Tom did a great job waiting on us. The patio was warm and cozy on a cool evening , but LOUD!!! Long line for the loo

We went with some Latinos friends. A little bit of disappointment as they don’t have lot of the list in the menu. We try to choose of the list the waitress mentioned had and then he return that they don’t have as well. So, i don’t know if it happens all the time or only the unlucky day we went. The drinks were fine and as well 2X1!

Food was great! Margaritas arrived as soon as we sat down which was appreciated! Tom was a great server and we felt well attended, he made sure that we were comfortable on the table.

Really Good place to have a few drinks and small sharing plates of food. I am vegetarian and our waiter Ana recomend as the falafel and the tortilla, for drinks we had long island ice tea jugs. Really good experience and good service from Ana

Been in cubana last weekend with my cousin visiting London, really good music in the club the bartenders really friendly and bubbly specially Ana that was serving us and she make us amazing strawberry daiquiris, was ordering them all night. Amazing

Our waiter, Srikanth, was great during our dinner. He was helpful, gave us good wine suggestions, and made sure our food came quickly. He made our dinner really nice. We would come back because of his service!

Really, there is good food. I am not sure how close the menu is to real good authentic Cuban food as this was the first time I tried, but I really enjoyed it. Everything was leaning towards a sweet taste, which I liked. The service was good by srikanth

Not a bad place, food was good, and not to bad prices for London. Service was a bit hit and miss depending on the server you get, we had to ask twice for our drinks that had been forgotten. Nothing wrong with the atmosphere, if it had been a little warmer there looked a nice big space outside with plenty of tables.

Had a brilliant time at Cubana in Waterloo. The atmosphere was fun and colourful, and the food was full of flavour. I had the Ropa Vieja and it was absolutely delicious. The smoothie was super refreshing too. Big shoutout to our waiter Bryan – really friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back!

214 / 5.000 We went for lunch, and I loved the sandwich and the non-alcoholic drinks. Bryan served us very well. We were better off inside than outside, because at the outside you could hear the Latin music mixed among the disco-like music at the outside. None of the Latin music at the inside was actually Cuban. The decoration was pretty nice.

The drinks and atmosphere were great, unfortunately I can't say the same about the food or the service. We ordered plantain chips with salsa - the plantain chips were unseasoned and stale as if they had just been sitting in an unsealed bag for days. The salsa was also extremely bland. It gave me and my friend stomach issues. The service was slow, most of the servers were nice, one of them wasn't. We asked to remove the service charge because of our experience and despite them saying okay we still got charged the full service charge. Overall not the best experience, if I was to go again I'd just stick to the drinks.

When you come here you will feel like you are in Cuba! We had the Cubano sandwich and it was very tasty and generous portions, cocktails are also great, and staff are very friendly and smiley, big thanks to Taru who served us and was friendly. I would definitely recommend this restaurant 👌

For such a hopeful start this wasn’t a great experience. It ended with being laughed at when I said sensitively to a server that the toilet rolls were empty in the toilet.. When I said “ could they be filled?” I was told I could speak to a manager. Chocolate moose hadn’t got any coulis - overall not great, and I struggle to write bad reviews.

We are from Portugal and visiting London atm. We came across your lovely restaurant, nice decoration and good vibes. To our suprise the girl that serve us is from Portugal too. Her name is Ana and her service was excellent she was really friendly and we had a really nice chat. Hopefully we visit again before we leave. 5 stars

We had a really great couple of cocktails at Cubana Waterloo. Reasonably priced for Waterloo. Our server Ana was really attentive, super efficient and had a great smile. Really great server. We only popped in for a cheeky Monday cocktail (okay actually two but who is counting). Having seen the food that was served to others from both the restaurant and the lunchtime food stall we'll definitely be back to indulge on a weekend soon. Definitely recommend Cubana if you are that neck of the woods. Plus it's only 5 minutes from Waterloo if you're looking for a nice meal before your train.

We came to the restaurant to have some nice food and cocktails. We got seated outside and for 30 min the staff looked at us and just walked by us or went somewhere else. People before us got asked for drinks and everyone else was being served. Very disappointing. We walked out in the end as we couldn’t get anyone’s attention either.

Went for a casual dinner. Stayed longer than planned because of how relaxed and enjoyable the whole experience was . The good was great , but krishy made the night . Friendly, attentive and just had this amazing energy that made everything feel smooth and easy . A real gem

Really unkind security staff. I have been going to La cubana for so many years, is one of my favourites places in London, and I alwas had the best experiences there, their food, service and atmosphere were always top, but yesterday my experience was totally different. The security guy at the door treated us very bad and unfair, with really bad manners. I'm happy for you guys to check the cameras to see that I was trying to talk to him really kind and polite, as I do love the place, but the responses from him weren't the same.

Too sweet mojito clearly lacked alcohol. At the outdoor bar we couldn't have everything, really a shame. We didn't eat there so I don't know how to evaluate the food.

The decor looks great. Food is very average. No spice but plenty of options for carnivore/vegetarian/vegan eaters. 2 for 1 cocktails. Did not taste very strong. Very busy and popular place though so maybe I was the fussy one.

Really really poor service here, took them 20 mins to ask what drinks we’d like and then once we’d ordered, staff took another 40 mins to deliver those drinks. Wasn’t even that busy. They did kindly provide the drinks we’d ordered for free after complaining, but damage had already been done. Wouldn’t waste your time here.
