The guys at Istanbul are just great! The chilli sauce is absolutely amazing, and the homemade lamb doner is top quality. The salad is a delicious mix of leafy greens and satisfying crunch—always fresh and well-balanced. I usually go for the Chicken Special and the Mega Burger, and most of the time, it’s been an excellent experience. On the rare occasion there’s been a hiccup, the team has been quick to put things right and even offer compensation. That level of customer service really stands out and gives me confidence every time I order. Top marks for great food and genuine care—these guys keep me coming back! Ordered through the website. Had an order confirmation email and money taken from my account. An hour later, food still hadn't turned up. Tried to call them but straight to voicemail multiple times. Turns out they were closed. Had to go through my bank to get a refund. Doesn't look like it's the first time they've done this to people. Used to be great, avoid now!
