Wok Express in Coventry

Everything is always nice and hot and portions are huge. We’ve ordered a few times in the last few months and have yet to be disappointed. Even for a Friday night, still delivered well within the delivery time slot.

Fab food as always. Instructions followed for ingredients removal. Hot, fresh and really tasty.

The food was cold delivery driver was ignorant. I ordered by misatkr as I kbew how bad these were and they were exactly the same as last time.

Good as usual tasted really lovely and arrived hot, but had to wait nearly 2 hours from the time we placed our order - which is not normal for this restaurant

Driver arrived thirty minutes late (no apology or explanation) handed me the lukewarm food and left. The food, once reheated, was okay but not up to the usual standard.

Delivery was 1h10min then message to say it would be delayed a further 30minutes. Arrived cold, food was very greasy and tasteless.

Lovely food but the chips a little dry. But would 100% order again all the actual Chinese food was lovely and it came hot.

The delivery was on time, but it was a very long delivery time!

we order regularly from here, unfortunately this order was cold. I did ring them to give feedback. I was really disappointed that the response from the man on the phone was "ooo ok". No apology at all and no "Thank you for feedback" We won't be buying again due to lack of customer service.

Normally, an early delivery would be great, but for me, this landed right at my baby’s bedtime, so less than ideal. Food was hot and tasty enough though - props.

Some of the food was old stock and you could tell easily but most was fresh...

After making a food request via bith the app and on the phone, they still made the phone incorrectly. phoned them again to state this, they were very rude and would not listen to us. told us it wasn't their problem even though it had been discussed with them at length. our worry is someone with allergies could get hurt

By far the best Chinese in Coventry and being able to add on extra ingredients to your dishes gives it a fresher, more authentic and bespoke service.

had food from here many times....this time was the worst .. chicken balls were hard rather than being nice and soft as usual...the other bits were quite greasy and watery

Food took 2 hrs 15 mins to arrive. Food wasn’t very warm. Toast was burnt. Food lacked flavour. Rice was bland. Items missing as well. Very poor this evening.

Ordered food at 7:37pm and it arrived at 9:25. This was for an asap delivery! Not acceptable

Lovely food. Do think however that after spending £30+ they could have thrown in some prawn crackers as well. Was gutted when I realised there weren't any (does state this on their page however easily missed)

horrific food. soggy disgusting 'crispy' duck, chicken like rubber. just all vile. sweet n sour prawn balls was nice but that's it.

The driver was extremely rude just left food on the drive that was wet following rainfall just rang doorbell and left when I opened the door to find food on floor driver was getting in car I said is that a standard practice for you to put food on floor he replied it’s there and drove off, shame as this ultimately reflects on the takeaway. He he does not like his chosen job then leave or take a course on customer care

food was nice but was so late it might as well have been breakfast. They obviously manipulated the app to show delivery confirmation as on time. However didn't arrive until 30 minutes later. When I called to complain before arrival I was told I would be given a couple of free cans of drink? Good food terrible service

Very disappointed, paid for it to be spicy and when it arrived it was tasteless and not a spice in sight , totally put me off the rest of it and gave up , I have submitted all of this to just eat as a very expensive meal for a hand full of chips .The rest of it will be enjoying the bottom of my wheelie bin.

Hot food delivered to my door I have a house name not number so delivery drivers only on just eat can’t find it

The food was full of grease had grizzle in the yuk sung chips weren’t cooked right amd the chicken balls were over cooked not rate at all

Delicious food ever! The only downside is after buying so much we asked for a bit of chilli sauce and got charged for it in cash as we had already paid online. Sometimes it goes a long way to treat customers.

My egg fried rice tasted sour and was cold so went in the bin and I was missing a portion of chips. For a nearly £60 order I am very disappointed.

Was an hour and 30 minute delivery slot. I was warned about this when ordering. Food not very warm when arrived. Chow mein was over cooked and noodles slimy. Not sure I would order again although my daughter only ever orders from here. She was also disappointed with her meal tonight. Not up to usual standards.

I was given sechuan sauce instead of sweet and sour, chips were dry and chow main did not have much sauce. However, chicken balls were really tasty and portion sizes were generous. The lady that answered the phone before ordering was really friendly. Overall quality of food was not the best, and service was okay.

Found the chicken balls very doey so unedable although hot. The beef and vegetables dish was not much better!! the beef was chewy and not good at all won't use again

2 hrs from ordering it finally arrived. Ridiculous

First time ordering but not the last!! Food was hot, moist, flavourful. The Chop Suey is a little pricey - I know we added a few "extras" because I am tired of always getting a chop suey or chow mein with mostly just onions - but £11 is a bit high for an average-sized large portion. It was delicious, no concerns with flavour. Will have to consider this item next time but there will be a next time, for sure! Thank you!

Food is always great from this place.

They accidentally forgot my Egg Fried Rice, but we called them and they brought it over with some fortune cookies and prawn crackers for us. Very kind, thank you!
