Elegimos este restaurante porque aparecía como dog friendly y queriamos probar el tradicional Sunday Roast.Primera decepción: nos dicen que en el restaurante no, que tiene que ser en la terraza de un bonito jardín. Como hace buen día no nos importa (aunque no nos gusta comer en terrazas).El servicio es lento, pero no tenemos prisa. Por fin llegan los primeros platos y con ellos empiezan a merodear las avispas. Uno de los comensales es alérgico a sus picaduras. Lo comentamos. Ninguna solución. A duras penas acabamos los primeros (que no son como para tirar cohetes) y comentamos si podemos trasladarnos al interior. Nos dicen que si, pero que tenemos que dejar a la perrita fuera a pesar de que la sala está prácticamente vacía. Les decimos que para nada y no nos dan ninguna solución. Comentamos que eso no es ser un restaurante dog friendly, pero como si oigo llover.Decidimos irnos y todo el detalle y la disculpa que tienes con nosotros es presentarnos una cuenta de aproximadamente la mitad del importe de los menús de 3 platos que habíamos pedido.Una vergüenza y una decepción enorme.

Seven of us visited Friday night for the first time indeed it was a great night food so good ( take own drinks) no rush staff very helpful the food was not rushed very hot we’ll presented will Defenetly book to go again

We had read previous reviews about service so we’re prepared.. we were sat straight down and given menus, quite a few bookings came at the same time. Food order was taken quickly and drinks brought. The waitress was very busy but dealt with it well although there was a young waiter passing the floor but no interaction with the customers not actually sure what he was doing. We didn’t get offered the dessert menu but had enjoyed our meal so didn’t need one. Excellent food and good portion size.

Lovely setting and very airy, comfortable seating and tables. The menu choice was varied but I felt a little over priced for what it was. Don’t get me wrong the quality of food and service was excellent. However, as a business traveller my clients stipulate a price cap on subsistence rates. I struggled to have a starter or dessert, main course and one drink within a fairly generous allowance. The food is great but this is not an ‘upmarket’ restaurant. Maybe need to review pricing against local area, venue and typical guests. But no complaints about quality of food, service or setting.

Los perros son bienvenidos, por lo que elegimos aquí. La comida era sabrosa. Tuvimos que hacer cola en la calle para conseguir una mesa. No estábamos seguros de dónde más ir con el perro, así que hicimos cola. Todos disfrutamos de nuestra comida. Los chocolates calientes eran muy especiales con el malvavisco asado gigante. La comida llegó rápidamente y todos disfrutamos. No hay menú para los niños y sirvieron los lados que parcheamos juntos para los niños de una manera extraña, pero sobre todo genial. No es barato.

Mis cuñados estuvieron despiertos unos días y eligieron este restaurante. Cuando llegamos tuvimos una bienvenida muy cálida. Yo había tomado tapas antes, pero no lo habían hecho elegimos 5 tapas diferentes y se les aconsejó que probablemente necesitaríamos 6 platos entre 3 de nosotros, esto era bastante adecuado para nuestros apetitos. La comida era buena y sabrosa y bien presentada. Un menú pequeño pero suficiente para la mayoría de los paladares. Sin duda me gustaría ir de nuevo.

Lovely atmosphere, music, location. Very nice spritz, sangria, and cocktail menu. Have been 3 times since it re-opened which tells you how pleased I am that our local Bobo has reopened. Can recommend the cod loin or the mackerel.

Reservado utilizando mi cena de lujo para dos vales - costando £ 69 y se le dio a elegir entre dos platos de un menú muy muy limitado con un costo de £ 25 por persona. Las opciones de menú fueron vergonzosas - mains - una ensalada vegetariana, pescado con papas fritas o milanesa de pollo con ensalada. Opté por el pollo y era básicamente un nugget de pollo grande. Insípido y grasiento. Un restaurante italiano sin pizza o pasta disponible? Y no, no puedes cambiar por eso. El restaurante estaba en un hotel, la comida nada como las imágenes del sitio web - ciertamente no el cóctel de moda de lujo y el bar de martini que implica. No hay ambiente, pocos clientes y no hay un restaurante de cualquier herencia italiana que pueda ver. El abandono de la cocina. No hay cerveza de barril disponible. ¡Y la comida de lujo viene con agua! Así que compra un vale y luego pide desde un menú que cuesta menos que el total del vale... pide desde un menú de basura. Prefiero ir a Pizza Hut. AVOID

Fantástica comida y un gran ambiente. Nos han escuchado algunas veces y cada vez la comida es excelente, y el personal es extremadamente servicial y amable. recomiendo el Kebab Mixto o el Pollo Capadocia

Booked afternoon tea here for myself and over 20 guests for my milestone birthday having read a review that rated this venue as providing a good experience, however, I did not receive the same treatment which ruined my birthday event. Waitress Olivia advised that my entire birthday party was only allowed the vegetarian option of food (sandwiches) even though I myself am not vegetarian and neither were all my friends/family/guests. This vegetarian option turned out to be very basic consisting of a few stale sandwiches and fairy cakes. When these sandwiches arrived, there was no finesse or presentation - the whole thing was very slap dash – looked rushed. In addition to which the teas and coffees were brought out a good 15 minutes prior to the arrival of the stale sandwiches so all hot drinks were cold by the time the basic vegetarian option on sandwiches arrived. There was no pastries. This was the worst afternoon tea I have ever experienced, I felt totally humiliated in front of my guests and it totally ruined my birthday event. But hey ho, I was advised there was a wedding reception taking place at the same time and the kitchen were busy with the wedding parties' event which the hotel clearly prioritised over my birthday party, and this showed in volumes! I most certainly would never recommend.

Visited here on Friday evening and it totally exceeded my expectations. Could not fault the service we received at all, everybody serving was super friendly and professional. Took the time to go through appropriate dishes for my allergies too. The brown butter yoghurt was absolutely sublime we ordered two portions! All of the food was gorgeous and I would recommend to anybody. Really lovely atmosphere and I loved the decor in the restaurant. Thanks for making my friends birthday dinner so fab!

I visited Fletcher’s for lunch with family at the weekend. The setting is so perfect and there’s so much to love. However, the food is very average, the menu hasn’t really changed for years (why can’t there be more imaginative salads offered?? The ones on the menu have literally been the same ever since they opened, it seems) and the service - although there are some really friendly and helpful people - was spoiled by the rudeness of the manager and an even poorer response from the team when I complained. I’ve honestly given up on the place. Based on the price of the mediocre food and the 5* experience they promise to deliver, but very rarely do, each time we’re disappointed. I really wouldn’t recommend. Such a pity, I wish they’d focus on getting the service right and improve the range and quality of food.
