The Chippy in Ealing

Order was 2 hours late and I did not even got it! They delivered it to the wrong place! Never ever getting anything from there ever again. Truly awful

Took over an hour to deliver the food. It was cold and oily to a point of getting a heart attack. The un-gentlemen fellow once delivered began to sob about some sad life story instead of offering an apology. He then had the nerve to dispute the free delivery as I was thirty pence under the limit. I do not recommend this place to anyone who knows the definition of fast food provided with good customer service. The strange fellow who operated the phone line was more hesitant that a cat chasing its own tail. Never again Southall Chippy, never again. What was even more ridiculous is they seemed to think pickled chilies were jalapenos!

Food was ok but when it was delivered it was all squashed into one bag and had leaked everywhere. Really disappointed

Well not be ordering for here again was told when placing order would be 1 hour was still not here hour 45mins later phone up about 20 times told me it was on way did not turn up

Food is amazing like no doubt and delivery is very quick , unexpected . I really love their food. Definitely i gonna order from chippy again.

Have ordered food on numerous occasions and was happy, and always gave high ratings on well know delivery app. My last order took 90 minutes to arrive even though we are less than a mile away, then it arrived and the food was no were near as good as I've come expect. I left a reflecting this and since then they have refused to deliver to me. Oh well their loss as we will be spending our £30+ a week elsewhere.
