Cross Inn in Dudley

I order the ham egg and chips some simple hard to get wrong you would have thought The eggs had been cremated the chip warm and the ham was tasteless and look like it had been left out over night I know it’s a Wetherspoons and not a Michelin star but it was really poor I should have sent it back typically British I didn’t like to complain Won’t. Be eating there again

It's a shame that the Cross Inn has received so many negative reviews. We stopped here for lunch and the food and service were great. No problems whatsoever.

what a rubbish place, urgently needs better management and security. All are unprofessional in every aspect of the work place. Always used to invite my friends there to have a good time but now ive had enough of putting money into their pockets for their terrible service and attitudes.

Steak Club … what a joke … awful food … medium rare steak came cremated … returned but rest of meal then stale …. Price deceiving having to pay for basics such as peas !!! Only one choice of steak … limited drinks …. Will not be using again…. Very disappointed

Lovely staff . . Easy to order using the Weatherspoon App Have visited quite a few times this year and pleased with their service .
