Our meal was fantastic, really tasty and generous portions. Service was quick and Alex our waiter was possibly the nicest waiter I've ever met. So friendly so efficient

This place is incredible! First off the staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is amazing with flashes of color everywhere. The food was also amazing especially the ropa vieja.

Food was good, starter we chose, 3 different humus was really tasty.. went at happy hour, so pleased with our extra drinks ! One wine was full of grunge, but staff were excellent, apologetic and quick to get a replacement one. Rest of food was tasty but not spectacular. It was quiet when we went, but I'm sure would have a great vibe when busy. Staff were very helpful and nice. Would go again..

A very beautiful restaurant that serves Fasahah meat in the Yemeni style. Frankly, it is worth a visit 😍 and their employee’s name is Alex is the best

The 2 for 1 cocktails until 7 was very much appreciated. But what made our visit was the incredible service from Alex. We were in on Monday and from start to finish Alex was attentive, friendly, patient and proficient. What a lovely lad. Will definitely be back. Thanks Alex!

Thought food was good but found service to be quite slow and staff seemed to be overwhelmed. Also not a fan of being seated in the tent outside on the street particularly during the winter. Felt like a very different experience to be inside the actual restaurant in the warm with a nicer atmosphere, much cleaner too and what you’d expect when paying for a restaurant meal in London.

the waiter lied about how many the tapas plates would serve - for £32 they barely served 5, two skewers of meat, two iceland-style thin chicken patties alongside a load of veg with hummus? if you’re looking for a big meal, this is not the place to go.

Awesome bar and the mixed grill platter was amazing. Steak was cooked to perfection and seasoned well! Cocktails were very reasonably priced and tasty.

Our server Tom was absolutely brilliant. He was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble and he was very attentive. He actually made an impromptu pop in very very enjoyable.

In one word: disappointing. The place has a great atmosphere and the reviews were good, so we chose to have dinner there. I believe we may have experienced a bad day. The menu looked great, but when the food arrived, we were disappointed. We ordered a mixed tapas sharing plate, and the only good thing were the croquetes. The chicken and chorizo skewer was served cold and the chicken had no flavor. The chicken panko tempura batter was also cold and falling apart. There was a salsa dip that tasted like an industrialized salsa from Tesco. Service was a little bit confused. We had ordered a sandwich together with the sharing plate, 5 minutes later we were told that they were out of sandwiches. When we asked for the check, the sandwich was still there… Cleaning of the table and some of the cutlery was below the average of restaurants we’ve been so far here in London.

Went to Cubana on a busy Friday evening, but everything went very smoothly thanks to our server Alex. We loved the food and the happy hour cocktails are really worth it. Can’t wait to come back!

We came to dance salsa with my girlfriend's mother and her aunt - 64 and 59 years old. They couldn't enter without having identification 😂 The doorman was a total crazy person. What a shame to see such stupid rules in a bar that I liked. It no longer has a Latin atmosphere.

I loved the amazing service the staff at Cubana provided. They were super professional, friendly and flexible. Wr had a table inside but they also offered to us a table outside if we wanted it. The recommendations were good. Everything that we ordered was super tasty and delicious. The design is super cool. It really takes me back to my latin roots with their colours and symbols. Most of the staff are latinos as well and easy to talk to. The music is nice and it represents latinos properly. 100% recommendef for anyone that wants to know a bit more about latinos their culture, the music, the tastes and their people. I believe at night time it becomes like a soft club - there are many lights like the ones you would find in a disco.

I went last weekend with my friends and Alex was great!

Visited tonight before seeing a show at The Old Vic. We both had the slow cooked beef with rice, black beans and plantain. It was all really tasty, service was prompt and the food very reasonably priced for central London, perfect portion size too. Cocktails were on 2 for 1 so we had a margarita and a sangria. I am deaf and asked for a slightly quieter table so I could hear our conversation, Alex our waiter was super understanding and gave me a choice of tables, whichever would be best for me to be able to hear. It's a shame other restaurant staff aren't as understanding or accommodating as Alex was. Only wish we lived closer to London or we'd Visit all the time.

Food was decent. Happy hour cocktails cheap and cheerful. Service was slow. Atmosphere 1 because we had 2 separate incidences of drunk men approaching the table, we were sat in the outside seating area but this was very annoying and staff did not move them on.

This is one of the best happy hours in London. Alex made us feel right at home and I cannot wait to come back again. Alex is the best server in all of London and I can't wait to request him again!!

The waiters didn’t seem to be happy working nor serving us. And we went there to eat a Cubano sandwich only yo find out that the kitchen had ran out of it after we had our order taken at 7pm on a Saturday!?!? Shame. Food I had was delicious and I’d go back for that reason alone.

The food was fantastic traditional Cuban food. The Cuban sandwich was particularly good. Great service by, I believe his name was Jack, and a great atmosphere made the all round experience very good.

If you’re looking for genuine Cuban food, look no more 👀. Cubana has, on my opinion, one the best Cuban food outside Cuba. Visiting London, I thought of dropping by with a group of friends, hoping they will like my homeland food. It was absolutely delicious, like the food your grandma will prepare for you. Yes at the level. Well served and properly cooked. Service was great, and believe me they were busy. I strongly advise to book a table before going there, otherwise you risk to queue outside. I will definitely come back every time I can. Price wise it’s excellent value for money. Around £25 per person. Not bad for London. I highly recommend going there if you wish to have something different than usual food. Well done Chicos…

Cubanos was a discovery during a random and very busy Saturday (during happy hour). We were served by Alex, whom was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious we were served promptly and with a smile. I will be returning. 2 jugs of sangria for 1 during happy hour at £23. Very good value for money.
