a coke came to just over £50. Would I recommend it for a cosy couples meal or a special night? - no, but as a good value pit stop - absolutely.

Despite being very quiet the food was terrible. My friend's gammon was raw. Staff took her whole mixed grill away instead of just the gammon and returned it a few minutes later having gone cold. They then still charged full price despite the fact she couldn't eat it. My brother's veg lasagna was tasteless.

Came here for the second time and it was still as memorable as the first. Really pleasant staff and great food! Charlotte served me and she delivered great customer service, checked in to see how my food was and created a really enjoyable atmosphere.

Food was excellent, at a great price. Our server Alexandria from Portugal was also very lovely and friendly and made ojr evening.

We've been here twice now and will definitely be coming back. We were one of three tables who were in on a Sunday night and the service was incredible, especially the woman who served us who unfortunately I did not catch her name but we had a lovely chat with her as we were waiting to pay. The food was lovely, decent portions for a good price. I had the smothered burger whilst my partner had a steak, both were excellent meals served quickly. The first time we came the steak was overdone (he asked for rare and received medium-well) but this time it was spot on. Thank you and see you again!

A 3rd visit here and really good when visiting Bridgewater Hall for concerts (Nearly next door). The food was of a very high basic standard at a very good basic price. Not hugw amounts thank goodness but not huge prices - perfect/ It is ver comfortable and quiet in the dining area. The staff really do have their finger on the pulse checking and watching that everything is as it should be. Our server Alexandra was beyond superb and had the nicest manner possible - a real Gem.

Just had a Sirloin Steak that was cooked to perfection served with peppercorn sauce and all the trimmings! . My other half tried the Cheese and Onion Pie and it was devoured in minutes! Delicious! Tracey and Charlotte were extremely friendly and nothing was a problem. We'll definitely eat here when we're on our travels again. Excellent value for money and a lovey atmosphere.

We were in Manchester with family and ate here at breakfast and three times for dinner. It was excellent, good food and great service. At breakfast we were taken care of by Tracey who is amazing. She’s efficient and considerate and notices everything that could make breakfast even better. She was there sometimes all day I think and remained a warm, welcoming lady. I’m delighted to recommend her. If only all eating venues had someone like her. Thank you so much for everything.

Highly recommend Table Table for good food, great set price affordable for everyone, lovely staff especially Tracy and Charlotte who took our original booking reservation of 14! Only 12 sat down for the meal and no deposit was taken and we wasn’t charged for the 2 who couldn’t make it! Bar staff lovely and helpful. We have our annual Christmas meal here after the Panto at the Opera House. Good location near all amenities. We will be back again hopefully not just at Christmas!

Booked a table on Saturday 16/12 prior to visiting the Palace theatre. Was put right at the back of the pub despite plenty of empty tables nearer to the bar. It really was a case out out of sight out of mind, an ordered beer took 20 minutes to arrive and or food an hour from arriving (and only the after we had asked what the delay was). The food was poor with the beef and ale pie being dried out probably from being left too long. Would normally have dessert but didn't have time. Will not be back!!

Always go to eat here prior to going to the Bridgewater Hall. The food is plentiful, well presented and enjoyable. Lovely staff, clean restaurant and efficient service.

They advertise Sunday dinners, which is why we booked. We were informed by our waiter that they don’t serve them at this venue. We were offered an alternative that then had lots of things missing/substituted. The meal we received was just very underwhelming. It was very like a school dinner. We booked an early meal last night at The Bishopsgate before going to a concert at the nearby Bridgwater Hall; we'd eaten here before, and it was entirely satisfactory. However, this visit was extremely disappointing; the restaurant was not that busy, but we still had a bit of a wait for our pre-meal drinks, and the food was very uninspiring. My wife and I both had the calamari to start which, although it was tasty enough, left a lot to be desired portion-wise. The price was £5.99 which, by my reckoning, worked out about £1 per piece! For mains, my wife had the lasgne, which she said was OK, and I ordered the Beef and Stout pie. When I cut into the pie, it was almost as though it had had wind! The crust collapsed, and left a layer of sad looking meat at the bottom - not only was the look dispiriting, but the taste and seasoning were very bland. I'd ordered the sweet potato fries instead of the mash (for an extra 99p, I might add!), but these were certainly not freshly cooked as they were soft and "wilted".All in all, a very disappointing start to our evening - let's hope we were just unlucky but, suffice it to say, the next time we are eating out before a concert, I shall look elsewhere.

Booked into the adjoining Premier Inn (separate review) & looked forward to evening meal. Reception informed me the Manager had rang in sick so the Restaurant would not be serving meals. Really? The whole place stops because one man calls in sick??. We ate elsewhere but noticed on our return the bar was serving so we went & had a glass of wine & a brandy. It was still early evening (not 7pm) when one of the 2 bar staff came over & informed us the bar was closing. We were the only ones in there so I said I’ll have one more brandy...”sorry Sir but we’ve closed the till” . Pathetic. Next Morning I reported the disappointment to the Premier inn receptionist who was suitably appalled & gave apologies, but for this visit the Bishopgate failed miserably.

Tried here for the first time I had the sweet potato and feta lasagna and my partner had the chicken and chorizo pie Both were really tasty and cooked well. Had deserts after they were nice as well. The two staff members Henry and Neville who were on were really helpful and polite looked like they worked hard as well. Recommend coming here for something eat as The staff are friendly and nice and is reasonably priced to. Will be back again. Thank you for a very nice meal.

We visited this resteraunt for an evening meal been here before without any problems but on this occasion the food was cold to touch and the gravy was that cold it had started to go lumpy We had it reheated then the pudding was cold when that arrived unfortunately Sorry table table

Meals came barely warm. As it was near to Christmas one of our party ordered from a festive menu. When it arrived the turkey was cold and upon being asked if there was cranberry sauce she was told there was a berry sauce used for the burgers which they could bring!On asking for the manager to get this dreadful dish removed from the bill we were met with a very young and arrogant man who offered a free dessert or coffee as recompense. As the dessert was included in the price this was hardly appropriate or proffered in a reasonable manner. It took so long to sort out that it was most unpleasant, meanwhile the table next door was also complaining about their meal.Needs better-trained managers and a decent chef!

Llamado nuevamente esta noche otra vez a las 6 pm había muchas mesas disponibles pero tenían 2 reservas a las 7 pm y no estaban tomando 'walk ins'?La única razón por la que fuimos allí es que estaba pegado a la premier Inn, me alojaría de nuevo en el hotel, pero no volveré a la mesa. ¿Creo que deberían emplear personas que quieran trabajar?

Stayed here over the Christmas period. Came down for a few drinks later on in the evening and Alex was more than happy to assist. I stayed until closing time and he was happy to chat until the full closing time. Would be more than happy to recommend due to Alex’s customer service. 5*

Después de leer las críticas recientes no estaba seguro de visitar aquí, pero he comido aquí un par de veces durante su estancia en el hotel, así que probé. No estaba demasiado ocupado para una noche de sábado y conseguí una mesa de inmediato. El personal fue atento durante toda nuestra comida. Pedimos entrantes y llegaron en 5 minutos, nuestros principales tomaron unos 25 minutos después de eso, que es el momento perfecto. Las comidas deliciosas, aparte de la salsa malbec, faltaban en el bistec y esta fue la única vez que no pudimos obtener la atención de alguien, así que mi esposo se había comido la mayor parte ya que aún era un buen bistec, la camarera se ofreció para conseguir una comida completamente nueva si él Quería pero estaba feliz con la salsa. Un par de puntos negativos fue que el área de desayuno cerca de nuestra mesa no se había limpiado y había frijoles en el piso y un miembro del personal del hotel estaba tan ocupado que seguía caminando por el bar en su teléfono, mirando fútbol y jugando.
