Absolutely dreadful service, waited 40mins for food and when it came it was f***ing freezing. Half cooked chips, mozzarella sticks barely defrosted. Youd think with the 40 mins they took to prepare it the food would be spot on, top quality even. But naw, still got my order wrong giving me the wrong spice. Chicken in the panini was extremely stale it was like chewing cardboard. Had a few bad experiences with this restaurant but oh my this was the worst yet. They offered me freebies due to the wait, but the freebies they claimed they would give me turned out to be the 2 half frozen mozzarella sticks mentioned previously. Dont think ive ever waited this long for food before in any food place and i definitely wont be back. Absolute joke, dont waste your time people

Very clean, comfortable armchairs, good selection of cakes and pastries. Hot chocolate was verrry nice. Quick service by pleasant and engaging staff. Highly recommend and will definitely by back to try more.

Firstly the food was half cold with no taste just a flaver lot of salt. Beer was warm not serverd cold. Waitress is lack of English. The WC was not clean not good standard.If people want a good Resturant in Hounslow is Palata Hounslow West.

Pedí una ensalada griega, sin aceitunas, cebolla entera en la ensalada Pedí una ensalada de otoño, el menú decía queso de cabra a la parrilla, definitivamente estaba frito, ensalada nadando en aceite. Pedí una ensalada de halloumi, en el menú no se mencionaba el ajo ni los arándanos (¿son los arándanos algo normal en una ensalada de halloumi?) El chef claramente no verifica las comidas antes de que se sirvan. Las camareras no están al 100% en el menú y tenían que seguir refiriéndose cuando se les preguntaba. Solo hay un menú en inglés, todos los menús están en búlgaro. El menú en inglés tiene elementos faltantes y más de un error de ortografía.

Llegó para presenciar la disputa de un cliente por parte de un miembro del personal. Parecía que el hombre intentaba presentar una queja en silencio y se encontraba con una resistencia audible y vergonzosa de la señora de la recepción. A pesar de esto, cometimos el error de almorzar aquí. Caro y comida ligeramente fría. Servicio hosco y lento, y una relación calidad-precio realmente pobre. Es comida de café a precios de restaurante. No es adecuado para la hora del almuerzo en absoluto. No bebí pero la lista de vinos parecía demasiado cara, especialmente para vasos de 125 ml. La decoración es agradable, pero no lo suficiente como para guardarla.

Order was 2 hours late and I did not even got it! They delivered it to the wrong place! Never ever getting anything from there ever again. Truly awful

Food never turned up said it was delivered twice Second time it has happened Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Will never use again.

Quería decir que esto es por la estación de tren City Thameslink donde tomo mi tren de regreso a casa. Ubicación conveniente pero caro Bueno si quieres darte un capricho de vez en cuando. El personal es amable, pero una cosa que diría es que regalar comida a mitad de precio de 6. 30 pm todos los días. No está publicitado y creo que eligen a qué cliente otorgarle este descuento que no es justo. Este descuento debe ser mencionado o anunciado. No es justo y muy descarado de ellos. La comida es sana y nutritiva y muy sabrosa.

Late delivery,food was warm , second time now , would not recommend, threw most of it in the bin.

Four in One, Rumford. Staff were glum and joyless. One seemed too interested in something to do with the till all the while I was there. My instincts told me not to bother and leave. Wish I had. Small pepperoni pizza. £10.49. Ouch. Got it home. Pizza reflected the staff - glum and joyless, bland, boring. Nothing to raise it above the quality of a supermarket frozen pizza for £2. Poster boasts Four in One been in business for over 30 years. The owners appear to have learned nothing. Perhaps the lack of competition in Rumford, Maybe pizza isn't the best thing they do. I don't know. I won't be back.

They melted my cheese without me asking and they didn’t tell me I fell miss lead dont come here because the smell to THEY DIDNT LISTEN TOOOO

Six ladies for lunch. Lovely surroundings and garden view. Hotel is local to all of us, so good potential for future business. Food very disappointing!! Minute steaks were Thick and tough !!! No choice of how to be cooked, not even mustard offered. ( Tomato sauce and mayo were served !!!!!!! ) Steak knives needed, plate full of chips, presentation …zero. Breaded chicken was very dry and incredibly thick portions. Boiled potatoes in skins had been sent out with large black marks and did not look good. Waitress frowned upon any extra requests and almost reprimanded us for requesting more French dressing. When she asked if everything okay and we mentioned very tough steak, she simply did not respond. Nowhere did it tell us that cash was not accepted. I was made to feel uncomfortable for not knowing their policy as it had been in place for some time !!!!!!!!!!! What was missing was good old fashioned good service, on this occasion the customer was NEVER right !!!!!!!!!

Horrible yo y mis amigos decidimos que deberíamos ir a kaspas por un poco de té de burbujas así que lo hicimos todos pedimos luego esperamos y mientras estábamos esperando nos dijeron que nos calláramos pero ni siquiera estábamos haciendo ruido entonces nos sirvieron nuestro té de burbujas pero vino caliente bc lo dejaron por tanto tiempo que entonces decidimos irnos no recomendar

I ordered the food on just eat for me and my girlfriend. It arrived quickly to my surprise but that was when the terror started. The cheesy chips were cold which wasn’t ideal but half expected due to delivery but then disaster struck. I opened my kebab wrap with chicken and lamb and dug in. All seemed fine apart from lack of flavour coming From the chicken which is when I took a further look to see the chicken was raw. I don’t mean a little pink in the middle I mean apart from the outside it was fully raw and cold in the middle. I have been trying to get a refund on just eat but finding it difficult. Have been sick since. Awful food avoid the chicken clearly not been trained how to cook food.
