BAD SERVICE, FOOD AND ENERGY!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Me and my friends ordered food separately in store and they ignored one of my friends to begin with and got all three orders wrong!! I had ordered 6 wings and I thought all the wings were under the chips after eating the chips I realised there only 4 and they did give my friend chips with the meal she paid for and didn’t give my friend the piece of chicken he asked for with his meal!! Then when I proceeded to go in and say they gave me the wrong amount I paid for 6 he said they were closed and then I said no I paid for 6 wings and he said no it’s £2.99 extra for tf he chicken and I refused to due to already paying and having made my order clear. After reading reviews on here I’m still quite hesitant to eat the chicken after so many raw meat being served to customers reviews. This store needs to be closed down and I will be reporting this to the food hygiene inspectors as this is unacceptable. Not even an apology just excuse after excuse with lies upon lies! I hope no one who eats here catches anything and the store is closed!

Terrible service, cold dry chicken that is older than half the staff working there! Huge wait for dead food, what's the point!

Ordered a chicken burger, stated 15 minutes to arrive. Arrived 40 minutes later. Not only was it cold, I received a sloppy deep fried veggie burger. No way of contacting them so wasted 7 pounds for no reason. God awful place avoid at ALL COSTS

Dear the owner of Eatmore Pirir Piri, I went to have lunch at Tues 31 Aug. I am a-woman and a student from South East Asian countries. Around 2-2:40 pm on this day, one of your employees (the Asian guy) keeps asking me if I’m a professional massager and if I could do a massage. I think it was inappropriate and uncomfortable about the questions. I left the place even if I haven’t even finished my lunch. . . 😞

Bad management specially the guy on night shift, always on his phone watching videos instead of focusing on the orders

If you're going to have staff who can't speak English, at least make an allergen menu, or a sign to have what allergens there are in the kitchen.

Eatmore Piri Piri is as great as a chicken shop can be. A bit on the expensive side but that is more due to their location. I could pay a few pennies cheaper at other shop but the price is made up by the convenience of not having to wander far from university. Portion sizes are generous and waiting time is acceptable. The eat in space is spacious but a bit rundown. Go for the half or whole piri-piri chicken, if you’re here

Some of the best chicken I have ever eaten, shared the big platter with my dad (we are both big eaters) and we was both incredibly impressed with the amount of chicken you get for the price, and the quality is absolutely top tier. Will absolutely be getting again.

My local eat in place when I’m in the Bristol Triangle area - would recommend highly . The Chicken is very flavoursome and marinated well as-well as everything set at a reasonable price for the amount you are receiving . Staff were very polite and talkative . Do come here if you are looking for affordable good food in Bristol!

Wrapped an open milkshake in the same bag as all of the meals which meant it soaked through every box and drenched all the food. No milkshake and no edible food. Staff refused to apologise, let alone replace the order.

I am a bit surprised by the bad reviews. I have ordered food via food app and eat in. Always satisfied. Their chip is so crunchy.

Where's the sauce. Its very very dry chips and chicken. Made a mistake as I've used pepes before and you get chilli sauce and garlic sauce free of charge. Also for 1.50 cheaper. Not impressed 😕

Gave them them the benefit of the doubt and ordered from here twice. Both times chicken was undercooked and gave me a stomach ache. Chips are horrible!!

This is purely the best Piri piri in Bristol, without a doubt, much better than Nandos! Friendly staff, very tasty food, reasonable prices. If I could give this place a 6th star, I would. The chicken wings are consistently the best I've had. Order them without sauce and they have a crispy char on the outside, whilst soft and tender inside. Our guy Gordon Ramsey needs to try this piri piri chicken at his earliest convenience. Will definitely order again!

Flavours were there. Unfortunately my chicken was raw. So when I took it back and asked for a refund showing the guy behind the counter how raw it was and telling him it was cold and raw, he was just rude saying I couldn’t handle the spice and if was too hot in spice just say. To that point I laughed as it’s not spicy at all. The staff member was just rude. Verdict..... Chips: were fine. 4/5 stars. Drink: was fine (obviously as it’s a can, Rio) 5/5 stars Chicken: 1/5 flavours fine but raw Customer service: 1/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 I may check this place out again in the future to see if the chicken is up to scratch.

Food went missing and when I rang the store they said it didn’t exist for ages. Then they finally found it and said “ it got spilled” but said they wasn’t going to send it again as it’s wasting THEIR money… BUT they said I have to pay for it still. The man on the phone kept trying to hang up and brush me away. So I have paid £30 for food that got spilled outside their shop that they have dropped and they won’t remake it again… never ordering from here again.

We are very fond of this restaurant as the quality of the chicken is very good and always perfectly cooked. My friends and I have never encountered any issues, nor delayed deliveries from here. Eatmore Piri Piri is our go-to restaurant every time we want to have a big tasty feast. Thank you again for your kind service, we will continue to order from here and as usual, we will always recommend your wonderful Piri Piri restaurant to our dear relatives and friends. 10/10.

Make sure you have a look at the menu and get a good deal as they won’t offer you one. Ordered large chips, 10 wings and an apple tango came to £11.97 they had a deal of 5 wings chips and a drink for £5.50 so I questioned this after seeing it and their response was it’s too late. Not sure how a drumstick is classed as a wing unless birds fly with their legs??? Marinaded well and flavour was nice but basic, I’d rate the chicken 6/10. large chips weren’t anything special more chewy than crispy no salt 6/10, finally you need more variety on your drinks if you ever want to compete with top chicken shops. Won’t be returning as overall experience hasn’t wowed me.

Not the greatest quality food but adjusted for price this place is great value for money.

I specifically asked for diet Coke or Pepsi, the restaurant sent packed sugar Pepsi. Having spoken to them, their attitude was to blame the delivery driver. I ordered 4 sachets of mayonnaise which were not in the order. I would be wary of ordering from this restaurant again. It's not the first time they have got my order wrong.

This is the best peri peri restaurant in Bristol! The food here is truly excellent. My girlfriend and I have been buying from here for a long time and will continue to buy their delicious peri peri chicken. For the very hungry folks out there, we recommend going for the Mega Platter, it's definitely worth its price. Furthermore, the restaurant owner is very kind and is also a real connoisseur in this industry. Big thumbs up!

I got served RAW chicken and the guys behind the counter were making clear jokes about the customers and laughing at the customers in whatever language they were speaking. Cigarette buts on the floor of the place and the floor layout is terrible, filthy floors surfaces and furniture. COMPLETELY unsanitary. Come here if u want to be in the bathroom vomiting from food poisoning for the next 5 days

Always have lunch here when working in the area, some of the best chicken and chips I have ever had.

Everytime ive ordered the have got my order wrong! Read the bloody order before you asume what I want! Wasted my money when you could of just read my order properly! Not ordering from here again! Apart from that the food can be nice if its done how ive asked and clearly thats to much to ask for!🙄

Bad service. This place has the worst service I have ever seen before. They have a sign saying you have to order over the phone. That's fine. I called them 3 times while by the door and the staff ignored my calls. I knocked the window and the guy said to go away.. they I knocked again the staff member come to door and says for me make the burger he cant do it. Told the guy to do one.

I ordered 10 wings for 7,90 - gave 10gbp and the rest was 10p. They are not honest with tipsy guys. After a while a said it’s wrong and the guy immediately knew what was wrong - strange, he expected I wouldn’t notice it. I don’t recommend this. They are thieves, robbing tipsy people. Shame on them!!! Think twice before you go there.

My first experience of 'dutty chicken' was...well it wasn't called 'dutty chicken' by my peers. When my boss aka Phil Mitchell expressed to me how the gentleman behind the counter works the grill, i could not say no. The man is a genius, cooks it to perfection with a great sense of concentration. I really like the fact he provides different types of mayo as well, garlic & plain. Get down to 'dutty' you will not be let down.

I first experienced "Dutty Chicken" almost a year ago and have been slave to the grill ever since. The guy who serves is terribly misunderstood, like most geniuses are. No eye contact or smiles but just a succession of grunts. It was tricky to get used to. But now he picks up the phone and recites my order to me! First off why are his chips so good??? What does he do to them??? Salty, crisp and so moreish. Sweep aside the burgers and wraps etc, the holy grail is the half chicken meal. I have my colleagues hooked! In a life full of uncertainty eating Chicken every Thursday brings a huge comfort to us like a warm, spicy hug.Bigger portions, better flavour, better price point - forget the Portuguese original, Eatmore is where it's at.

Very very very rude guy at the till. He barely wanted to answer any of my questions and when I asked him what were the "FRISE" written everywhere he looked at me as I was a dump, "they're fries". Sorry if FRISE don't exist anywhere. If you work in a shop you should have a minimum of manners. Awful experience, the place is really dirty and he didn't even say hello or goodbye to me as a customer.

Horrific experience. Won't go again as got food poisoning. Next time you're in there have a look at your food before eating. The chicken wings are pink I.e. raw from the inside.

I think the food is so great . I can understand that sometimes they underperform , but when they perform they are the best in southwest. I recommend you all ask for a preference of spice and try to get to know the till men because they are great 👍🏽!!
