Great food, super reasonable prices and the staff are always friendly. Highly recommended

This must be the worst restaurant we have ever eaten in ever! The service was non existent and when it did appear they were unfriendly and unhelpful and kept you waiting ages whilst they chatted in the bar and kitchen. The food was straszny [terrible] there was mouldy lettuce on the sharing plate and whilst the starter was passable as you expect the next course to be better it was not! The plates were cold as was most of the food, in fact everything was cold and poorly made and cooked. Our cat can make better Pierogi!

Very good food. Great service. Too bad it's only "cash only"...

Ordered through the website. Had an order confirmation email and money taken from my account. An hour later, food still hadn't turned up. Tried to call them but straight to voicemail multiple times. Turns out they were closed. Had to go through my bank to get a refund. Doesn't look like it's the first time they've done this to people. Used to be great, avoid now!

I've visited a couple of Nandos in the West Midlands but this one is my favourite. I'm a regular and known by face (and order lol) at this point but no matter the time/day I've come food was always good, staff was always lovely and helpful and I've genuinely never had a bad experience here.

Got takeaway, only got half the goods. No garlic sauce no extra pitta bread. Not happy. Avoid

This place is more suited for a drink, if there is a sport fixture you wish to watch. The restaurant is not cheap and you feel as if you are eating in a sports’ bar. The open plan design for us does not work. The old eatery, before refurbishment, was so much better; a cozy bar with TVs and bar food, and separate higher end eatery. Definitely not a change for the better! We used to visit regularly, but not anymore.
