Very relaxed atmosphere food good

Estoy decepcionado sobre el servicio al cliente en esta tienda. Llevo 14 años yendo a esta tienda. De hecho, la amabilidad del personal no siempre es de la más alta calidad. Hoy, después de desayunar, pedí otro espresso y fui a tomarlo a la terraza. Había un hombre quitando hojas de los árboles en la terraza de al lado. Uno de los empleados de MADEIRA vino a decirme que me fuera de la terraza porque tenías que limpiar el lugar donde estaba. Le expliqué que me iría rápido, ya que solo tenía que terminar el expreso. Sin embargo, la señora dijo que tuvo que irse de inmediato y llamó al hombre para limpiar ese lugar. Él le mostró que aún no había terminado donde estaba, pero ella insistió en que fuera allí. Me pregunto qué estaba pasando por la cabeza de esa criada...

Una cosa sobre esta cultura. No les importa mientras su efectivo fluya y sus clientes habituales sigan regresando. Ayer pagué £ 70 por comida que estaba instantáneamente fría después de 6 - 7 minutos, los rissois de langostinos definitivamente habían estado allí durante 3 días y probablemente solo estaban calientes. Calamari estaba demasiado crujiente y la textura mientras masticaba era como chicle, no servía. Este restaurante es muy apretado. Tenían mesas abajo, pero desafortunadamente eran más para el café. Tuvimos que elegir una mesa de arriba, lo que significaba tener que llevar nuestro Baby buggy por las escaleras, que estaba bien, pero si tienes un buggy pensar dos veces, ya que no era realmente restaurante / cafetería para bebés. Hablando de eso. Los habituales tenían una mesa arriba y acababan de terminar la cena cuando empezamos. Desafortunadamente decidieron quedarse y seguir pidiendo más y más cervezas por minutos y estaban súper ruidosos (otra cosa de esta cultura). No tenían ningún sentido del cuidado en el mundo de que tuviéramos un bebé con nosotros, lo que podrían haber adivinado que probablemente dormiría, ya que aún no estaba en nuestros brazos ni nada. A los dueños sí les importaba en absoluto mientras se ganaba su dinero no les importaba que las otras personas trataran de tener una velada relajada. Me arrepiento de no haber salido desde el momento en que noté todo ese ruido y falta de consideración. mi bebé finalmente se despertó a causa del ruido y desde entonces se terminó. No podíamos comer en paz, no podíamos dormirlo en paz ya que desafortunadamente su mesa familiar estaba justo al otro lado de nuestra mesa de parejas. Y aún dándose cuenta de que el bebé está levantado siguieron haciendo aún más ruido. Normalmente voy a TOCA por el camino y su servicio al cliente en cuanto a que nos brinden una cesta de pan con mantequilla, paté con aceitunas en cuanto llegamos allí, es mucho mejor servicio al cliente que estrela. Había una mujer rubia con gafas y su servicio al cliente era terrible. A veces, aunque yo mismo hablo portugués, como hombre negro no me gusta ir a estos lugares porque a veces te tratan menos en estos lugares, ya que debes saber que hay mucho racismo en Portugal. Su actitud fue la más tranquila que he visto. Y lo más destacado de esa noche que me atrajo para venir aquí y escribir esto fue el hecho de que cuando nos íbamos tuvimos que volver a bajar las escaleras con el pesado buggy. Una de las puertas estaba cerrada para que no pudiéramos abrirla. Traté de mirar a mi alrededor para encontrar algo de ayuda porque en este punto literalmente tengo el buggy en mi mano en el aire tratando de encajar más allá de una puerta que es demasiado pequeña. Cuando la saludé apartó la vista inmediatamente y trató de actuar como si estuviera ocupada. Eso me hirvió tanto la sangre que tuve que encontrar mi propia manera de abrir la otra puerta que tenía una cerradura, pero logró hacerlo y salió de allí sin posibilidad de volver nunca más. Este restaurante avergüenza a la cultura portuguesa, especialmente hoy en día con tantos estudiantes y turistas internacionales que hoy en día este restaurante no puede ser el que nos represente. We've planned this trip ages ago to go London from Cornwall with friend for one of us birthday. This was the only food I had through all day and I had the most horrible food poisoning ever. We've had beef burgers and girls had veggie wraps along with chips. Under one of the burgers there was a piece of paper and meat was suspicious. My heart rate went up to 193bpm, I had all the things that could possibly happen due to the food poisoning. Thanks for messing up such an important day for us, we had to go back to our apartment as I was feeling terrible. I hope staff sees and realises that their food does impact people day/days. Again, never trust places like this because you don't know what they're serving you. Ciao! 😨

Cócteles fabulosos y personal amable. Una joya local. Si estás en el área y buscas verdaderos cócteles, no busques más, no hay mucho más en el área que pueda competir.

El menú es bastante limitado, pero la carta es excelente. Ambos tuvimos cangrejo y rib Steak, que estaban muy bien. Mi marido tenía blueberry Casablaca que estaba delicioso. La elección de hortalizas es bastante limitado, pero hay una extensa lista de vinos. El único problema fue que la comida era mucho mejor que el musical!

6 friends on our way to a gig at the O2 Academy, Brixton, got off the Tube at Stockwell to walk to Brixton, hoping to find somewhere to eat on the way. We stumbled upon Sintra, which looked interesting and were made welcome. The service was excellent, they made us feel very at home. The food was excellent, and different to usual offerings from steakhouses, ethnic and hipster restaurants. Portuguese, with plenty of fish, but also various meat and veggie stuff. We all loved it.

Great hearty food off the main roads in Clapham. Food all-themed restraint with great, fresh Portuguese food and very affordable. Super service.

Me encanta este lugar por muchas razones diferentes. Aquí podrá encontrar toda su cocina local portuguesa, así como bollería fresca, café y bocadillos. En esta ocasión fuimos por un capuchino y un tostado de jamón y queso (tosta mista). El servicio fue genial (creo que se llamaba Antonio) pero era muy eficiente y amable. El pan tostado sabía increíble y sin duda volvería a ir.

Consistently good food and service. They often have live music which can be a good or a bad thing depending who you're with and why. So best to call and check before you go.

Dexters is very professional, and Sven was truly helpful. He understood my needs and helped me find the ideal house, making the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend

Visited the Coach & Horses for a charity pub quiz they very kindly put on. The staff were super welcoming and friendly, there was a lovely atmosphere all night, and, even though I didn't have a pizza, they looked quality. Real nice local pub with lovely people- would definitely recommend. Thanks again :)

My friend and I went to the Wharf, for lunch yesterday. It was a terrible experience. We ordered fish and chips, and steak and chips. The steak arrived first, and sat on the counter by the till as both waiters struggled to identify who the dish should go to. To put this into context, there were three occupied tables, including us. When they worked out it was for my friend it was brought over. We queried if it was still hot, the waiter responded with annoyance saying that of course it was. We countered saying we had watched it sit on the side. He said, ‘yeah, for less than a minute’. On we ploughed. We said ‘well, we’ve looking at it for 5 minutes, on the counter over there’. His response? ‘No you haven’t’. I then asked him to not argue with me. His response? ‘I’m not arguing’. Oh the irony. My friend asked for it to be taken back, and he grudgingly agreed. The same bit of meat returned 5 minutes later, and the only change was it was 5 minutes colder. She asked for another steak freshly cooked. My meal then arrived, which I ate alone. My friend’s meal arrived 15 minutes later, and it was finally hot and she ate it. However, she has texted me this morning that she started vomiting overnight. Presumably due to the meal, as she started feeling unwell once she was home and didn’t eat dinner. Have I mentioned the surly waitress who ignored me, then rolled her eyes repeatedly when I asked for condiments? Yeah, not a winning team. I suggest you don’t go there when there are loads of other options along the South Bank.

Tafsir, era brillante su servicio al cliente era único en su clase. Éramos un cliente difícil, pero nos trató con tanta clase y comodidad. Lo recomiendo todo el tiempo. Volveremos porque con la vista al exterior y el servicio al cliente que sin duda va a ser nuestro lugar para ir a tomar algo a partir de ahora.
