I had a great experience with Robert Lynch at Dexters. He has been extremely helpful and after an initial quick response has remained proactive throughout the entire process. After a signed up with Dexters, within a very short time Robert had reached out with several options suited to my rather unique search criteria and offered his advice, finding me the perfect house very quickly. He supported me through the referencing process (which for me was rather confusing and daunting as a new tenant) and kept in regular contact throughout, all the way to picking up the keys. Even after moving in, he kept in touch and came round on the day I moved in to ensure that everything has been smooth. I had a small teething issue with Robert sorted the same day. Really impressed. Misold a rental property that had damp and major structural issues that were not possible to see on viewing. They only respond when called and will never put anything in writing. This shows that they aren’t to be trusted and I really wouldn’t recommend using them.

A really smooth move in process for my friend and I who moved from Scotland to London during a very busy renting market. Matt and Liam were really great at making sure we were moved in ok and always on hand if we had any issues. Couldn't recommend Dexters enough- we are both in love with our new flat! Dexters asked us to write a review for them before we had even signed a lease. Here’s the review they were so eager to obtain. I have never worked with a more unprofessional, uncommunicative, and unhelpful company. They were a pain to deal with at every step of the way. They changed the landlord on us 3 times during the process - during the tour, they advertised that they managed the property just to have the lease name a random person and then change it again the following day. If you ask any questions, they will react with disgust and contempt, as if your questions are inconveniencing them. They will constantly cold call you, but good luck reaching them over the phone or getting a response to your email. I’m convinced they operate over the phone so that nothing is in writing and you always feel caught off guard. They will constantly change the goal posts on you, requesting additional information at every step of the way. Their requests are often contradicting to their previous emails and requests. The landlord ended up backing out of the lease to give the unit to her niece. We thank the universe every day that it fell through. Every day I question why I almost signed with this company. I would avoid dexter’s at all costs unless you want to feel the need to put your head through the wall throughout your entire search process . All the 5 star reviews must be paid actors or friends/family of the company.

As our tenancy came to a close, we had Jack (Beacom) as our point of contact throughout the process. He was super proactive throughout the, while always being respectful of our time constraints. He was always responsive (even out of office hours - apologies for the hounding) and helped out with any requests we had. Consummate professional and nice bloke, 10/10.
