I have to say that Tia from Dexter's has been stellar in helping us address the many issues we have had with our rental flat. She has been proactive and creative and actively trying to find solutions as the go-between us, the building management company and the tenants - handling some quite difficult situations and as a result of her work helping us save hundreds of pounds (Eg. by remembering that a plumber who had come to fix a problem with the bathroom ages ago should be able to return under warranty; by arguing compellingly to the management company that we shouldn't be charged for something outside our control and unreasonable ). We are super grateful and as a result of her work have found Dexter's (although more expensive than other rental management companies) worth hiring.

We were looking for a 3 bed in the area - Sven from Dexters has been very helpful in providing information and giving us amazing tours around properties that match our criteria. Honestly speaking - in a difficult renting market, Sven was fantastic to speak to and a breath of fresh air from other estate agents who don’t provide as much of a personalised service.

Sven was a great help in our rental hunt, taking time out of his Saturday to take us to as many flats in our desired area as possible - even driving us in between places. Great communication and coordination throughout, including a few last minute viewing time changes due to unforseen circumstances on our end. Couldn't recommend him enough. P.s. We're currently trying to find a flat around Clapham and have found Dexters to be incredibly helpful. They are very conscientious in sending us potential properties. Moreover the properties are good quality rentals. Sven and Michael have been very diligent and it's always good to deal with people who are on your side that you can trust.

After a signed up with Dexters, within a very short time Robert had reached out with several options suited to my rather unique search criteria and offered his advice, finding me the perfect house very quickly. He supported me through the referencing process (which for me was rather confusing and daunting as a new tenant) and kept in regular contact throughout, all the way to picking up the keys. Misold a rental property that had damp and major structural issues that were not possible to see on viewing. They only respond when called and will never put anything in writing. This shows that they aren’t to be trusted and I really wouldn’t recommend using them.
