This place is godlike, name another place that seems to always be open, food always on point, and never lets me down with time (they do have an hour wait time but when the food is this good its worth its wait). I have read the previous reviews and fully disagree now sure if its to get money back or just the odd slip up but i have had no such issues. I have been using this company for 5 years now, i have got all me family and friends adding to this kebab cult of M.I.S (we call it maclunkies). The pizza at this place is honestly my favorite pizza ever, it tops dominoes and papajohns, and even asda's make-your-own. Once you order from this place trust me you will join the 'maclunkies' cult. Respect 💯 Also use the M.I.S. app its always 10% off ALWAYS!!

Have not found another pizza place that does such amazing veggie toppings and I'm not even veggie. The bases are great too. Super quick delivery although I'm always checking delivery time and looking out the window just because it's so nice and I have no patience. Highly recommend.

Didn’t deliver the food, and then they tell deliveroo they did so you can’t get a refund. Rude staff, crap service don’t bother because you won’t get a refund

Had a great pizza combo delivered quicker than expected. Had the same driver as last time who picked up on a joke we had shared before - can not recommend that service any more 5/5 *

Only order from here if you have a lot of money and don't mind ordering food, having it "delievered" 1 hour late to the wrong address and then have them refuse the accept their mistake and either refund your order or send out the delievery again. To the stranger who has my dinner, hope you enjoy it whilst I go to bed hungry. If I could give this less than 1 star I would.

My pizzas have always been on point- tasty, cheesy and a decent amount of toppings. Good price and delivery always arrives earlier than expected

Ordered a delivery. After 1hr 20 minutes I phoned the restaurant. Half hour later it turns up. A stone cold pizza that had been in transit for an hour or more. No service worth speaking of from the restaurant and not going to accept a delivery of a soggy cold pizza and hour late.

I had a chicken burger, it wasn't cooked properly, and I had an upset stomach afterwards. The staff aren't very friendly either and they don't listen properly to your order. Not a great place.

I think this is my first review ever, but if it can help others not having the same issue as we did, it'll be worthwhile. Basically, we ordered (and not for the first time) and payed a delivery for 2 pizzas. After an hour and a half, we called to check why we still were waiting for our pizza. The answer was simple: "we do not deliver your area". Trying to explain I had already been delivered on a previous order or that we already had paid didn't get us any more answer than that they didn't do our area... So: a command fully paid, an hour and a half wait... for nothing...

I've ordered from this Pizza shop a couple of times and it has always been great! Great value, great service, great taste, great Jalapeños! I would definitely recommend this Pizza place. It is always my first choice, when it's my choice. It's simply great Pizza.

The only problem I have is I ordered a deep pan and my girlfriend ordered a thin but they was the same.....part from that we enjoyed our meal.

Came super early and was super tasty! Could have been more generous with the portions though. My kebab didn't have half as much extras as it would if got elsewhere

Paid for the meal over the phone then when it was delivered my wife unknowingly paid cash again when I realised rang the shop and they denied that she had paid cash obviously not trust worthy won't be using again.

Was a bit gutted I was given the wrong pizza and guy almost left before I noticed my drink was missing but to be honest, for the price and quality - I won't be too disappointed. Thank you

Can honestly say it was some of the most satisfying and delicious food I have had in Bristol from a take away, the pizza was cooked lovely and so were the side orders the chicken wings were absolutely delicious I would totally recommend ordering from them. 10/10

Driver don't knoow how to deliver food. Delivery for him means that you need to look for him in other car parking. After driver arrived he was waiting for somebody to come to car parking for order.Plus food that he deliver was already cold.

Extra fast delivery, hot food. Pizza was lovely, lots of cheese and toppings

Pizzas were tasty. I was hoping for more of a crunch on the thin crust pizza, but what can you expect from a pizza sitting in a hot paper box whilst being delivered. So overall pleased.

Kampagniola pizza and nachos were very tasty, and delivery guy friendly. They listened to my vegan request and didn't put cheese on anything, so i could put my own vegan cheese on. Very happy :)

I've been waiting for two hours for my food! Not happy and didn't come warm or hot either. I found it disrespectful when the man called me "love" over the phone a few times. Not happy and I wouldn't recommend ordering

Asked to ring us when outside but driver proceeded to knock on door and ring bell waking everyone in the house and causing the dogs to go mental. He then returned 5 minutes later knocking the door again and ringing the bell again to bring something he forgot from the order

Food was cold. I order 8 bbq wings , in the box was 7. And burger was not nice at all. Ice cream was nice ;)

Food bland and tasteless, worst takeaway food I've ever ordered. Pizza wasn't correct, got regular crust instead of thin on one of them.

The quality of the kebab I ordered was excellent. The only issues I had was that I ordered a large kebab and the portion size did mot reflect its large status in my eyes. The delivery time was within the estimated time (45mins -60mins) but that is still quite a long time

Missed my order like a fool so they made me a new pizza and sent it back out. Arrived quickly and was excellent would recommend

Garlic bread and potato wedges were soggy and cold. Ended up having to throw them away because they were practically inedible. Delivery time was fairly quick though, and the pizza was ok. Won't be ordering from here again purely because of the wasted side orders

Very bad service. The delivery man was very rude. He made us pay £3 extra charge for no reason. No receipt or anything. I will never order again and advise everybody that I know to avoid this place. Very disappointed customer.

Food was good, although not very hot. However I had to collect from my car park as driver rang to say he was there then out phone down. On ringing back he repeated he was in car oseking and I should come down. Rang restaurant who said they'd speak to him however not much beyond a curt apology. Will not be ordering from them again

I absolutely love the half rack bbq ribs, garlic bread & coleslaw.. I worry ever to buy ribs as it may be dry and not much meat. From this place they proved me wrong and I will definitely order from here again. My daughter was very impressed and she is 6! Thank you for the great quality food I had tonight. Will recommend.

Garlic bread and wedges got too soft in the bag and box although that kept them hot. Overall the taste was nice and pizza was brilliant.

Never seem to have hardly any of the ice cream flavours advertised. Food okay. Delivery driver called me and asked me to 'get to the door in 10 seconds' which was pretty difficult as i live 9 floors up.

Possibly the worst takeaway I've ever had. Delivery time changed from 21:10 to 21:40 which came and went. Was told at 21:50 it was being cooked. Delivery guy arrives in a clapped out Clio abruptly after 10 calls describing the where Gloucester Road is. Order contained full address details and directions. The best part of the food was the Coke. Get a sat nav or use your phone and cook the food upon order. Simple.

Kebab was over cooked and really fatty. Food was so fatty that when it was taken out the bag the fat was over the containers and it left a puddle in the bag. Missed items on order and when called was told could not redeliver but can have free next time I ordered which I won't be so payed for food that will never get. Deffo will not buy from again

After waiting 2 hours the food arrived along with a rude delivery driver who stated it was actually my fault and slammed my own front door on me Then as I opened my food I noticed my LARGE Kebab was actually a small with salad that was a rabbits Portion and the garlic bread was that soggy it was falling apart I will be contacting just eat about this directly as this service is not acceptable and I would not advise ANYONE to order from here unless you want a long wait, rude driver and bad food

Called the place because food didn't arrive and was greeted with bad customer service and told we didn't place an order with them because they didn't have the order number and said they'd call back. They didn't call back so I called and they said we would have to pay again for the order but then suddenly said oh it went to the wrong address so it should be with us in 10 minutes, so I got the food a hour and a half late and it was microwaved so I will never waste my money on them again

Beautifully quick service but the food is not so good. Pizza was alright, chicken wings were under cooked, Pretty sure the chicken was quite old, had a dodgy smell come from it. Won't be ordering again 🙈
