We always love to eat out at Nando’s. It was a great experience for us to visit Stamford street Nando’s. As Annie took care of us very demure and mindful way. She was amazing. She took our order and did check up on us. Food was great and staff was lovely. We will definitely be there soon.

The manager today was Annie and she was wonderful to me and my friends. She'd come and check on us, asking if everything is alright and if we need anything else. Had a wonderful experience at Nando's because of her. 10/10

I don’t normally leave reviews but the staff here were so polite and friendly and possible had the best service i’ve seen at a Nando’s. The food was perfect and came out incredibly quickly and the atmosphere was equally as pleasant. This may not be everyone’s local Nando’s but if you want brilliant tasting food as well as fantastic service with waiters who enjoy serving your table then I would 100% recommend the journey for a nice evening out. I also want to give a little shoutout to who I believe was the manager on the day we came (15/09/24) who was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcomed.

First time in any Nandos, like a halfway house between a proper restaurant and KFC, staff were excellent and the chicken burger was very nice, would definitely go back.

It was a nice summer day and we could sit outside. The food was as delicious as ever and the service was great and fast! A lot quieter than in most Nandos in London, we really enjoyed it!

We had the vegan burger and two children's menus. Friendly staff, delicious food, drinks and ice cream "bottomless", so you can catch up and the price is really relaxed for the big capital and the central location. Highly recommended for hungry visitors to London.

Likewise, every other Nando's food tastes great here. But there is something very special about this place. The customer service. And if you are lucky enough to meet Annie (not sure if this is the correct spelling), you will experience the best ever customer service. Her approach and professionalism are exceptional with a lovely smile, which pushed to write here. Thank you.

The staff here are super warm and welcoming - definitely one of my favourite Nando's restaurants.

I ordered the vegetarian option of halloumi and mushrooms pita and my partner ordered the chicken wrap, they were pretty good and affordable. Our chosen sides were their mac and cheese and their tomato salad. I can’t eat spicy food so I ordered the mild option, and it was perfect for me. Their mac and cheese was divine!!! I also would highly recommend the apple cider, that it was one of the best I’ve ever tried in a while.

Served by the lovely Paula who made us feel very welcome from the start. Amazing customer service provided and we shall definitely be back to see her again. Thank you Paula!!

Its modern and sleek looking. Food arrived promptly and the servers were pleasant. I will definitely go back there.

Disabled accessible (including wheelchairs), food arrived quickly and treated good. Toilets were clean and well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was tasty and the cost wise it felt costly. The choice of foods are less, but its absolutely fine for single/group hangouts.

Food is always good, but the chairs had food on them and hadn’t been cleaned properly - it was quiet on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm

when they had a restaurant in Cyprus, Limassol it was amazing! we were going there everyweek we lived it! when i when there it was nothing like the one i remember.. the food is not very good very few and not nice options in the menu..

Nandos is Nandos. They have perfected the chain and you can be assured of good food wherever you go. What separates this venue from others is the service. You come into a waiting area and at least three separate members of staff asked if we were taken care of. I think it was genuinely good service. Also, as we had a take-out, when the order was handed to us the server ran through our order and pointed to the relevant boxes. Such a smooth, efficient operation. Highly commended!!

I was shown to a table, ordered via the app, and got and finished my food all within 30 minutes between seeing matinee and evening shows at the nearby National Theatre.

Great fresh food, well cooked and tasty. Friendly staff. The restaurant is a little soulless but it’s fine and we had a lovely meal. Mac & cheese, rainbow slaw and a really great 1/2 chicken to share.

Classic Nandos offering excellent value in this geographic area and good food. Staff were good. Kitchen staff were very visible and seemed happy! Big venue but most people who were here when I was were lounging around waiting for takeaway so maybe not the best place for a dynamic atmosphere if that's what you're looking for. I'd go again though.

Whilst the food is OK, the portion size has decreased significantly, yet it is so expensive for what you get. "2-3 person share" can easily be eaten by a single person. Size wise, meat looks like it's taken from a pigeon rather than a chicken. Some chicken pieces also come over charred, resulting in very bitter flavour and it's not very nice to eat. Being it a chicken restaurant, some chicken pieces cannot be eaten with a knife and fork. The sauce bottles are disgusting and it doesn't look like they are ever cleaned. Came here at around 11:30 it's not possible all bottles were greasy and sticky from same day.

It is a burger restaurant with Indian specialties, you order at the bar or with the app and they bring it to you. Normal price in London.

My go-to takeout whenever I'm feeling lazy and just need some food in my belly! Staff are friendly, attentive and service is quick. Food always spot on.

Nando's has produced yet another fantastic restuarant. Good value for money, tasty South African style Portuguese food.

I visited this restaurant to feed my children after a stressful trip to a local theatre. I am a full-time carer to one of my children who is severely disabled and cannot chew food. I ordered 2 children's meals amongst other meals but asked if I could swap the sides for mashed potatoes due to my child's disability. I was told I would have to pay extra for this. When I asked to speak to a manager the waitress advised me she was the manager and still refused to replace the 2 sides included in the child meal for the 1 side dish unless I paid extra. I explained my child could choke but still met a wall of resistance. I can understand why they may do this but if my child had let's say a peanut allergy, they would have changed the side without a second thought. Nonetheless, I paid the additional amount but was left devastated after a stressful day, that a multi-million-pound company would refuse to meet a disabled child's needs and see them choke. One waitress I would like to say thank you to is Jade who helped entertain my children whilst I recomposed myself after the transaction with her manager

We ordered it for the hotel and they were quite quick to bring it. We already knew him from Canada and we know we love him. The wings are delicious. I wanted to try the grilled chicken burger this time and the truth is that the chicken was a little dry, but the tomato and the rest were delicious. The potatoes are quite stale for the price but well as it is fast food you can't expect much. It seems expensive for what it is, but that's how everything is in this city.

Nando's Stamford Street was an overall good experience. The food was as expected and the restaurant itself is quite quaint. Although the staff were nice, it was very busy and service seemed very rushed.

I had a lovely time at this Nando’s for my Godson’s 1st birthday lunch. Paula was especially lovely, patient & helpful. Paula was friendly, gave my friends/family and I amazing customer service & made it a lovely experience so thank you Paula!!

I usually prefer Nandos, if i am craving for a good food. The food is soo good and tasty, absolutely delicious especially the peri wings and chips.. with the cola. Just perfect place with affordable prices and great ambience and very polite and good staff.

Super Bedienung, allen voran Annie. Von Anfang an wies sie uns darauf hin, dass falls wir Allergien haben, wir an der Kasse bestellen sollen. Gesagt, getan. Sie ging dann alle von uns bestellten Produkte durch und zeigte mir bei jedem Produkt, dass keine Zutaten vorhanden sind, welche die Allergie hervorrufen könnte. Das Essen schmeckte Super und wir haben für 5 Wings + 2 Beilagen, 2 Hähnchenbrüste + 2 Beilagen und 2 Getränke (Gratis nachfüllen so viel man will) 34.90 Pfund bezahlt. Das Essen sättigt und ist für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr preiswert. Das Restaurant ist nich überfüllt und wir mussten nicht auf einen freien Tisch warten (war bei Nando‘s Covent Garden der Fall und dann sind wir zur Stamford Street weiter). Es sind getrennte Toiletten vorhanden und es gibt sogar einen Wasserhahnen im Essraum um sich die Hände zu waschen.

Wel oké voor een snelle hap, interieur heeft absoluut een opknapbeurt nodig.

This recent time wasn't too good - try not to go at busy times as they are short staffed - all our food was a long time and then wrong when it got there. Tasty as always though, and lovely decor and vibe from the music like any Nando's. Understandably a challenge at busy periods.

Staff were great, place was clean, easy to order by scanning the qr code. Food was good just that the chicken and spicy rice didn't have enough flavour, as I've tasted in other locations. Location easy to get to.

The food was very tasty. However, the soda didn't work for the soft drinks. The manager made sure to fix this problem for me, but I ended up paying over 3 pounds for a non-carbonated cola, which didn't taste good at all.

The food was outstanding. Best Nando’s I have been too. I have to give a shout out to my server Rocky. Absolutely amazing! Super friendly and just made us feel comfortable and at home. Definitely recommend and will be back very soon.

I loved the employees especially rocky definitely made my night and was very helpful and his co worker, I can’t remember her name unfortunately but she did have black hair and Asian descent and was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us. Ordered at 12.22 on app, drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive, food a further 20 minutes. 5 plates of food and one was partially cold. Others were warm rather than hot. Has been better on previous visits. Not ideal to fit into a lunch hour

We came with three families on Saturday after visiting the Sea life aquarium and it was very busy but the staff managed to find us seats. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was good too.

First time experience here with family from Ireland... absolutely loved it and kids we're super impressed ..Avani was our waitress and she was so helpful and a bubbly personality... really loved the place

Waitress stumbled while delivering food to another table, and spilled beer all over me, and over my folded e-scooter. It covered the handlebars of the scooter and the scooter is now broken. I'm hoping Nando's will cover the cost for a replacement. We also had to ask 4 separate times for missing parts of our order to be delivered. They did refund our meal after we complained, but now I have a broken scooter.

The service at this Nando’s was absolutely top tier, from being seated by the beautiful Amarachi making sure that we knew all we needed to know before getting started to the wonderful Muzammil bless him he was new and he did such a fantastic job helping us order our meal, from being served by a lovely server (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) to the check backs from the lovely welcoming and warm Nathaniel & Rocky the very last steps walking out the door. Nathaniel even made sure my beautiful babies made it back to me safely. Personallyyyy I think they deserve a bonus for todays work the whole team. Keep shining guys. Love Ndey 💞
