Blas Restaurant at Twr y Felin

St. David's, Pembrokeshire, 20-30£
14/03/2019: Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr geschmackvoller Stil, kunstorientiert. Afternoon Tea war sehr schön angerichtet. Eine Suite mit 360Grad Blick auf die Peninsula, Zimmer mit eigener Terasse und Meerblick.
11/02/2019: I was taken here by my girlfriend for lunch and it was near perfection. Starters were very well presented and beautiful, the only issue was them bringing my girlfriends crab salad with walnuts (she has a nut allergy which we had told them about) however this was resolved and the food was great. Mains were outstanding, simple ingredients cooked perfectly and presented again excellently. My girlfriends beef melted in your mouth and my duck was very moist. Desserts didn't disappoint either, the chocolate dessert my girlfriend ordered was exceptional and my scones gorgeous. Decor was perfect, shame there was no one else eating lunch but it was a Thursday afternoon in winter. Will definitely be back

Blue Ball Restaurant

Tenby: South, Pembrokeshire, >100£
17/03/2019: We come here year after year on holiday and always pre book before our arrival as we know this place is very busy with good reason, yet again another stunning Sunday lunch, the lamb and beef we had was melt in the mouth gorgeous, vegetables cooked to perfection wish I lived closer as I'd be here every week.. BEST SUNDAY LUNCH IN TENBY and we've tried a few over the years. Waiting staff polite and friendly, well done guys keep up the good work.
16/03/2019: The reviews are excellent and I must say they were true! I’m very pleased to have visited this place today and we had mussels, the pie of the day and a steak. Everything was simply delicious and the owners are nice and friendly.

Diablo's on the Quay

Carmarthen Town South, Carmarthenshire
19/02/2019: Been here a few times......even to take my two elerdly Aunts out one night. It’s never going to be anything more than a pub grub place. But that okay.....when you compare it to other places in Carmarthen, who attempt to serve the same sort of grub ( eg the Caraway) it’s way better. Staff are always busy, so sometimes the wait is a little longer than you’d want. But most of the time it okay. I don’t think I have ever had anything other than fish and chips and the veggie burger when they did it. But can’t ever remember anything that’s put me off, is okay, wine okay, service good, food what you’d expect’s pretty much all you want for mid week 40 quider,
19/01/2019: Lovely food and excellent service here, with nice views of the quay. The interior is rustic with a nice atmosphere for diners.

Belle Vue Inn

Llanfihangel-ar-Arth, Carmarthenshire, <20£
06/02/2019: We were sadly the only customers this evening eating food. The bar was warm, the beer well kept, the red wine served at the right temperature. The waitress was friendly, polite and chatty. The owner,Sue cane out at the end of the meal, and chatted whilst we paid. We will definitely go again with friends.
18/11/2018: Fantastic place. Very obliging to a party of seven, plus two little ones ! Very friendly waitresses. Great menu, especially for two of us that are vegetarians, four special choices which made a great change.

The Castle Inn

Manorbier, Pembrokeshire
04/01/2019: A group of us were staying in Manorbier for New Year and visited the pub on 2 nights.
30/09/2018: Booked to eat here by our landlady and arrived at 1830 to a packed, noisy happy crowded place. The beer flowed, the waitress kept up a steady flow of food and customers were kept happy by John the barman working flatout in tricky conditions ( card machine dodgy and beer running out). We had a tasty meal, do try the blanchbait they were delicious! Great craik and just how pubs used to be.

Bowen's Fish & Chip Shop

St. Dogmaels, Pembrokeshire
06/03/2019: Had take away last Saturday 2/03/2019 to eat in the car.
07/12/2018: Food overpriced! staff rude and unfriendly! The fish I had was severely undercooked and I could not eat it.

Wiseman's Bridge Inn

Amroth, Pembrokeshire
17/03/2019: As always an honest experience review. My family and I finished our weekend off here for Sunday lunch after the Grandslam weekend. I had the prawn cocktail to start which exceeded expectations if I’m honest, the portion size was very generous, its presentation was spot on and even went on to taste really good. I then opted for the beef roast which I overall enjoyed but I must comment on what wasn’t great for me. The dinner lacked any green vegetables, nothing. A roast should have green vegetables. The slices of beef were not the best cuts but neither the worst I’ve had. The setting of the pub is faultless, beach front, a separate dog-friendly bar which I thought was a nice touch as I wouldn’t personally like to eat my dinner in the company of a mass of dogs as the dog friendly side can get fairly busy with people and their pooches which is completely fine. The restaurant is kept clean and tidy with modern deco, a pleasant surrounding to feel comfortable. Would go back.
09/03/2019: We went there as the pub was recommended by a friend. Just ordered coffee for me with cow's milk. They don't provide alternative to cows milk!!!! At lest soya if nothing else should be provided. Also to our disgust the pub charges for WiFi use. They need to up their game and standards can't say we'd be back very soon.

The Bar

Neyland: East, Pembrokeshire
06/03/2019: My wife and I visited for lunch with the in-laws today and were impressed by the wide choice of starters, light meals and main meals on the menu. We started with a coffee, which was very good. The food arrived quite quickly, and there was plenty of it! You won’t be hungry when you leave The Bar! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the cost of the meal was very reasonable. We had to share two puddings between the four or us as we were so full! Will definitely return ASAP!
12/02/2019: Went with friends for lunch a limited lunch menu but still lots to choose from had a chicken pasta dish it was delicious the baguettes are very good too lots of filling and Come with a nice big side salad and chips, the staff are really friendly and to top it off you get a fab view while sitting and eating it's my main lunch time treat if I go out

Lliedi, Carmarthenshire
08/03/2019: Visited here for lunch, my first time at Nando’s. Really impressed with my meal, it was delicious! Everything on the menu looks lovely and will definitely be back to try it!
22/02/2019: Absolutely love this place. I'm a regular nandos eater it's amazing I can honestly say I've never had bad food in this nandos in Llanelli. The staff are amazing always friendly, smiling and very polite. Will be back here again in the next week as the chicken thighs in nandos medium spiced sauce are the greatest.

Narberth, Pembrokeshire, 20-30£
07/08/2016: Called at Diablos last week and they are no longer open. A new steak house is opening soon which promises to be good. I think it is called Market Square Chop House and Grille.

Mansion House Restaurant

Carmarthen Town South, Carmarthenshire
13/02/2019: Attended Sunday lunch and had booked because of the avertisment that it was 2 rosettes. we were shown to our table in a very bland, large room wich looked as if it was still being renovated, no plants, no curtains no atmosphere!
04/01/2019: Lovely lunch in lovely setting. Trio of fish in mussel sauce with greens. Shame we were the only guests. Lovely attentive waitress. Will definitely go again

Swallow Tree Gardens Restaurant

Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire
14/06/2016: when my wife and I arrived we were told that the restaurant was closed because the owners had "done a runner".Been more agreeable had we been notified by e-mail before we arrived.
