I have to say that Tia from Dexter's has been stellar in helping us address the many issues we have had with our rental flat. She has been proactive and creative and actively trying to find solutions as the go-between us, the building management company and the tenants - handling some quite difficult situations and as a result of her work helping us save hundreds of pounds (Eg. by remembering that a plumber who had come to fix a problem with the bathroom ages ago should be able to return under warranty; by arguing compellingly to the management company that we shouldn't be charged for something outside our control and unreasonable ). We are super grateful and as a result of her work have found Dexter's (although more expensive than other rental management companies) worth hiring.

Estaba sentado en una mesa sucia, lo cual no es ideal. Luego esperé 40 minutos para que me sirvieran la comida, esto no sería un problema si me informaran de un retraso en la comida, pero para sorpresa de nadie, no lo era. Mientras esperaba mi comida, vi al supervisor dejar caer una caja de comida para llevar en el piso donde la comida se cayó del contenedor. After a signed up with Dexters, within a very short time Robert had reached out with several options suited to my rather unique search criteria and offered his advice, finding me the perfect house very quickly.
