Well what a beautiful place, I live in Bridgnorth and I have finally visited this place. The menu did not disappoint with all food freshly cooked. It was amazing, service was great and food was perfect. Will definitely be back to try the brunch

This is a superb cafe/ restaurant. The food is always delicious. Andy’s knowledge of his wines and spirits is exceptional and we are always greeted as if we were long missing friends. We cannot recommend it enough. Although worried now it might be even harder to get a table.

Chicken is really good and staff are charming, Lots of different sauces along with a good selection of sides 1/4 chicken and two sides £9 Was great value

Food and staff absolutely fantastic, well above 5 Star , nothing is too much trouble definitely the best restaurant in Shropshire, we drive a 50 mile round trip just for the experience

Three of us visited here before heading out over Brown Clee. It was just what we needed, only three mile from out start point. The Breakfast was brilliant, filled us up for the day ahead. Friendly staff, clean facilities highly recommended if visiting the area.

I arranged a meal for a party of 16. Camilla was very helpful in setting this up. The evening went very well. The room was lovely. The food and wine were great and service efficient and friendly. This was our second time here and I’m sure we’ll be back a third time in due course.

I have dined at Forelles many times before, always had excellent service, outstanding food and a wonderful experience. Had lunch today as part of a “dip and dine” spa package, which included 2 courses off the menu. We were seated in the conservatory which was beautifully decorated and tables nicely laid. The waiting staff, whilst friendly, clearly lacked experience. We ordered a sharing platter as a starter, this was nice, but lacked the refinement I had come to expect. Our mains were ok, I had the fish of the day which was monkfish served with quinoa and confit tomato’s and a couple of buttered new potatoes. Priced at £24 I was underwhelmed. My friend had the chicken burger, again that was nothing special, a bit of fried chicken in between two slices of gluten free bread, with Asian slaw, a slice of tomato and lettuce leaf. The accompanying chips were crispy but needed sauce or mayonnaise. The waiters didn’t follow up to ask if we wanted more drinks or desserts, I went to find them to order a pot of tea! Eating at Forelles in the past was an experience that exceeded expectations, unfortunately the same cannot be said for it now. Sadly I think this will be my last visit here, I will have to find an alternative for fine dining in the Ludlow area. We were so underwhelmed we didn’t even take any photos.

Beautifully cooked and presented food and the fish is cooked to perfection,the serving staff were attentive and the chef/owner Marian was brilliant with regard to my egg allergy,a lovely, relaxing place to lunch

Always a pleasant watering hole but recent revamp has made it even more attractive with a good menu and great beers. Sadly not quite so dog-friendly as before with owners being required to use the 'boot room' or eat outside.

Lovely people producing high quality meats. It’s difficult to pick a favourite as everything we bought here was delicious. Really well flavoured salamis, prosciutto and coppa and definitely try the black bacon cured in molasses for a really top notch breakfast. Also stocks a small range of good, mostly local preserves, cheeses and eggs.

Fab evening put on for Nhs staff, food was fantastic.loved every minute of night. Staff were great aswell,can’t wait to dance and come back here

We had a lovely Sunday lunch. It's a new menu with plenty of choice. Ffion was very friendly. I would recommend the food. Plenty of parking space now they have two carparks, and a play area for children

Amazing location, friendly staff, and a true maze of a building layout! We visited to use one of the conference rooms and were delighted by the service and location.

We got married here 13 years ago and had fantastic food and service then but for some unknown reason we have never returned-until tonight. It was hubby’s 70th birthday and so as we had an appointment later in Telford we decided to revisit Butlers at the Park House Hotel on a Monday evening in July. Despite previous reviews about slow service, we found the staff extremely attentive and we weren’t kept waiting huge amounts of time for any courses. The food was all extremely nice, well cooked, tasty and very reasonably priced in today’s economic climate. It appears many restaurants now have limited opening times during early week but as a hotel Butlers is still open every evening. The restaurant itself appears to have been refurbished recently and has a contemporary feel to it which is very pleasant and all furniture appears very new. It was lovely to revisit this hotel/restaurant which holds many precious memories and a delight to see that the food and service is still as good as we remember. We definitely won’t wait another 13 years to revisit.
