Absolutely love this establishment.Definitely worth a visit. Fairly close to the Railway station on the way to Coventry City Centre ( just look for Trigger the horse metal Sculpture) A lovely ambiance in quite a long room but still has a cozy feel to it with sofas and gentle background music.Great in the summer too as it has small patio area at the back with parasols giving it a genuine holiday feeling. Amazing food with a good and varied menu which is well presented and freshly cooked. Katie & Magdalena always have a smile on their face and nothing is too much trouble for them. An extensive choice of bottled beers, spirits and cocktails, reasonably priced.Table service is encouraged which makes it a very relaxed place to be with friends and cannot wait to go back again.Best place in Cov

we dropped in for a meal while we were out shopping, the food was excellent as was the service, Elaine was a perfect hostess. we will definitely go there again and would recommend

This was the perfect venue for a party and we had a BBQ and then danced the night away in the excellent function room . The garden room is perfect for welcome drinks and the food was amazing . The team were so helpful in letting me build the party I wanted and the service on the night was excellent . All my guest had such a good time . I would definitely recommend it and its very affordable .

This is the 3rd time I've visited here now. First time was on a Saturday evening. Although I enjoyed food and service, it was very noisy. 2nd and 3rd times, it was at 1pm and it was lovely. Service is second to none. They welcome you at the door and again when you leave which is charming! I chose Turkish meals at each visit. 2nd and 3rd times, I chose SAC TAVA ( Lamb then chicken other day) Delicious! ❤️ Staff were so nice. It was such a real pleasure to visit there.

Amazingly tasty Indian food whit VERY affordable prices. Really liked the place. + 15% student discount over here.

I loved this place and will really miss it I do hope the cats that are being rehomed get really good homes and there new owners are vetted with home visits to make sure they are with careful people who will love and take care of them for the rest of there lives as you never no who they will end up with today as they are beautiful cats and would be ashame to let them just go to anyone

This is a brilliant idea for coventry if your fighting an addiction long overdue for coventry its in hertford st it has a lovely cafe too called charlies place from which all proceeds from coffee shop goes back into the project to help with the addiction side of the project very freindly place will defo be going back

Had a lovely lunch today at Stretched & Fried in Alfold. Lovely friendly staff and a lovely lunch. Well worth a visit. This is definitely a great addition to the village. The staff have changed and the option of different menu items is good. Will definitely be back again soon.

Popped in for coffee on way home from lakes. Needed to stretch legs. Few people in but two girls behind counter greeted us with smile and a hello. Sweet corner when u first go in with amazing sweets from long ago and new ones. Spent ten minutes browsing remembering school days !!!! Lady behind counter very chatty. Asked for earl grey. No soya just oat so had black. Hubby asked for decaf coffee and looked at the cakes. Asked if any were dairy free and waitress said she wasn’t sure but would check allergen book. Then suggested caramel shortcake or chocolate vegan cake. Hubby said yes please they said take a seat we will fetch them over. Very chatty and friendly. Took a seat and they were brought over within minutes. Lovely little tea cup and good sizing of cake. Hubby said was delicious. Visited toilet before leaving. Very very clean and well presented. Nice handwashing and clean fluffy towel. Reasonable prices, good service clean and friendly. Very impressed would definely call again !!!!

Great place, they have the best pork baps I’ve ever had and have been a retiring customer for a couple years when I worked in Coventry, portion sizes are massive and the staff are great. The roast potatoes are a great add on to the pork bap.
