Como inglés con una inclinación por la auténtica cocina china, recientemente visité China Delight en Sheffield y me quedé completamente impresionado. Los Singapore Vermicelli Noodles destacaron con su nivel de especias perfecto y patada de chile fresco. Las porciones eran generosas, y la comida llegó caliente, por lo que es ideal para compartir. Pedido anoche para Nochevieja por teléfono a las 7 pm. La señora nos dijo que viniéramos a las 8 pm a recoger el pedido para mi familia. Llega justo antes de las 8 y eventualmente después de llamar su atención paga por el pedido y pregunta si está listo. Me dice un minuto, a las 8. 35 pm todavía estoy de pie allí, de nuevo pregunte dónde está mi comida y ella me dice, ahora estoy en una cola y será un rato. Servicio al cliente de broma, tuve que recuperar mi dinero e ir a otro lugar después de perder cerca de dos horas. NUNCA volveré a usar este agujero y debería haber sabido mejor después de una experiencia previa con su comida me dejó en un inodoro durante 24 horas.

Ordered a takeaway last night. Spring rolls, hot and sour soup, Kung Po Chicken, Chicken with Mushrooms and Egg Fried rice. I highly recommend this place. Everything was delicious and reasonable portions. Maybe egg fried rice could be a little bigger portion when you order a large portion. The soup was hot and sour as described and didn’t taste vinegary - the way we like. Compliments to the chef. Update: 2025 March, still 5 stars.

I often have a takeaway. Lasts 3 days as I have a small appetite. Great service and lovely food

food was good，but i don’t need the attitude from the stingy boss, who is also giving arrogant attitude as the cashier, feels like we owe something to them instead of feeling welcomed as consumers. The place is freezingly cold and after politely asking the waiter to turn on the heating several times, there is no heating as the owner refuse to turn it on. Everyone eating in the restaurant is so cold that everybody dines in their jacket and coat. The waiter and the waitress are nice people, but the owner of this restaurant is just not worth it. I have been a loyal consumer for the past few months, recommended this place to my friend a lot of times,but I will never go to this restaurant again after this experience with the owner👎

Love this restaurant, we go there quite often. Would recommend the Taiwanese sausage or the Dolsot Bibimbap.

Ordered a takeaway to be delivered, and although reasonably priced and quick to deliver we found the food bland unfortunately. I ordered Singapore Vermicelli which was meant to be spicy/hot, alas it was not. The sweet n sour sauce was neither, just tasteless.

Has the ownership or the cook of this place changed? Last nights food was dreadful, watery sweet and sour sauce, dry tasteless chicken, soggy batter, warmed up oven chips (inedible) and beef was slimy and like eating chewing gum, you couldn't swallow it. Byfar

This place is a really nice place to go and eat with our friends or even family

Usamos esta comida para llevar, haciendo un pedido en línea. La orden equivocada fue entregada. Llamó para informarles y le dijeron que enviarían al conductor de vuelta. 40 minutos después todavía no se entrega conductor o pedido correcto. Se le dijo que no darían un reembolso o enviarían un nuevo pedido que fuera correcto. Su atención al cliente es inexistente. No recomendaría esta comida para llevar.

While the price of Chinese takeaway food is on the increase all over Coventry, Canton House prices remain the same without compromise on quality. Been using Canton House for many years and will continue.

Worst Chinese meal I have ever had ! My partner ordered 2 chop sueys last night, one prawn , one beef , they were bland , no taste , beige coloured with no vegetables . They went in the bin . The chips were oven chips fries , also bad and the prawn crackers just tasted of oil. Absolutely shocking. will not be recommending this place or coming again .
