Cottons Vauxhall in Lambeth

We paid nearly 100 pounds to celebrate New Year's Eve in this bar. Unfortunately, we were treated very poorly. Despite having a reservation, we had to wait in the cold for over 2 hours. Waiting in the cold wouldn't have been an issue if we had at least been served a drink. We didn't receive our complimentary drinks, which were included in the ticket, or anything else. Just before midnight, we decided to leave the premises due to these conditions. We attempted to speak with the bar's manager, but he instructed his staff to ask us to send an email for a refund. We followed his instructions, but to date, we have not received a response or our money back. We are deeply disappointed

Would 100% recommend! The food was amazing and I would recommend the mix build platter the lamb was to die for and one of the best lambs I have had. It was juicy, tender, and flavourful. The staff were super friendly and accommodating making the experience even better.

One of our favourite places to go with friends. Brilliant atmosphere and customer service. We had the pleasure of being served by a gentleman called Amadu, he made our experience truly memorable! We need more customer service like Amadu! Will defo be back xx
