La comida era buena, pero nos ha sorprendido mucho descubrir la cuenta, ya que el precio mencionado en el anuncio para el miércoles por la noche no incluye el IVA . . ni siquiera estoy seguro de que sea legal en el Reino Unido, casi seguro de que no lo es en realidad, , , de todos modos desafiamos esto, ya que parecía ridículo, pero terminamos rindiéndonos, ya que nos enfrentamos a un montón de camareros que no sabían de lo que estaban hablando, sin ofender . . . Han's Bar and Grill is in a charming location and the place is well presented, with a welcoming atmosphere and friendly, attentive staff. Unfortunately, the dining experience did not live up to expectations. The starter, was not satisfying, being unappealing and lacking in flavour. The main course of meat was disappointing, being tough and difficult to chew. The only positive element of the meal was the octopus, which was cooked properly and had a pleasant flavour, however the side dish of legumes that accompanied the octopus was another weak point: they were canned legumes, simply reheated, which gave the impression of little care in the preparation in contrast, the French fries were tasty and well prepared, providing a moment of relief in an otherwise disappointing meal. In summary, Han's Bar and Grill has great potential with its atmosphere and impeccable service, but it needs a marked improvement in the quality of the dishes to be able to offer a gastronomic experience that is up to par with the rest.

This restaurant is situated on a lively and attractive pedestrian street, which adds to its appeal. The decor is pleasant and inviting, though the service tends to be average at best, and somewhat slow. The food is generally acceptable, though not particularly memorable. The least expensive white wine was passable, and while the chorizo croquettes were enjoyable, they contained only a small amount of chorizo. Unfortunately, the crispy calamari was a bit tough, and I wouldn’t recommend it. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite, but the food quality is merely average.

Outstanding and delicious Mediterranean food! The big disappointment was with the service from inexperienced waiter and manager couldn’t handle the customer in a nice way as seems unable to guide the brigade of waiters. It’s a shame because food and timing was top notch. I will be back in one month time, I hope the atmosphere and service will be better.

I recently visited Hans' Bar & Grill with my family, including our 1-year-old baby, and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite the restaurant being not busy, the manager, Alessandro, refused to give us a table and was incredibly rude. His dismissive and unaccommodating attitude made us feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. We didn't even get the chance to try the food due to Alessandro's behavior. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that values its customers.

Did not exceed the expectations and was coherent with the location standards. The service is ok, not welcoming to blatantly rude just not very interested in your stay. The seats outside are crammed and it took so long to take order, for the food to arrive and to take the bill. The food is good, the dishes are lovely and well thought. Would recommend the vegan club sandwich. But other than that there is not much, my friend enjoyed the octopus however was not impressed. Overall I do suggest for brunch if you are in the area, would not get there on purpose though.

Couldn’t recommend it more! Food was beautiful, atmosphere lovely and relaxing after a long day and the service impeccable! We were here celebrating my dad’s birthday but hadn’t told the restaurant this and our wonderful waiter Sanjana overheard us doing a birthday cheers and discreetly asked me if it was my dad’s birthday. She then prepared a lovely birthday sweet treat platter for a surprise and sang happy birthday to him. She truly is an asset to the company and is amazing at her job!

With dismay I write this negative review as I try very hard to support all small businesses- especially those that are not doing as well as others. Sunday mornings are busy times for restaurants and so staff are busy and may be on edge but the approach of a staff member at this restaurant was shrill shrift and unprofessional at best. The street was already very busy with long queues at almost every door except for at Han’s which should perhaps have been an indication of what was to come. We decided not to sit outside as it was a little windy for our liking and made our way inside. Unbeknownst to me there was a check in stand to the right as we entered (many other people later also did not see it as there was also no host standing there). As I walked forward to seek assistance a very annoyed female member of staff loudly and shrilly demanded to know whether she could help me. I was a little taken aback at her tone and turned to face an unsmiling face who before I had the chance to answer demanded to know whether she could help me once more . Again confused at the verbal attack I smiled broadly and asked for a table for two. Then without looking at me she gestured to the small pulpit of the host -who was still not there and told us to wait near it. I did not at this point take things personally as I empathised with the woman’s efforts as she made several drinks at the bar. We were shown to a table facing the bar and eventually made an order- mine for a vegetarian breakfast but instead of the eggs I asked for falafel instead (I am neither vegetarian nor vegan but felt like having this option as I don’t eat egg). Before our meal arrived our drinks were served my friend had an americano which she said was good and eventually my peppermint tea arrived to be served by none other than the unfriendly barista: she introduced the drink and I thanked her as she roughly placed the cup and saucer down in front of me but as she’s began to pour the weak peppermint tea I asked her to stop (mindful to say please) so that it could strep at which point she dropped the teapot on the table and spun away. My friend and I sat there stunned at this more obvious rudeness and gave each other a knowing look. Our food arrived mine with cold baked beans and what I assume was vegan halloumi (an acquired taste). I asked for clarification as to what the triangles of strange cheese tasting substance was and was told that it was possibly polenta but that they would check- no one can back to me. I ate what I wanted and left the rest. I also thanked the member of staff who was polite to us on the way out. While we ate our meal I noticed the shrill barista treated others more gently kindness and was far less shrift and even guided people to the host herself. I will not be returning to this restaurant because I’d the poor customer service and unappetising food and encourage others to go to the restaurants with the extensive queues as they have obviously got things more right. I have a distinguishing characteristic that I believe was at play in the interactions above - given what I have written those who share this characteristic will immediately understand what happened to me yesterday.

Poor value for money. The seating is in totally the wrong place. Every time your staff go outside to serve the tables. The cold air just rushed in and it’s constant. Not pleasant. You need to have the door opening from behind the bar. If you haven’t got something on the menu tell customers when you give them the menu. Food overpriced for what it is just because of where it is. Would not recommend or go back.

Well decorated never been to a restaurant with a gym! Not sure why they have a gym in a restaurant! Food to be honest, the worst food I have eaten in London for a long time. Staff need to be trained in customer service. Not once did they ask how the food was. At the end of the meal my wife had to get her own coat. If this restaurant is open in the next 12 months I will be surprised.

I have been fortunate enough to enjoy many of the Relais & Chatteaux establishments in London and throughout Europe. This is the first time I have ever been refused service due to being a coeliac (very allergic to gluten). I was shocked, humiliated and disappointed that the restaurant would not cater for my allergy and I write this review as a warning to anyone else with a food allergy. My advice would be to look elsewhere.

Service is a huge let down. Every time I visit they seemed rushed, short of staff and forgetful. Eventually once one is served, there's hardly any follow up or kind words, "a simple enjoy it" would be fair when food is served Would benefit from some staff training if you're short of staff. Might have been the Manager, she could have supported the waiter/tress by doing checks on tables, she was not facing customers complaining of slow service, but instead behind the bar giving orders whilst everyone was rushing around. Will give it another try next month... maybe things can improve. Its a nice place to have breakfast or brunch... so, fingers cross service can improve... heard several tables complaining of how slow it is. Food I've had has been very good. Haven't tried the whole menu to have a better judgement but happy with mine and my friends choices.

Terrible service and average food. For a restaurant that felt not even half full, the service was awful. Inattentive staff who disappear, long wait time for food which then all came at different times. The menu reads really well but steak was over cooked and fish & chips was breaded rather than with batter. Sounded promising and decor nice but don’t waste your time until kitchen and service revamped.

I have been going to Hans for many years, but unfortunately, I find myself in an extremely dissatisfied and unpleasant situation. It is imperative that I address and inform people about the rapid decline of this establishment. Not only do we eat at Hans regularly, but I also rely on them to provide lunch for my daughter during her Saturday classes. However, the quality of the food in the past two weeks, especially the chicken, has been absolutely appalling. It is so repulsive that I wouldn't even feed it to my dog. I believe the attached picture speaks for itself and vividly illustrates the extent of the disgusting food. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior has become increasingly rude and unhelpful. Instead of learning how to be friendly and welcoming, they seem to be adopting a confrontational and uncooperative attitude. It is crucial that changes be made, starting with the supervisor and whoever is responsible for food preparation and service. I urge the management of Hans to take immediate action to rectify these issues. The deterioration of the food quality and the decline in staff behavior are driving customers away. Failure to address these concerns will undoubtedly lead to further dissatisfaction and a significant loss of business.

A couple of hours ago I had burger which was fantastic and a margarita on the rocks which was very good. Sitting at the counter I paid the bill with my card. As 12.5% had been added I didn’t leave a tip and also I never care cash. The bartender was clearly upset and as I was leaving I said thanks and goodbye and he completely ignored me. This kind of attitude can clearly ruin an otherwise great food enjoyment experience. Hence my overall 4 stars. If he had reciprocated my thanks and goodbye it would have 5 stars. So simple.

Tried this place for lunch, ordered the burger and club sandwich. When the burger arrived waitress said well done burger and served it. No one asked how I would like the burger to be cooked when taking the order. Anyway the filling and bun was nice but patty was dry. Same with the club sandwich was chicken was dry. Wonderful meal tonight with my BFF. Everyone on staff was wonderful but a an extra special shout out to our waiter, Nico, who was a lovely and gave the best menu and cocktail recommendations! The manager was super accommodating and lovely... kept us warm with super soft blankets. Apologies, I seem to be stuck on the word ‘lovely’. I blame my temporary brain freeze on the finale of our meal: yummy hot toddies, creamy rhubarb tart and vegan cheesecake with strawberries, blueberries and coconut flakes. Worth every penny. A must visit. I think this is my new favourite spot in London!

I am local and visit Hans mainly for the convenience. I was there last Saturday with family. I think it was the very worst service I have ever witnessed. We had to ask three times to be served. Eventually our order arrived bit the coffee was cold. We then ordered some snacks and some wine. We had to go directly to the bar to place our order as we couldn’t attract a waiter. The food arrived without the drinks. The drinks were left sitting on the bar ,again we had to ask the waiter for them! When we eventually received the bill there was no apology! Sadly I will not be returning . .

I ask him to ask the Chef, which he does but returns in triumph to say not possible. Honestly, assuming the peas are cooked fresh for each order (one would hope), how difficult is it NOT to mush them up?! This was a bad decision by the chef / waiter and the F&B Manager should get a grip of staff attitude if they want to survive. Everything else was good, but the whole experience ruined by this ridiculous and unnecessary obtuseness.

Ordered croque madame brioche with triple cooked chip, which was great! Even the chips were super and this coming from a Belgian. The only détraction was the initial waiter who had no smile and wouldn’t give me the choice of tables although the restaurant was almost empty , “because these tables are for four people “. He then gave me the choice either of a table next to a family with loud kids or a table in the back room that was secluded. Eventually he gave me a smaller table in the more pleasant area but which was in the middle of the passageway. At the same time another diner was seated on their own at one of the precious four seater tables.

In the heart of Chelsea with a great location and an interesting looking venue to entice you in on a cold and damp Sunday morning. Brunch would be lovely. But.....the service was mixed and often slow and confused. The veggie breakfast was good but the English breakfast was poor and twice had to ask for missing items. Served on particularly small plates to deceive the potion size and by the time the missing items were retrieved....the rest had gone cold. Coffee was good, so maybe that's where we should have stopped.

We had dinner here with friends. The service was the slowest we have ever experienced in Europe. Many mistakes were made including bringing a real hamburger after our friend ordered a veggie burger. This came after an inordinate wait. And then another long wait for a replacement. None of the food at this place was worth the wait.

Today I had the worst experience ever in this place. The blonde girl at the entrance was rude and unprofessional. Empty outside but without any chance to sit because all reserved. When we asked to book a table for the next day she said " no, we don't accept reservations". We were speachless. To tone of her voice was just as bad as her outfit.

Major disappointment. This place couldn’t even accommodate a request for scrambled eggs, or to simply add smoked salmon to a brunch menu without creating a fuss and then letting us know it would need to be an “exception” because of the “psychological effect” it would have on other guests… simply because we asked for some scrambled eggs which wasn’t strictly on the menu. Coffees came cold and weak, and then not even a gesture to reduce the bill. Instead they charged me £6 for adding the smoked salmon. Just go to Chucs Chelsea past Sloane Square instead which is a 2 minute walk away. Much nicer.

Interior Design is good however,.make sure to book in advance or you'll get cold customer service. Happened a few times and the manager purposefully fills out the front tables despite the tables inside being empty for 1-1.5 hours. P.s. the Food menu is here there and everywhere, they didn't impress with any particular given item we.ordered. My friend went for the burger and I went for the salad.

Waiter did not check back at the table after delivering mains; probably 45 mins. We had to go to the bar to ask someone to bring out bill. Another table held a speakerphone conversation for 20 min at full volume, heard throughout the inside of the restaurant. Why didn’t wait staff ask that the call be moved outside? We ordered a “well done” burger which arrived medium rare. Avoid Hans’.

This would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for service. Really bad. Atmosphere and breakfast were good. I booked to come for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I love trying different places. I wasn't staying at the hotel. Yes they were very busy but so are other places and service shouldn't be compromised. The venue is lovely. Huge, spacious and elegant. Very in tune with the area. Wooden decor, country feel. Some seats outside too. The restaurant was filthy. Tables and floors were dirty. Guests finished meals but none of the staff bothered to clear. The breakfast menu wasn't huge but sufficient. Mainly egg dishes, pastries and fruit. I asked for a drinks menu and was rudely told, we don't have one. The waitress just told me what they had! I went for an iced black americano, grapefruit juice and 3 egg white omelette with mushroom and spinach. I couldn't fault it. Well cooked, perfectly presented as was the grapefruit juice which was really fresh. The iced americano was good too. Even looking around at other diners all food looked good. The service was just shocking. From the moment I walked in, staff were rude and uninterested. They were busy and rushed off their feet but there were a lot of them. I have dined out a lot and even if some places are busy and short on staff, they still serve with a smile. These guys were just rude which is what shocked me. Even when the breakfast service was over, they still had no time to look after guests except rudely throw things at you. Shocking especially in this area. Not too badly priced. I would have come back again to try the dinner as I enjoyed my breakfast and the atmosphere with the light music. Almost like a brasserie type feel. After the awful service, definitely a first and last visit for me.

I visited for dinner recently and had the salad with carrot, kale, broccoli, almond tofu and it was delicious. Chips tasted fresh and yummy. The salad portion was very decent and filling. The decor is nice, service friendly and light-hearted and not intrusive. I would definitely visit again.

Really bad attitude from the manager. We waited outside in front of the queue sign but he just severed the white people who directly jumped the queue walking into the restaurant. When we tried to argue over that, he just told us he is the manager. Not sure if the food, but the way of how manager served for the ppl can speak more.

Food is tasty. But they have the weirdest booking system where you need to confirm their confirmation email. We thought we had a table but turned out no. We then sat at a small table and the service was very rushed as they wanted to free up the table asap. They forgot one of our sides and then brought it when we finished. They need more staff to cope with the busy times.

I only give 1 star because 0 is not at option. They were really rude, rejected us because our friend brought a baby and didn’t let us stay even though they told us they would let us stay on a smaller table. We even ordered 3 meals and a bottle of wine. It’s the worst experience I had in London. So I genuinely don’t recommend this place.
