Great service and great food! I booked Mevan for my mums 60th birthday meal for 35 people. Everything ran smoothly and everyone loved their meals. Thank you so much for all your help 🩷

My father recently stayed at the hotel (booked for 3 nights, only stayed for 1 and did not get the refund back for the 2 remaining nights). He also received a parking fine even though he registered his car plate at the reception. I called on his behalf to ask the hotel to cancel the parking fine. I spoke to Catherine who is the manager there, she reassured me that if I email her the fine letter and the invoice she will email the company to cancel the fine. 2 weeks go by, I haven't hear anything. I then went on to contest the fine myself and sent all the evidence to them (email correspondence with the hotel). I then, for the 4th time, tried to call the hotel and to get through to Catherine. She could not recall talking to me 2 weeks prior so I reminded her of the situation, and told her I also contested the fine. She then started raising her voice at me saying 'now you gonna lose the case! I told you to leave it with me!', btw she never told me not to contest it and if I do I'd lose the case (even though my dad was a guest at the hotel and registered his car). I told her I was worried because it's been 2 weeks and no communication from her, she then said 'you worry too much' I kindly asked her to lower her voice and try to understand my frustration- mid sentence she put the phone down on me, I tried calling back- phone engaged, they most likely blocked my number. I was absolutely shocked- not only they didn't solve the issue, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional without any desire to help. This interaction is not even worth 1 star. Absolutely terrible service!! Please avoid this place at all costs!

Terrible place, staff rude, food awful. Not recommended.SHERRIFS ARE COMING.!!!! Manager a con man been led to beleave. Never will i visit again.

James Martin Glasgow Airport. How not to do airport catering is taught well here. A few thin sandwiches on offer. Asked for a burger and fries.....no fries. Asked for a large coffee but told only small cups available. Bought the coffee and found a seat that was filthy but not as filthy as the table. Why James Martin wants his name associated with this filthy , badly run disaster is beyond me.

Staff were amazing, especially Maksa. The room was clean and tidy, and the hotel has so much history. Perhaps a better selection for breakfast, having hot food to choose from, too, but overall, a lovely weekend. The situation of the hotel was perfect. Would definitely visit again

Pizza burnt and tasteless Been here before and loved it but after this never again. We had other stuff which was OK but it's the pizza we come for but it was burnt.

Honestly this place is so useless, order and paid in advance , didn’t get the order , didn’t care , refused to acknowledge any responsibility for their error …:literally just said puss off no refund nothing ….terrible service can’t comment on the food as I didn’t get any!! Can’t believe it’s any good though ….

I order the ham egg and chips some simple hard to get wrong you would have thought The eggs had been cremated the chip warm and the ham was tasteless and look like it had been left out over night I know it’s a Wetherspoons and not a Michelin star but it was really poor I should have sent it back typically British I didn’t like to complain Won’t. Be eating there again

Tuve un almuerzo limitada, ya que entró en el restaurante y nos dijo la camarera que solo tengo 45 mins. para comer y. Ella fue muy amable y profesional. Mi plato era que era muy delicioso calamares crujientes y delicadas también junto con perfecta porción de ensalada. Mi principal era sándwich tostado de pan ciabatta en bistec con cebollas deliciosas. Salsa fría he pedido era maravilloso. El precio también era muy buena para aquellas porciones enormes y una bebida llegó hasta un £13:00. No te puedes equivocar. Hospitalidad encantadora con tanta ternura preparado delicioso filete sandwichera. Sin duda visitar pronto.

Oh my gosh, whats with all the bad reviews??? This is PERFECT. I love the smokehouse style food, but loathe the smoke flavour. It gives me a headache. This did not do that. Theres no intense smokey flavour to mask the flavour of the meat. All of you guys, imo, are just hooked on flipping bbq sauce up thr wazoo. Bbq sauce has its time and place, ok? But this did not need that sauce slapped all over ot. Its cooked beautifully, portion sizes are amazing, everything was juicy and flavourful without the need for piles and piles of bbq sauce. This place is great if you just crave a bit of well cooked, well seasoned, and, in the ribs case - well sauced, meat. Im begging everyone to see the glory that is well cooked meat. Bbq sauce isnt a seasoning. This stuff is better than that. I see that there is a photo option, and I wildly regret not taking photos of this incredible spread of meat, fries, chicken wings, burgers, chips, corn on the cob, onion rings, oh my god and the RIBS. Ill let you in on a little secret - I had this delivered to me, on UberEats, and let me tell you it was like a foodie treasure hunt. Rifling through the bags to find the next delight. "Ooh found a bit of corn, awesome" to "oh siiiick, got the pulled pork." When I opened the ribs, I gasped. What a beautiful rack of ribs. The sauce on that was absolutely spectacular. I definitely detected tomato undertones in the sauce, which made it significantly more pallettable than ribs drenched in straight-up bbq sauce. Overall, this was an incredible experience for my taste buds and my belly - the portion sizes were incredible. I got the super mega combo, (aka: The BBQ Tower) which was a greeat spread of food. I have no idea how many its mesnt to serve and I dont want to know as I unabashedly finished off at least half of everything because it was SO FLIPPIN GREAT. TLDR: Meat great. Carbs great. Balance taste good. Me likey. Please try BBQ Tower.

Había más empleados que clientes en una noche de sábado. Los porteros son muy educados y el personal del bar, pero teníamos un problema y un barman, tuve que llamar al gerente porque él no estaba autorizado para solucionarla. Un tío asiático desaliñada vino hacia nosotros y nos preguntó qué queríamos, al parecer, este hombre era la excusa lo siento por el director. Por desgracia tiene cero habilidades de servicio al cliente, él apenas habla inglés, es increíblemente grosera y agresivas y prefiere discutir con los clientes. Dejamos nuestras bebidas sin tocar allí y a la izquierda y prefiero fuego a nuestro dinero que nunca dar otro centavo.

A pesar de esto, cometimos el error de almorzar aquí. Caro y comida ligeramente fría. Servicio hosco y lento, y una relación calidad-precio realmente pobre. Es comida de café a precios de restaurante. No es adecuado para la hora del almuerzo en absoluto. No bebí pero la lista de vinos parecía demasiado cara, especialmente para vasos de 125 ml. La decoración es agradable, pero no lo suficiente como para guardarla.

Increíble cantante / entrante encantador, sería más higiénico ponerlo como entrante. Plato por cliente / no un montón de entrantes, algunas personas ponen sus dedos en él. Donde se deben poner con cuchara. Pero no son // es repugnante ver lo que hacen los clientes, así que los pls ponen a cada cliente 1 plato de entrantes por persona. Entonces la comida estaba bien, pero los platos donde. Los alimentos pequeños se salen del plato para verlos por completo. Compre platos más grandes que no tenga que llenar. Se veía terrible donde 10 personas. Además, hacía frío, los calentadores donde no funcionaban decían que muchos de nosotros ni siquiera podíamos quitarnos los abrigos hasta 2 horas después. Además, lamento decir que hay niños 2 niños corriendo, todos salimos por la noche después de las 9 pm para no ver a los niños. Corriendo mucho, lamento que mi amigo me haya preguntado por qué hay niños corriendo. Le dijeron que los músicos son niños. Todos pensábamos que era terrible. Fuera de control // El abridor de este lugar no debe tener niños después de las 9 pm en las instalaciones con alcohol.
