Nando's in Wiltshire

We have been to eat here many time's over the years, which have been good, this time was not a good experience, Friday 18th October, 4.30pm . The place was not busy when arrived, got seated, ordered food, when food came, it looked good but all was lukewarm, loaded chips very salty so didn’t eat all, tried to get waiting staff attention with no joy staff members standing together chatting(male staff) except for two young girls who seemed to be doing all the work. We did not get checked on which is not good, problem with food could have been corrected. Tips: Most people will be happy to wait an extra 15 mins to have hot food. Staff need to work as team. Check on your customers.

The service was slightly mixed potentially due to the stress of how busy it was, however majority of the staff were smiley and attentive! Great atmosphere and my chicken was succulent with great spice levels, was worth being put on the waiting list for.

Personnel jeune et sympathique. Poulet au top, et un petit verre de merlot très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement.

Typical tasty Nando’s food matched with an exceptional staff, friendly to a fault. We almost went here a couple of days earlier, but they had not set up their brand new yogurt machine and I was in the mood for it. This time it was newly operational, brand new. In fact, my wife and I were the first customers. I joked that we were the guinea pigs and should be given free ice cream for testing it out. To my amazement, they agreed. This is how you cement a relationship with a customer. I was very impressed. By the time we left we all felt like we were family, chatting away and having a great time. Nando’s has become a bit of an addiction. Good, fairly healthy food at a reasonable price in a relaxed environment served by a superlative staff, wherever we have went. What more can you ask for?

Came in and wasn’t too busy. Managed to get seated straight away. The drinks were completely flat and incredibly sweet. Questioned staff about the issue, they re-did the gas cylinder and it was better but still not fizzy as expected. When the food came, one of the sides was undercooked. I also unfortunately got the main view to the kitchen and the wash bowl, staff washing their hands by turning the tap on, dirtying it and then after washing touching the same handle to turn off, re-dirtying their hands. One even washed his hands, dried them and then blew his nose into the tissue, completely voiding the reason for washing your hands, then straight back into the kitchen. They were drinking fizzy drinks in the kitchen area. I’m seriously questioning their food hygiene, the kitchen cooks just walking in and out of the kitchen, touching all sorts of things then straight back in without washing hands. Manager was rude after questioning them about the food and the flat drinks, completely snobby, host in red shirt dealt with us kindly however, no manager came to speak to us and she raised an eyebrow whilst walking past us waiting to speak to someone. Disgusting experience compared to previous occasions. Manager must’ve had a bee in their bonnet, especially the woman manager.

We’Ve ended up in Nando’s on a Sunday evening. It’s true that I don’t like spicy food so I took the less spicy option. But still…Spices cover all the tastes: I don’t Even know what I’m eating anymore. It’s very frustating and I ended up eating nothing at all. But the employees were very Nice. It must be hard to work in this place where the Music is so loud you can’t speak with your Family. I strongly do not recommend that restaurant if you want to appreciate your food. If you just want to have your belly full, then go.

Really mixed bag. Some staff couldn't care less, others were lovely and gave great service. Order wrong and one staff member made us feel we were being a pain in asking for what we had paid for. I realise with so many orders things are going to get mixed up, but I expect a simple apology, not a tut and raised eyes! Chicken nice, corn okay, but chips horrible. Also, poor choice of drinks if you don't drink fizzies (Nandos in general not this branches' fault). As the music was so loud we ended up spending most of the meal saying "pardon, sorry?, say that again," etc and everyone was raising their voice to just chat.

Disappointed with the food quality. Other Nando's have produced good food, and we eat in the chain every few months. It was very busy, and under-staffed. My food had been hanging about on the hot plate too long before serving. Very wilted salad, and dehydrated chicken. My kids were disappointed with their meals as well. Staff are trying hard but there are not enough waiting staff to deal with the weekend crowd.

Meal spoiled because of no Malt vinegar.Request for some fell on deaf years some staff didn't know what it was! Served up Balszmic vinegar- this UK please don't have audacity to dictate what we eat shall not be returning

Polite staff, dreadful food, awful service etc, music dreadful, obnoxious kids running round. Never again. Probably the worst "meal" out in Salisbury

Quick service and very tasty as always. Really good for a quick, good value lunch, right in the centre of town. Lovely chicken!

Visited today for lunch, food was excellent along with the service. Sammie was helping me with an enquire today, very professional and great customer service.. Definitely recommend.

After a day of retail therapy in Bath and staying in Salisbury for the night, decided to wander around town and find a bite to eat. The staff were friendly and found a table straight away. Having not been to Nando's for a good many years, decided to try the chicken fillet in a pitta bread with pirri pirri fries. Food arrived after 20 mins and with a great portion of chips. The chicken fillet in pitta was great and very tasty. Overall the place was clean, food was hot and served in reasonable time with a good serve of fries.

We love the Salisbury Nando’s and requent lots, however 8pm on a Friday night, and only a few tables taken, we were turned away by the young lady server since they ‘ had been a busy evening and taking no more table orders that evening’. We took our custom elsewhere to local Salisbury Italian grill restaurant which was amazing. When we walked past Nando’s later in the evening at 10pm, customers were still dining at the tables, these customers had not been at those tables earlier that evening !!!!!!! so we were very surprised we were told they couldn’t fit us in their nearly empty restaurant earlier. Bad service of you Nando’s.

Arrived at 7:55 to a less than half full restaurant to be told that only take away service because they have been busy that night. The same for all the other people in the queue who subsequently went elsewhere as Salisbury has such a large choice of restaurants. Very disappointed as the restaurant was clearly half empty on a Friday night and no effort to serve customers at that early time . The Salisbury Christmas lights were being turned on and dining out in Nando’s was part of it . Anyway wild woods next door amazing

Visited lunch time recently and it wasn't great. Not bad, but not great. The butterfly chicken is so small and they no longer do any hot drinks. Who ever heard of any cafe which doesn't serve hot drinks? The staff were nice and the food quite tasty but for the price, I would go elsewhere. You can get similar for less money for example - at Harvester and Spoons!

Eine freundliche Bedienung empfing uns, die Menü Karte mit den verschiedenen Stufen von nicht scharf bis sehr scharf fanden wir super. Als wir mit dem QR Code bestellen wollten, mussten wir zuerst einen Account mit vielen Angaben erstellen, um überhaupt ins Menü zu kommen. Danach musste natürlich noch die Kreditkarte eingegeben werden. Das dauerte alles viel zu lange, so gingen wir selber bestellen. Ich hatte Hühnerbrust (chicken breast) mit grünen Erbsen und einem Maiskolben. Die Erbsen sahen etwas zermantscht aus und hatten Chilipulver dran, was ich nicht mag. Der Maiskolben war meiner Meinung nach zu wenig lang gekocht, das Hühnchen war soweit ok, aber überzeugt hat mich das Ganze nicht wirklich, ist eben halt schon ein Schnell-Imbiss Laden. Ich würde wohl nicht mehr dort essen gehen.

I visited with my sister and son today at lunch time. Sam was very helpful when the app wasn’t working, he provided very friendly service! Food was great! Thank you! :)

Had a delicious family meal here. 😋 Service was really friendly, and the even gave me a bit of a discount as I do Deliveroo (a goodwill gesture that was very much appreciated)! 👌

We visited on a Saturday evening, easy to order using the Nando app, efficient service, nice atmosphere food was tasty and good value

We visited Nando’s at around 2pm yesterday (5/2/22) and were seated upstairs.Firstly, I was disappointed that the tabes were very close together, yes covid restrictions have been lifted but many folk are still a bit wary, so this was my first negative.The ice machine was not working, the male toilets were dirty, the sachets of peri peri salt were damp and unusable, as were the salt cellars on the tables. It was fairly cold upstairs too.Then we come on to the service, we ordered some starters and this went ok, we like to order starters separately as it seems common in Nando’s if you don’t do this you get all your food at once, personally I don’t like this.We left a gap after our staters then we then ordered mains, we waited approximately 45 minutes from “app order”, along with the rest of the people upstairs.We found the food to be sub the normal standard; my chicken was dry, my wife had the rainbow salad (very nice) however it was missing the grains completely, the filling part of the salad! She couldn’t be bothered to wait any longer, so just got on and ate it.I won’t even go into the “ice cream” saga.I am aware that many establishments would like you to complain at the time of your visit, I could have, however when I am out for a meal, I want to relax and enjoy the experience, I don’t want to have to have a confrontation in a restaurant with my family around me.I will be giving Nando’s Salisbury a miss for a while I think, which is a shame but there are plenty more eating establishments in the area. I may try again later in the year, however, if it turns out to be similar to yesterday’s visit, it will definitely be the last.

I’m fairly new to Nando’s but I’ve now been 4 times in the last 3 months! Very good portion sizes and well worth the money, it’s a decent meal.

Long time since I've eaten in here, there were some changes....I ordered the mild sauce, but unless I'm mistaken it still had a bit of a kick to it and my friend was in agreement.I had a grilled chicken in Pitta with chips with a limitless dirt coke and it was very nice.My friend and daughter had the chicken thighs with two side orders, which they couldn't eat and got to take out.They didnt have any frozen yogurt, so no dessert for me but the other two each had a brownie.Overall the food was lovely, not very happy having to order on the app as my friend struggled, so a waitress took the order old fashion style.

Came here as we'd forgotten to book anywhere on a Saturday lunchtime.This place is certainly an experience. The best analogy I can come up with is having lunch at a motorway services! In respect to price, service and atmosphere.For what is essentially a glorified kebab then the prices aren't exactly cheap. ~£12.50 for a chicken pitta with sides and chips. This was then served to us by people who have no concept of service. Whilst the interior is hideously wipe clean.The service was comical, the children's meal came with ice cream. We had to wait for 30 minutes and remind the staff twice before it finally appeared.In short unless you are really hungry there's far better places.

Unfortunately take away orders have taken priority. 20 mins for starter and a further 40 mins wait for main meal. Terrible.

First time visiting this branch and we (two adults and two young children) were impressed with the customer service of the staff. The manager came across as reassuring when mentioning of my child with food allergies. It is one of our ‘safe restaurants’ but it was a nice gesture to have the manager being called over to check the order. We were informed a 45 mins wait to dine in and we waited and 10 mins later, we were offered a table. The food came quite quickly and the food was hot. Only one thing was that the chicken was slightly burnt skin (and my children like the chicken skin!) but apart from that, the sides were fine. We would definitely visit again!

My first time at nandos and it was my daughters 18th birthday so we visited for dinner and what a great experience and fantastic end to our day after visiting poultons park. Matt the manager was so polite and helpful. The staff were all happy and made sure we were welcomed. I am a chef myself and like to say the food was lovely. My daughter was also given a dessert as a birthday gift. Will definitely recommend and be back again. Thankyou guys and have a wonderful day

Heard so much about Nando's but still hadn't been so as this was across the road from our hotel we decided to have lunch. I really enjoyed it. I love the fact you can choose from bland to spicy food so caters for everyone's palette.The COVID processes were good and clear and everyone was kept at a distance with minimal contact, and was plenty of space in the restaurant so that you felt safe.Staff were very helpful with what was to be done and explained things clearly and were always happy to help if you get stuck.

Good lunch here with a friend. Good value with nhs discount. Some staff using masks still. Beanie burger was tasty. Not sure about how hygienic the refill drinks are.

We visited with friends recently.. It was my first Nandos experience & I have to say I don't think I would go back... Maybe I was unlucky as I know many people love it.. Service was OK although it was our first time since covid so the process of ordering was time consuming! & assume now we have an account would make future ordering quicker!Admittedly I am fussy so had plain chicken & plain fries with corn on the con but chicken is their speciality.. It was dry & so hard to swallow. The chips & corn on cob were fine. A friend had burger & said the roll was really dry too. Despite the slow ordering process the starters & mains were served really quickly so we weren't in there for very long! This maybe the normal Nandos experience ‍♀️The whole thing was average hence the 3 stars.

When I entered the restaurant, nobody welcomed me. The guy on the floor had to be reminded by the kitchen staff, that there is someone waiting at the door to be seated.This guy kept calling me 'buddy', even though I am at least 15 years older than he is. I am not his buddy, I am a guest.I never had problems using apps on my phone to order and pay in other restaurants, for some reason my payment didn't go through in the Nando's app.Nobody asked after 20 minutes of trying if I am alright.After three attempts I managed to grab the attention of the staff and put my order through the conventional way. The restaurant wasn't even half full, the waiting staff was simply inattentive.My starter arrived 20 minutes later. Then I waited another 25 minutes and finally asked a member of staff if he could find out what is going on with my main dish, as I ordered it 45 minutes ago.He said, it is coming without even checking it.Another 10 minutes passed and the young waiter decided to actually check on my main dish this time. It has turned out, the kitchen forgot about my order, so finally they started to cook it.Eventually I received the main dish (and the same starter once again).When the news of my 50 minutes wait and dissatisfaction reached the manager I was offered a gift card for a main dish and soft drink (app.£15). I accepted it, but I doubt I will ever go back.The chicken wasn't great either. It should have been cooked a little longer. The skin was soft and soggy. It should have been nice and crispy. I guess they rushed with my order once they realised it was forgotten.Chaotic service at half full restaurant, inattentive and careless staff, mediocre food.I have to mention that the manager with the voucher was kind and polite but that was too late after a disappointing lunch experience.

My waiter (Franklin) was a great help to me and my family, he was very alert and on his toes he was also very attentive which made our meal enjoyable and very memorable he was very fast at bringing the food to our table with a smile on his face and made us feel welcomed i will be visiting shortly to enjoy a meal here once again thanks to Franklin.

This was our first visit to Nandos for several years. The chicken was as tasty as ever but we had a probelm with the on-line menu. Under the peri peri section one is shown pictures of the various options available. The 1/4 chicken we ordered is pictured with two sides on the plate with a price of £4.25. We were surprised when all we got was a piece of chicken and no sides. And a somewhat slim chicken at that.We also noticed one of the servers wearing her mask without covering her nose or mouth for some of the time. That puts we patrons at risk and is against regulations.All round very disappointing . The sides that one has to order as additions are expensive. Two slices of garlic bread costs something over £2. We will not be going back to Nandos

Yummy food as always! 😋 Had a couple of niggles with the website and app around claiming rewards, but the staff went above and beyond to rectify things for me 🌟 They bought me extra ice for my drink as requested too 🧊✅

My wife and I popped in here for lunch yesterday (Saturday) and I was impressed with the menu selection for Vegetarians. They have a good selection on Vege Burgers, Pittas and Wraps and very tasty. Well organised and great service.

Always lovely, garlic bread was slightly burnt though - and the halloumi is always a must. I do find most nandos to be quite cold though, usually do need to wear my coat as well

Pagato 20 pound per un wrap col pollo, non scaldato bene, un panino di dimensioni piccole e un contorno di spinaci. Da bere una coca cola dal loro distributore... annacquata. Per essere un locale quasi self service (Ti devi apparecchiare da solo e prenderti la bevanda da solo) il prezzo è più che caro. Accoglienza senza valutazione in quanto nonostante il locale fosse quasi vuoto nessuno ci ha portato un menù che ho dovuto prendere da solo. Bocciato pienamente

Love the nando's chicken, chips, rice, frozen yogurt.. The only thing that lets them down is that the halloumi isn't always cooked correctly either not cooked enough or is over done.

Nice place with friendly staff. Food was nice but it wasn’t very hot by the time it reached us ... maybe needs more staff at busy times.

I ordered a roast chicken & could not believe that what you got for £8 etc would need a magnifying glass for what you got!! I complained & to be fair they gave me another piece of chicken but when you consider KFC, Kentucky Fried Chicken in other words that is a decent meal plus chips & NOT as expensive & fills you up!! If you want to be taken on come to Nando’s, I will NEVER come here again it is daylight robbery & the meal left a lot to be desired anyway!!

L’unica nota che stona è il piccante, ma visto che è un ristorante per cibo piccante, direi che non ci posso fare niente. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e soprattutto paziente per spiegare i piatti in modo chiaro e preciso. Il ristorante è pulito.

It would have been 5 stars if the service had been a little quicker but food was excellent and generally very enjoyable for a group of 12-13 year old girls

You can’t go too far wrong with the choices at Nando’s can you? Unless of course you choose the a spice or dressing too hot for your tastes- I think every time I have visited I learn something new- getting the perfect plate is an accumulative experience.well located in centre of town so good for both a lunch break or evening or pre /post cinema perhaps. Loyalty cards available.

Loved Nandos but this visit made my kinda change my mind. Service was good but food was not and just felt was not worth it this time. Maybe trying again may help?

We came in on a busy saturday night and i was initially put off by how busy it was, luckily the have seating upstairs and it was so quiet, the food is always good and the service was great.

Came here after a day at Peppa Pig world. Staff were very friendly and food was great. One of the cleanest Nando’s I’ve ever been in and def friendliest staff. Would visit again if in the area.

TL/DR: Staff were excellent, I cannot credit them enough. They are the entire reason this is a 2 star review & not a 0 star review.

Con frecuencia voy a Nandos por todo el sur, ¡y esto no es una excepción a la alta y fantástica calidad! El restaurante tiene un servicio rápido, un personal amable y una comida deliciosa. Nunca he tenido una orden incorrecta o realmente ninguna decepción. La única queja que pude es que la música sea un poco ruidosa, pero incluso eso es un tramo. Hay una gran selección de alimentos, todos a un alto nivel con los más sencillos, en realidad son sencillos, lo que es ideal para los niños, pero el medio o caliente es excelente para los adultos. Una experiencia maravillosa! !

Probé la sucursal de Dorchester en Nando're recientemente y la sucursal de Salisbury simplemente no se comparó. Pidió el famoso pollo piri piri y en esta ocasión fue bastante seco y sin sabor. Tenía muchas expectativas después de mi visita a Dorchester, pero me decepcionó la sucursal de Salisbury.

Admito que me gustan los nandos. Cada vez que vengo aquí consigo una experiencia familiar y un sabor que disfruto. Y eso no es nada malo.

I walked into Nando's late on a Thursday night,expecting to be told that they were no longer serving.Instead i was made to feel absolutely comfortable by the staff.

Nandos is nando's its basically chicken place but very good plenty of spice here, if you like your chicken and chips spicy.

Went to nandos using some gift cards.

Very nice food. Had a pita bread with chicken and haloumi. The staff are of the highest quality. Very welcoming and attentive staff. Be very proud of yourselves

Had a delicious chicken and chips dinner. Service was swift and we sat outside as the weather was perfect. The quarter chicken was good value for money and the chips were great.

Went to Nados the first time last month and i understand the hype now! Been back 3 times since and every time the staff members have been really friendly, the tables were really nice and clean and the food has been spot on. Really impressed and will be back again x

I've rarely enjoyed my visit or order from the salisbury nandos. The chicken is always slightly undercooked, the skin barely grilled. It's like the cooks are afraid of actually grilling the chicken after its been steamed because it's more work for them. It looks nothing like in the images, its always pale white instead of brown. Service is half hearted, I once asked if they could just grill my chicken for longer (it was slightly pink and i prefer it crispy) the manager than patronisingly explained that the chicken is cooked because they steam it beforehand, completely ignoring my actual concern of the chicken being soggy and not crispy like grilled chicken should be. I keep giving it a chance because I like the Nando's brand but the deserts are the only things that come out like other nandos branches.

Always great food and I love chicken. Service is always really good too. The supergrain is my favourite!

I came for dinner with my boyfriend because it's our favourite place in Salisbury and it always makes him happy and the staff in general is always good and fast however today this blonde girl called sammie stood out because she was really smiley friendly and she was so positive and nice that she made our evening

Visited for my child's 7th bday lovely food very busy as it was a Saturday but food still arrived promptly enjoyed the whole chicken platter very tasty and filling children all enjoyed there meal aswell and the game for children that comes with the colouring pack was excellent very good at keeping them entertained whilst waiting for food

Just finished watching Blade Runner 2049, the food was fast and delicious. The staff are friendly and attentive. The pricing is a little expensive (like all chain restaurants) but for what your paying for the experience is always pleasant.

My daughter persuaded me to take her here and I was not looking forward to it.

Called in here for a quick lunch on a Monday. Not overly busy so plenty of room. Ordered food which arrived promptly. Great tasting chicken as always with tasty sides of chips and mash. Portobello mushrooms and grilled holoumi cheese a real treat. Good value and service.

After we ordered our food it was only about 10 minuets before it arrived so the food can out nice and quickly but I was pretty disappointed with my double chicken wrap as to be honest there was more lettuce than actual chicken which was a bit disappointing for the money I paid for I expected a bit more than lettuce chips and rice.

Visited with a colleague whilst down on work. Food was quick, starters arrived at the table before I did from ordering it. Food was good but i felt that it was a little on the expensive side.

We took a trip to Salisbury and popped in Nando's with my girlfriends sister who have never been before. We had a great meal and she seemed to like it too. Can't complain about anything. Top notch. Well done

At least they're consistent! I thought we would give them a second chance, so went back after a couple of months.... we ordered online to collect at 8:15, eventually got our meal for 5 (costing £45) most of the food was stone cold. Total rip off, be warned, don't touch Nando's with a barge pole.

Myself and other half went shopping in Salisbury and decided to have lunch in Nando's.What a complete waste of time we were not greeted by any staff so decided to sit down, two waitresses walked past at least three times and gave menus to the people next to us and still didn't acknowledge us, then a waitress brought some food to the people next to us, still no acknowledgement or menus !!!As we got up and went to walk out after being sat there for at least 15 mins one waitress was having a drink behind the counter and other clearing a table.Cant comment on the food as never got the chance to order!!!

As always what you get on the tin - but you CANNOT beat the Halumi and Mushroom wrap. I'm not vegetarian but this is still my fav. Only feedback I would give is that kiddies menu - you really should be able to get PLAIN - no lemon tang any flavour - as bland as it may be, but when you ask for as plain as plain - I would expect this and also more options on kiddies menu for dessert as the adults one is varied.Delicious all the same!

I was sceptical on arriving and only came because the children insisted but I was very pleasantly surprised. Food was fresh and very decent and tasty. Place is very well run and well organised. Staff are friendly and helpful. Toilets are very clean. Right in the heart of Salisbury so excellent location.

Cosa posso dire di Nando's?allegria e sapore sono due perfetti mix,se poi ci metti servizio col sorriso e attenzione al cliente si tocca livelli alti!Perche?non è certo un ristorante di lusso dove stilare un contratto diplomatico(anche un pensierino ce lo farei),ma bensi un piacevole e caldo luogo dove passare piacevoli momenti in compagnia di cibi piccanti e musica ispanica/portoghese che ti accende l'animo e ti stimola la conversazione con il prossimo.Ci andrei oggi,domani,e anche dopo domani...perche la felicitá non ha prezzo grazie Nando's

I've been here before and gave only 3 stars but maybe they changed something or maybe it's just that for 20 quid (19.95) you can feed two with 1 whole chicken 2 huge sides and unlimited soft drinks however this is my favourite restaurant in Salisbury and my partner is always begging me to go again again again again and again! And if you want to spend a few extra the beers and the nata are exceptional too if I haven't praised nando's enough the waitresses were friendly, helpful (poor girls I tortured them with questions about the nando's card!) And the service was very fast as well! The music is lovely and every time is better than the one before!

The restaurant was actually pretty good. When we got there it had been invaded by what appeared to be an extended family of around 26 people who didn't control their children and were still amazed when after being asked to serve 26 people simultaneously there was a mistake or two on the order. When that family left the servers were a little shell shocked, but they dutifully started cleaning and things were shaping up before we finished our dinner. So that particular dinner was only OK, but I think that generally it was probably a really nice place.

Nandos is Nandos wherever you go however this one is that extra bit better (in my opinion). Situated on a corner with a view of the cinema (tudor I believe) and the Cathedral it is a pleasure to dine in. Less than a minute from the busy market square and with great food and service this is the perfect place for a "cheeky nandos" while in Salisbury

We cane here after horrendous visit somewhere else and this place was the polar opposite the staff are so friendly and perfect customer service. We had a small complaint and the manager sorted it strsight away. The food was great quality and the atmosphere great

My toddler wanted chicken for dinner, so we went to Nando's, as it was right by our hotel and the main square. It was later on a Thursday evening, and wasn't too busy (which was good for us). The restaurant seems family friendly - there were high chairs and our server also brought out coloured pencils and lots of paper to draw on - which was great for keeping Miss 2 amused while she waited on her chicken meal. The food was nice, tasty and enjoyable, without being spectacular. Pretty good value, and served quickly - which was great for us. The staff were nice, and overall we had a good experience. Thumbs up for the Salisbury Nando's.

We went at 6:30pm and walked straight in. The menu is extensive and it was easy to order at the food point. The food came quickly and what I like about it is that for a fast food outlet, you still get proper plates, cutlery and glasses and someone brings the food to your table. Water is literally 'on tap' and there are bottomless fizzy drinks. The chicken was very well cooked and tasty. We had our chicken with Hot sauce, which was hot, but did not blow your head off! The only negative is that the coleslaw and roasted vegetables are tasteless - so don't bother. Great for teenagers (which ours are) and good value.

I went there for a lunch , staff were friendly I had 10 medium chicken wings, chips & Coca Cola!!! I can't say I really enjoyed the meal at all!! Very expensive for what you get!!!!! £16 to be exact!!!! A complete take on!!!! Completely overrated & I would NEVER go there again!!! Complete waste of money & while the meal it was not worth paying that much!!!!! A glamorous MacDonald's!!!!!

The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming. The food was OK and they cooked it well but personally I can not see what the big deal is with Nandos. So this is my second time at a Nandos and from what I have witnessed you do not get much for your pound. It is expensive and too commercially arrogant to what customers will accept. I will in the future book away from Nandos

Staff are awesome. Big welcoming smile. Super helpful. Quick service. Food was piping hot and order recieved correctly. Highly recommend.
