I came here the other day with my girlfriend. I've never been here before despite it smelling amazing and finally decided to try it. I got a 2 topping box with the caramel drizzle chicken and the salt & pepper chicken. I also got a portion of salt & pepper potatoes and some spring rolls. Overall, the food tasted ok. The caramel chicken was a flavour combination my mouth really struggled to work out. Not necessarily bad, but not great either. Spring rolls for me were a little bland. Potatoes tasted good but were very greasy. A bit mixed on whether I'd recommend here. I think I'd need to give it another go with different toppings to see if it was just that single experience which disappointed me.

Food is great very well cooked and tastes so good only downside is that passive aggressive woman who is very confrontational in her attitude i avoided this place for weeks this lady makes customers feel uncomfortable and disrupts when trying to eat for the attention of the Manager please take into consideration that Customers are at the heart of your business and some customers are facing hardship in caring roles please do not allow this woman to turn customers off her attitude puts me off from wanting come back

Very disappointing experience. The portions were small, the food was overpriced, and overall, it felt like poor value for money. Definitely not worth it.

Wonderful service, amazing food like normal Didn’t catch out servers name but he was ace!

I asked before ordering if they accept student ID and the staff said yes, well at the cash register the lady said only physical id card is acceptable. What a joke! Who has a card after them on a Sunday. A student ID is a student ID.

Had a lovely experience ordering from Chopstix (Hopwood Park Services) thanks to the amazing service of Shasanti! She’s super lovely and willing to help. We weren’t sure which options were vegan but luckily she knew and was very helpful. We only wish that a few more vegan options were on offer, eg a tofu dish of some sort! 😊

Quite a poor experience today which was rare usually very good and delicious. Visited today just before 12 for lunch considering the time the food was Luke warm at best, chicken balls side tasted more like fish the best part of my meal was my can of Pepsi, £12+ and the best part was a can of Pepsi, very disappointed, not all bad however I will credit the staff though always friendly

Bastante mala experiencia hoy, que era raro por lo general muy bueno y delicioso. Visité hoy justo antes de las 12 para el almuerzo teniendo en cuenta la hora en que la comida era Luke caliente en el mejor de los casos, las bolas de pollo sabían más como pescado la mejor parte de mi comida era mi lata de Pepsi, £ 12 + y la mejor parte era una lata de Pepsi, muy decepcionado, no todo mal, sin embargo voy a acreditar al personal, aunque siempre amable

Food was absolutely fantastic. Service was great. I went for the large meal deal - with sweet and sour chicken, salt and pepper potatos and teriyaki beef.

They offered free spring rolls for sign up , first i would like to try those and then order something else , but the lady who served me is quite rude , she didn’t even give the food to hand she just kept it aside , it just because i am grabbing free spring rolls ? Dont like the service should serve everyone equally doesn’t matter thats rewards or they r paying

Went here and was served by Reshma and Hadif who were so friendly and helpful, really lovely and made the experience so much more pleasant. The service was really genuine and they are representing the company really well, really friendly and enthusiastic. The food was lovely also (would appreciate a sweet and sour vegan dish) but otherwise a bit thumbs up from us :)

Noodles were overcooked and congealed together tasted awful, was refused a refund and told it was because of the sauce. Won’t be going again, tables were all dirty as well £10 wasted
