JUST RETURNED HOME AFTER A FABULOUS AFTERNOON TEA. THE CHOICE OF FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE BOTH SWEET AND SAVOURY. ALTHOUGH WE ALL HAVE HEALTHY APPETITES THERE WAS PLENTY TO TAKE HOME. A HUGE THANK YOU TO TONY AND ALI FOR HOSTING AND TO THE WONDERFUL STAFF WHO MADE US SO WELCOME AND ATTENDED TO OUR EVERY NEED.

Gorgeous little pub, with a real lovely warm atmosphere. Food was delicious, prices were reasonable, the staff were attentive. It was worth the drive and we will be visiting again

We wanted to treat ourselves to a nice evening meal during our holiday and were glad to have found Picton House. Our starters, mains and dessert were all delicious and well presented. We felt the prices were appropriate for the quality of the food. The staff were friendly and the place has a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We will certainly eat at Picton House again if we're in the area.

Haven't been inside with my college E1's and my E2 group but the outside looked really clean and smart until the builders had to do some more work on it

Love this deli for absolutely delicious food and drinks. There is always something tasty to try. The staff there are so helpful and knowledgeable. They also have a lovely café upstairs with products from the shop. Highly recommended for a visit.

8 de nosotros cenamos a la luz de las velas aquí anoche. El lugar era tan atmosférico .. el personal era todo maravilloso y tan servicial y alegre . . y en cuanto a la comida . . estaba cocinado maravillosamente, servido caliente, porciones de buen tamaño y una buena gama de opciones Todos en nuestra fiesta estaban tan contentos de que habíamos elegido este hotel. Realmente no podrían ser culpables y sin duda los recomendaremos!

Great breakfast spot in a lovely part of Cardiff. Appreciate the Bloody Mary’s, hard to come by before midday! Food was great, something for everyone from classic full english to bacon and cockles. Staff were attentive. Booking is advised, imagine it gets busy at the weekends.

I have dined here many times and never ever had anything other than a first class experience . Today I tried a few different dishes. Both were exceptional. The staff and service as always was fantastic

Mooi en stijlvol ingericht restaurant, correcte prijzen, heel vriendelijke medewerkers doch wat weinig creatieve keuken. Krab met mayonaise? Borden zomaar op tafel zetten zonder wat uitleg? Welke kazen eerst eten? Dat weten wij niet, als antwoord. Beetje jammer voor een restaurant van deze standing. Nog een suggestie: maak een mooi menu met voorgerecht, hoofdgerecht, dessert ipv klanten enkel á la carte te laten kiezen. Geeft wat meer mogelijkheden. En misschien ook wat meer volk over de vloer. Personeel loopt ietwat verstrooid rond maar zijn wel heel vriendelijk en super gedienstig. Eerlijke producten en heel fijn dat we een attentie kregen. Er is nog wat werk maar zeker een geslaagde avond gehad!
