The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in England

Lovely place to wander around. Reception and bar staff very attentive. Sadly our meal was very ordinary. Entree and dessert were quite good. Steak was awful - not cooked as requested (got medium and medium rare rather than rare) and it was great and unappetising. Our waiter irritatingly kept visiting our table to see how we were going.

Ate in this hotel restaurant on a Monday evening. Nice setting and friendly attentive staff. Starters of tomato soup and garlic mushrooms, both tasted lovely. We both had the 12oz rib-eye steak which was cooked to perfection and cut like a knife through butter, lush. We finished with the strawberry sundae and sticky toffee pudding. A Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and a Merlot meant we went off to bed with a warm glow. A lovely meal.

Absolutely delighted with the brilliant food, fantastic drinks and immaculate service. The staff were really attentive and our drinks server even gave us tasters when we weren't sure about a cocktail. Will heartily recommend. Special mention for the vast choice of dishes that were gluten free which was brilliant for one of our party.

Looking for somewhere to eat and use for our regular eat when we are on the island and in Ryde. This will not be the place unfortunately. It says on menu 1/4 pound chicken burger. It hardly covered the standard size burger bun. Not worth h the £5.90 they charge and that is it if you want chips or anything that’s extra. Most of staff friendly, one member not sure if new but no idea how to process our order. The quest is still on for a nice place to eat in Ryde with our dog.

Picked up a takeaway and staff were very friendly and polite, food was ready very quickly and very tasty! Will definitely order again!

Sentí que los sabores estaban mal. Obviamente, esta es una preferencia personal. El pollo de coco estaba demasiado seco para mí. Los aromas de la verdura estaban apagados para mí. We have visited this place many times, for lunch and breakfast. It is a hidden gem in Merton. The food is exceptional and service is delivered with a smile. If you want to experience authentic Bulgarian food, which is one of the top in the world, visit this place. Bulgarian chefs are one of the best in the World, trust me on this one.

Este lugar es una buena apuesta si está buscando un lugar para trabajar todo el día. El lugar es amplio y el personal es muy amable. Los elementos del menú no son nada especial, pero tampoco están mal. Debido a la distribución y al ambiente general, no siente la presión de consumir constantemente, pero obtiene todo lo que necesita para su jornada laboral. La desventaja es la falta de tomacorrientes en las mesas que no están cerca de la pared y cuando visité, la puerta se mantuvo abierta a pesar de que el clima no era exactamente caluroso ese día, así que sentí un poco de frío no particularmente sensible al frío).

Absolutamente me encanta ir a este lugar, la comida es excelente y el servicio prestado es muy personal (al menos para mí). El dueño es un barril de risas [no], solo bromas. Definitivamente muy recomendable. . . . . . .

The steaks were so juicy and soft. Service was efficient and polite. We were 6 of us and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We would definitely go back to this restaurant.

Having read the glowing reviews I went with high expectations but came away deflated and disappointed. Rather than finding an array of different quality breads for sale I found 1 type of loaf for sale with the choice of ‘take it or leave it’. I asked if sourdough bread was available and was told by the unapologetic and matter-of-fact ‘assistant’ that there wasn’t. Did they have any croissants? Yes, on Fridays! Finally, by way of explanation: ‘the baker is on holiday’! You couldn’t make it up.

Very nice food in a beautifully decorated setting. The cod was a highlight!
