The best restaurants serving Other european-cuisines food in Kensington and Chelsea London

Pretentious, rude staff on the door. Insisted on ID for a group of 4 (very obviously!) over 40’s! Clearly only 30’s (who may feel the need to carry ID ?!) are welcome here. Very sad state of affairs

Lovely little restaurant Outstanding staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent overall a great experience.

It’s true that this place doesn’t ever seem to open on time, often much much later than advertised, and even then, when it seems it’s finally opened for the day, you probably have to wait some more 😂 And the portion size has got smaller while the price has got higher. *BUT* it is really good falafel- the best I’ve had in London (I love falafel!) and everyone I’ve brought here has loved it too. I’ve frequently waited and waited and waited because it’s that good. (Saying this, it would be great if they could open when they say they will, I often can’t meet friends here simply because you just can’t be certain if/when they’ll actually open.)

Un amigo mío reservó una mesa para una cena previa al partido (RM vs Ars) anoche. Tuve la mini parmigiana melanzane como entrada que se preparó maravillosamente con la berenjena suave y untuosa con una salsa de tomate muy bien saborizada y un montón de mozzarella derretida. Para el plato principal tuve tagliatelle carbonara. Ahora antes de decir nada más debo decir que tengo excelentes credenciales cuando se trata de carbonara. Mi padre vivió en Italia más de 55 años y se casó con una italiana cuya única característica redentora era que podía hacer una carbonara mezquina. En muchas ocasiones, los restaurantes italianos en el Reino Unido se sienten obligados a agregar crema al plato cuando no se requiere absolutamente nada, y la mayoría de las veces usan jamón en lugar de buena panceta. La carbonara que comí anoche en Lisa’s fue con mucho la mejor carbonara que he probado en el Reino Unido; la panceta era auténtica, la consistencia de la salsa era sublime y la pasta no estaba demasiado cocida. Carbonara se sirve principalmente como plato de espagueti, pero el tagliatelle fresco era una alternativa distintiva y deliciosa. Lisa voló las puertas con una cena inesperadamente fabulosa justo antes de que el Arsenal venciera al Real Madrid.

Hopeless service, food is fine but nothing special and over priced even for the area. I would recommend to try other cafés before here

Acabo de almorzar aquí con un grupo de amigos, y todos estábamos realmente impresionados. El servicio fue excelente — amable, atento y genuinamente servicial cuando se trataba de elegir qué pedir. Se podía decir que el personal realmente disfruta de lo que hacen, lo que hizo que toda la experiencia sea aún mejor. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa y muy bien presentada. Cada plato se veía y sabía muy bien, pero lo más destacado para mí fue definitivamente el pastel de miel. Fue tan bueno que terminé pidiendo una segunda porción a pesar de que ya estaba lleno, ¡y no me arrepiento! Recomiendo encarecidamente pasar por si estás en la zona.

Wow......the food was fantastic.....the entertainment was great.... the staff are really helpful and friendly.....we all loved our experience and would recommend Sporting Clube Restaurant to all of our friends and family.....This was definitely a night to remember xxxx

Fuimos aquí en nuestra última noche en Londres y podría haber sido la mejor comida que tuvimos durante toda nuestra estancia. El pollo y el cordero estaban ambos cocinados a la perfección y las mezes eran geniales. Si estás en la zona de Notting Hill, recomendaría este lugar para la cena.

I ate here with my family and the food was terrible. The “Margherita” pizza I shared with my brother had way too much cheese and didn’t have basil or mozzarella like they listed. The sauce for the lamb felt gooey in a bad way that my sister couldn’t finish it. There was also a huge amount of sweet chili sauce smothered on the fish making it inedible. The server was super sweet but it didn’t help with our dissatisfaction. We ended up barely finishing anything and taking it to-go that we probably won’t be eating. In total we paid around £190, which I wouldn’t mind paying for a good meal but it felt like we got ripped off. The whole experience was just super disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend going to this restaurant if you want to eat something satisfying.

took a while to be seated because i was in a big group but it was worth the wait, the drinks were amazing and food was great flavoursome and so filling. great for the price

I had to ask for my order, they brought me the toast, I had to ask for the rest, we finally brought the scones.....while other customers who arrived well after me were finishing their meal!!! The tea ordered only arrived after asking for the bill and pointing out that I didn't get it....bad experience, spent my time Le Bras en l'air to call out the waiters, all for avocados on toast, nothing too complicated.

I was disappointed with this place. The waiter didn't speak Polish and was rude. I didn't like the food. Dearly. The unpleasant echo of cutlery.

Wonderful food, fantastic service,great ambience, only positive things to say,clean wash areas,staff attentive & friendly an all round Marvelous experience,you won't be disappointed in any way
