Dropped in to this quirky eatery on the reviews from here and what a find. Delicious. Fresh and very tasty. Oh and the cakes are Devine

i come here once a month. top notch food as always, cooked fresh when ordered. the dips have great taste which contrasts with each other. the bread is soft and chewy but not too chewy. the service was prompt and excellent. quite attentive too. we were served by Maria (from Bulgaria i think) and we were served complimentary tea and baklava. half of my party was outside already when she ushered us back in because she had already prepared it for us! it just needed to be served.somehow i always order the mixed grill (everything is good, gotta eat it all) and it never disappoints. they willingly give you a takeaway box to bring home your leftovers. the toilets were clean.seating was cramped but it is a small shop so no issue here.will definitely visit again. and again. and again.

The first time to AG’s although we have visited the Reflections restaurant in the same location on a few previous occasions. We had Christmas lunch, and the whole experience from arrival, with drinks in the Champagne Lounge to departure was amazing. The quality and presentation of the food was exceptional as was the high level of service and attention from the staff. Highly recommended on every level

Really great experience at Mulberry. Good food and service too. Tough to find restaurants with rosette standard food that are also suitable for kids (we went for Sunday lunch) in Surrey. I was surprised they were even able to accommodate a last min vegan desert request + last min no refined sugar desert request. Found the staff v accommodating generally. In writing this I notice some of the photos are of previous dining room decor and not HD. I recommended replacing them.

Bloody lovely. We had wings to start. Two had burgers. One had ribs and I had a steak. Two portions of brownie. They made custards which isn't on the menu. I had a cheesecake. Also made us Cocktails that weren't on the menu. Served by Sam and Bella. Sam was chatty but not intrusive. Both fitted in with our sense of humour. Both affable and welcoming. We will visit again. Lovely friendly service with great quality food. Coffee and food are delicious, not a long wait and staff were really accommodating when requesting any changes.

We had our mums 60th party at judds folly and what a great time. The staff are what truly makes this place they could not do enough for us. From the diner service, bar service and the breakfast/ Easter hunt in the morning everyone working there is amazing. The manager I'm sorry I didn't catch her name was a true superstar! The food was delicious both for our set meal and breakfast. The rooms could do with a deep clean and some updating but that did not effect our stay at all. The grounds are beautiful and the hotel is close to faversham. This was my third stay and I would defiantly come back as would my family. A thanks to Carlie the events planner for bringing my mum's party to life 😁

Even though breakfast and dinner was part of our plan for an extended business stay, after dinning a few times and trying numerous items, we chose to go into town and pay to dine elsewhere. We are very budget consequence, to not eat a free meal and purchase food elsewhere says a lot about how disappointed we were with the food. The quality of ingredients was poor and there was a holistic lack of flavor. At times the food at dinner was presented well, picture perfect; however, the meat would be over cooked, the food was poorly seasoned, the soups were literally the worst soups I have ever eaten in my life. That says a lot as I do not think I have ever had a soup I did not like before trying the soups here. Breakfast consisted of traditional English breakfast using poor quality ingredients, runny yogurt, fruit from tins and lots of processed breads and cheap baked items. They did have a few small containers of nuts that you could use as a topping for the yogurt or your cereal. Service was slow, our tea/coffee would come out after we had finished our meal. The one strong positive thing that I can write is that they genuinely seemed to care if people had allergies to any ingredients on their menu. The staff tried but they were mostly young and poorly trained.

First impressions from the outside are really off putting. The front carpark is partially blocked by an old estate car and the back carpark almost full of scrap delapidated vehicles of all types. There are fridge and washing machine and kegs scattered about the grounds as well. This may have something to do with storm damage that’s mentioned but it should be cleared away completely not left to walk past on way to restaurant. Why the owners would want this as a reflection of their business beggars belief. Inside it’s supposed to be in the process of renovation but from the front entrance onwards the decor is very tatty and once again sets a poor impresssion. The food is ok but as someone else has mentioned the green veg is a mishmash of sorts and left a pool of water at bottom of plate. It’s needs bringing up to date fast and the carpark cleared to become a venue that you would like to return to.

My sister and I had a beautiful high tea at the Brasserie. Sandwiches and cakes were amazing served with excellent coffee, my sister said her pot of tea was good too. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Nice surroundings, we will certainly go again when my sister comes to stay.

I had the Beef Burger at Two Spoons and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was generous, and the flavors were spot on. Everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was cozy and the service was friendly. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely setting and great food. Very reasonably priced..the steam train passed by several times staff were great and very attentive.

My friend & I were excited to go out for afternoon tea to celebrate out birthdays. On arrival the greeting was lukewarm and we were directed down a corridor where we were met by a member of staff, acknowledged and then walked back down the same corridor to where we started. The chairs were uncomfortable so we moved. it was cold - my friend had her coat draped round her shoulders during the entire meal. Customer service was excellent to start with but then our server disappeared and we were left to our own devices. I had a code for a free drink which I had given at the time of booking but even so I had to had over the magazine advert (good thing I took it). I was charged £4.50 for a bottle of fizzy water on top of £35 a head for the Afternoon Tea - this was not made clear. The background music was too loud for talking so we had to ask for it to be turned down. I asked for English Breakfast tea - when it arrived it was far too strong like ink so I had to ask for hot water to dilute it - this was not automatically served with the tea. They did have soy milk though. The food was impressive - dainty sandwiches, scones and cakes - but not if you were gluten free. My gluten free choices paled in comparison to my friend's and I am not convinced everything was gluten free. During the meal only once did a server come to check on us. At the end of the meal, my friend had to get up from the table in search for a member of staff in order to get the bill. We also asked for doggy bags to take home the food we hadn't eaten. We were presented with cardboard containers and had to put the food inside them ourselves. The member of staff seemed keen to see us gone. There was a general feeling that they didn't really care whether we'd had a good time or not. We then wandered down several corridors looking for the exit and no member of staff came up to us to assist. Eventually we figured it out for ourselves. We did wonder why the hotel was deserted. Now we know.

Chicken shis was horrible, staff are rude! Had a tap of liquer running out of paper bag wrap 2m after order pickup, hot dry chicken one side and freezing letuce the other and tasteless. These tosserse just her to take ur cash. BEWARE!

5 star service the best place to take your family for a lovely meal. Simply the best customer service and value for money will def be back to eat in this restaurant again.
