Just ate here, gagan was super nice and friendly, food served respectfully and it's clean in the sitting part, food never misses nor does the staffs repsct and positive attitude, well done chopsticks keep up good work,

I tried this for the first time on Sunday as I’d been wanting to for a while and it was definitely as good as I was expecting it to be! The guys who served me were great and the amount you get is perfect l, not too little and not too much either. My boyfriend shared mine as he wanted to try some too and he said he will be back for his own soon. I would 100% recommend!

First time ordering, food was lovely no complaints. The chicken is cooked perfect, arrived warm on delivery and overall I really enjoyed it. Kpop bbq chicken is good. Salt and pepper chicken is good but not as spicy as I would like very mild. King Po chicken was lovely with great flavour! Mini spring rolls were decent, crispy. Egg fried rice was nice with katsu curry too, the noodles are plain noodles but are nice once mixed with sauce. Thanks for the great food, will be ordering again, portion sizes are not bad either! 👌🏻🔥❤️

For Chinese food in a shopping centre it's a proper solid option 🤌🏼

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL spot for the town centre- easy quick service with delicious food! We were served by Sunita who went above and beyond to provide a informative, friendly and easy service - we were super happy I would definitely recommend - we all ordered different things and each dish was lovely 10/10

Not used this before but was a great alternative to macdonalds and subway. Firecracker chicken really tasty!

Thr food here never disappointes, the portions are good value and food cooked fresh. Always a good variety of toppings, and extras are excellent value. The staff are friendly and always smiling. I eat here at least once a month, sometimes more and never had a bad meal yet.

the gentleman with the glasses behaved very badly with me, I do not recommend this at all naveen's is his name very bad spoke to me discrimination and does not respect uber drivers

When we went to place an order, your staff misbehaved with us. I don't know her name. I think she was Indian but she has no manners at all. We returned without eating food.

You know what, for a shopping centre Chinese this is pretty fab!! There was a constant queue here and busy! I had a medium box with chow mein noodles and two toppings (no beef teriyaki and cauliflower bites). Everything was delicious! Flavours were spot on! The price is also great - just over £7 for a regular box! Would recommend if you're ever in West Orchards shopping centre!

I came here the other day with my girlfriend. I've never been here before despite it smelling amazing and finally decided to try it. I got a 2 topping box with the caramel drizzle chicken and the salt & pepper chicken. I also got a portion of salt & pepper potatoes and some spring rolls. Overall, the food tasted ok. The caramel chicken was a flavour combination my mouth really struggled to work out. Not necessarily bad, but not great either. Spring rolls for me were a little bland. Potatoes tasted good but were very greasy. A bit mixed on whether I'd recommend here. I think I'd need to give it another go with different toppings to see if it was just that single experience which disappointed me.

Food is great very well cooked and tastes so good only downside is that passive aggressive woman who is very confrontational in her attitude i avoided this place for weeks this lady makes customers feel uncomfortable and disrupts when trying to eat for the attention of the Manager please take into consideration that Customers are at the heart of your business and some customers are facing hardship in caring roles please do not allow this woman to turn customers off her attitude puts me off from wanting come back

I asked before ordering if they accept student ID and the staff said yes, well at the cash register the lady said only physical id card is acceptable. What a joke! Who has a card after them on a Sunday. A student ID is a student ID.

Had a lovely experience ordering from Chopstix (Hopwood Park Services) thanks to the amazing service of Shasanti! She’s super lovely and willing to help. We weren’t sure which options were vegan but luckily she knew and was very helpful. We only wish that a few more vegan options were on offer, eg a tofu dish of some sort! 😊

Bastante mala experiencia hoy, que era raro por lo general muy bueno y delicioso. Visité hoy justo antes de las 12 para el almuerzo teniendo en cuenta la hora en que la comida era Luke caliente en el mejor de los casos, las bolas de pollo sabían más como pescado la mejor parte de mi comida era mi lata de Pepsi, £ 12 + y la mejor parte era una lata de Pepsi, muy decepcionado, no todo mal, sin embargo voy a acreditar al personal, aunque siempre amable

Quite a poor experience today which was rare usually very good and delicious. Visited today just before 12 for lunch considering the time the food was Luke warm at best, chicken balls side tasted more like fish the best part of my meal was my can of Pepsi, £12+ and the best part was a can of Pepsi, very disappointed, not all bad however I will credit the staff though always friendly
