The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in South West

A friend took me out to lunch for my Birthday, I’ve eaten at the fox before with other friends but today was made special by Andy. What a lovely man, so happy & attentive but not trying to rush us. I wish every pub/restaurant had an Andy. He absolutely made my Birthday special thank you so much. The food was really good as well. Ann from Bradley Stoke

I'm really lucky to have this at the end of my street. It's probably the best doner kebab I've ever eaten. The guys are super friendly too.

Staff were amazing we was looked after by Phoebe & alarna and was a brilliant host ! All the staff was smiling and dancing and generally grateful to be around Had fish and chips and an amazing pizza well recommend

Visited The Swan on Saturday 12 October evening. There was four of us , two ordered Nibley chicken and two ordered chicken burgers. The food was cold and so were the plates. It was taken away to reheat but just the same when it came back. Vegetables were hard and chicken breast was stringy. Both chicken burgers were cold!!! We haven’t been to this pub since April 2024 because we had a bad experience for Sunday lunch. We won’t be returning anytime soon. The food is expensive and they have cut corners with the quality and portion sizes. We didn’t enjoy the experience or the food. Extremely disappointing…..

I've lived in frome now for a good while! 46 years, I feel a little old! I know village spice has had a lot of ups and downs over the years, what with quality of food etc but I have to say, our most recent visit was amazing!! Yes the food was nice, really nice!, lamb moist, nan bread soft! But what really made our night was the friendly front of house staff! Really friendly, young staff that were head and shoulders above many other waiters/waitresses from other restaurants we have visited, a natural flair, a great example on how to run a restaurant! They had a lot to do! But always found time to glance over to make sure we were all ok enjoying our food! This restaurant has often been underated over the years, but trust me, in its current set up it is hands down the best curry house in the area. You can even bring your own wine! Would highly recommend

The pub is a little gem and well worth the trip. We found the staff really pleasant and friendly. Very clean throughout definitely no sticky tables which is always a plus. They have a great chef and our food was excellent. I can definitely recommend the sirloin steak and for once it was not over priced under £20 . Definitely worth a visit 10/10

Popped in for Lunch as we nearly booked to stay but chose somewhere else. Had two Burgers and Cokes for drinks and at £45 I'd say it was way overpriced, definitely overcooked and I'm glad we didn't book a room. Limited parking (5 spaces) means paying in an also overpriced public car park. Fair to say we won't be going back😮

It's ikea. And it's huge. Service is great. Always am about to return stuff. I found rodalm frames for my artwork.

Sorry only two stars based on the fact a buffet of Contintental breakfast was indicated on your website but was not available. A cooked English breakfast is not my preference and I expected cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt as an alternative option. Yoghurt was produced in a bowl on request. I had to ask for a spoon. Unripe pear and kiwi from the fridge were also offered but they were inedible. Toast was produced but I had to ask for butter. The room was well-appointed and clean.
