The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Coventry West Midlands

Salt and pepper chicken didn't have any chicken inside, just fried batter. I tried to get a refund and nobody would give me one

I visited yesterday afternoon with a friend, and unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The man at the till (Mujahid, according to the receipt) was extremely rude and impatient, despite us being the first customers and placing a straightforward order. My friend even had to politely remind him that there was no need to be angry, yet his attitude didn’t improve. To make matters worse, I waited 40 minutes for my drink(after reminding that I hadn’t received it), even though the place wasn’t busy—it could have easily been handed over the counter. That being said, the Bento box was nice, but I wouldn’t recommend the chicken sausage roll—it had an odd, almost soapy taste. Overall, a mixed experience. The food had some highlights, but the poor service really let it down. (Coventry Branch)

Lovely food. Had one issue and was resolved quickly. Great customer service and great food.. the best Thai ribs, they are to die for 😍

Estuve en Coventry durante una semana y comí aquí en 2 momentos separados. También comí en algunos de los otros lugares chinos en Central Coventry, y este los supera a todos. Los precios eran un poco mejores, pero la comida era tan buena. La mejor parte era el personal. Muy amable y servicial e incluso me recordó cuando regresé en la segunda vez unos días después. Normalmente no recibo ese tipo de servicio de restaurantes chinos en absoluto, así que esto fue más allá de una excepción y ayudó a empujarlo a la revisión de 5 inicios. Las porciones eran un poco pequeñas, pero muy buenas y esa sería mi única crítica. Me aseguraré de volver si alguna vez vuelvo a Coventry otra vez...

Today we went for the Prawn Wonton soup and were rewarded beyond expectation! Service was excellent and more main dishes included the Black Bean Beef and the totally white boy sweet and sour pork which we are not ashamed to order.

This place is awful avoid going for buddle tea. 1. They fill the cups more than a half with ice and they add some cheap syrup and bubbles which are old. Trust me we been to many bubbles tea places in Coventry but this one is the worse. It's super expensive plus their owner is extremely rude and arrogant. If you leave a feedback the owner would rather insult you than rectify it. Their business will deteriorate with such owner. Never again here...we found a better place.

Had the brown sugar bubble milk. No brown sugar in it. Asked for some, they said they don't put brown sugar in. Challenged them why it advertises brown sugar, they then put disgusting liquid sugar into plain milk with boba. Would not recommend. Clearly don't know their products!

The food was very good, came within 10 minutes of ordering. Waiters were fast and nice. Will visit again.

One of the best takeaways in Coventry. Seriously; try the house specials and the Schezuan beef is amazing! Got a bit creepy with one of the fortune cookies telling me: "you are about to have a surprising expense" just before I bought the Wife's birthday present! Really: great grin at a very good price for the quality and quantity

Excellent speedy service. We thought we'd have a while to wait but delivery was very prompt and the food was delicious. They had taken note of our requirements and everything was cooked really nicely.
