Había más empleados que clientes en una noche de sábado. Los porteros son muy educados y el personal del bar, pero teníamos un problema y un barman, tuve que llamar al gerente porque él no estaba autorizado para solucionarla. Un tío asiático desaliñada vino hacia nosotros y nos preguntó qué queríamos, al parecer, este hombre era la excusa lo siento por el director. Por desgracia tiene cero habilidades de servicio al cliente, él apenas habla inglés, es increíblemente grosera y agresivas y prefiere discutir con los clientes. Dejamos nuestras bebidas sin tocar allí y a la izquierda y prefiero fuego a nuestro dinero que nunca dar otro centavo.

Llamado a vivir con la familia para tomar algo rápido de comer. No estaba muy lleno, pero la chica del bar era entretenido en una conversación con dos jóvenes tíos así que tomó un tiempo para servirnos. Sólo teníamos 4 refrescos que bebimos en las mesas de afuera y era 10 libras! Los precios de Londres que conozco! Vimos a gente tener pizzas que no tienen buena relación calidad-precio en 5 libras con una variedad de ingredientes.

Este lugar ha cambiado su nombre varias veces. He estado aquí varias veces durante 10 años. El personal y tenían porteros han sido siempre educado. Tienen dos plantas, unos de pantallas de TV, mesa de billar. Tienen de estar fuera en la parte delantera. Los martes por la noche, tienen clases de salsa desde las 19:30. Lo cual es genial, el ambiente es siempre bueno

Fuimos para una bebida informal con mi novio, sin embargo, no funcionaba. novio pidió un medio rosa y antes de que pudiera terminar la muchacha que sirve pidió identificación aunque ni siquiera habla o tomar él estaba pidiendo. La chica nos dijo bien. derramado mis novios bebida que fue la cerveza equivocada y también una pinta completa. En primer lugar, no pedimos nada, pero aun así insistieron en la chica me pregunta que ID. En segundo lugar lo derramó la cerveza equivocada y tamaño incorrecto. Debería estar jugando atención al cliente más.

Yo y unos amigos pasando un miércoles para un cóctel rápido y acabamos quedándonos hasta el final. Tenían karaoke con algún gran cantante y un muy buen ambiente. Teníamos una fuente parrilla mixta, estaba muy sabrosa! El personal es encantador. Estamos planeando pasar una noche fuera con el fin de semana, ya que tienen un DJ hasta las 01.30 y es entrada gratis, así que le esperamos tener algunos cócteles más encantadores y un pequeño baile!

Este lugar está en necesidad de renovación. El gran un lugar precioso y podría ser mucho más lujoso.

Compré una oferta wowcher de esta empresa para una cena de tres platos por mi cumpleaños novios/esposos. Cuando llegamos allí el exterior y el interior era muy agradable, sin embargo, fue bastante vacío. Mi novio y yo nunca había estado antes y esperaba un restaurante independiente para el bar. Este no fue el caso, ya que caminamos hasta el bar y preguntamos sobre la oferta wowcher. Ella nos dijo que podíamos sentarnos en cualquier lugar! La mayoría de las mesas no eran adecuados para comer, sólo para beber.

Fui a Flavas por mi cumpleaños el 04/10/2015 2013. Lo pasamos muy bien con mis amigos y familia. Especialmente de la música que se tocaba. Tenía un poco justo para beber demasiado y compartimos una bandeja para comer. En general, fue una buena noche.

Really enjoy the food, I'm a regular visitor because of that reason and the customer service is great. Very recommended to go in and get a bite to eat.

We went out for dinner in the vicinity, and the thought to pop in for a drink, since we had been here only once before, during the summer and we liked the venue. However, the venue remains the very only nice thing. The security policy at the entrance was absolutely out of place and unnecessary. My girlfriend got a full and thorough search of her bag, and they said no drinks and food could be taken in. They took a water bottle and a new, sealed snack that she had from work. We were already pretty surprised, and when we entered the bar we ordered two drinks. Prices are not too high, but in line with those of clubs around the scene. The full disappointment arrived when we left, since we realized that the water and the brand new snack confiscated at the entrance had been thrown away. We found this not only an absurd and totally unnecessary waste of food, but also a lack of respect, Furthermore, when leaving we kindly cheered the security guy at the entrance gate, and not even got an answer.

A really good place to unwind after a stressful day to either watch a match or cath up with mates.The food is excellent and the new Indian based menu brings in the authentic flavour of Indian spices.The best part is the happy hours very day during the week. It's worth the penny.

Xmas Party 14th December 2014We wanted it to be a dream day to remember, but it turned into a nightmare.We had made an early booking for 32 planned and made the preparations which were discussed and agreed with the flavas management a month prior and paid our deposit.Early morning on the day we arrived to do tables and saw that nothing had been done.Guest arrived at 06:30pm for 07:00pm, but had to wait downstairs for an hour whilst we tried to fix the tables which should have already been done that day. Once seated no free drinks and canopies were not supplied as stated on the menu.We did advance menus for the kitchen & waiting staff, but things went from bad to worse with confused service - two members of staff did their best. After waiting for food so long we nearly gave up, when the food arrived it was poor quality- cold, chewy - unappetizing, puddings rock hard straight from the freezer and could not be eaten. As mentioned we had to buy our own drinks that should have been free on seating, no free coffee or minced pies as stated on the menu, jacket potatoes pre-booked arrived cold and tasteless, just when all others were starting on the uneatable puddings. By now we were all fed up, still hungry and wanted to get out of the place,the manager was nowhere to be seen.You pay in, look forward to a memorable night out and instead, because of flavas we endured a costly nightmare experience.NEVER TO CROSS THEIR DOORS AGAIN.RATING ZERO- COMPLAINTS FROM ALL.

we booked it for our Xmas party. (45 staff). The food was meant to be served at 20:30, they start to serve us around 22h00. The waitress dropped the starters on the floor, we had to wait another 30-45minutes. While eating our main course(which was cold and undercooked), they switched off the light as people wanted to dance downstairs. We had to serve the meals ourselves as the waitresses looked confused and were struggling. By the time it came to dessert, it was worst. We spoke to management who gave us 35 complimentary drinks and 8 meals free. It was not about getting freebies but Staff just wanted to have a good time and enjoy. Some staff left without having their meal. Big disappointment..

I went with my other half on a Tuesday night attracted by the flashy lights outside and the seemingly nice lounge-like atmosphere. We had a cocktail each and two wraps. The cocktails were disgusting, we both could not drink it, the cheapest alcohol mixed with some more cheap alcohol for a taste of pure paint thinner. When I went to the bar to enquire as to why my margarita tasted like that, the girl who made it refused to try it and insisted that 'pure alcohol' is what margarita should taste like. The chicken in the wraps had clearly been over-microwaved as it was chewy and dry. All in all, I would not recommend wasting money in this place, especially since there's many more lovely places closeby.

One of the best places for shisha in london. The foods pretty good too. Try and come during the day or early evening. The shisha area gets pretty busy on Saturday evenings.The bar area seems pretty empty most of the time.Would definitely recommend for the shisha

Really poor service, time and time again. The last time there, I was greeted with almost contempt as I approach the bar with a pram, this was in the early afternoon and there was hardly anyone around, so it wasn't exactly an inconvenience to anyone. After being overlooked for about 15 minutes, I left with my baby, feeling as embarrassed as I was annoyed. Each time I go back wanting to give it a second/third/fourth chance but have never received decent service.If you can deal with the awful service, you'll also need thick skin if you're thinking about inviting to meet someone there. Tacky, plastic, contrived and dirty.

Firstly, I only went to this venue because friends were doing a gig there and a group of mates went to support them. Secondly, we did not eat food so I cannot comment on that. I have not been to this venue for a long time and it has changes hands (and names) a few times I think. I asked for a diet coke and was ofered a standard 330ml plastic cup for the extortionate price of £2.20!!! When I queried it I was told the next size up was a plastic pint glass for £2.90. Equally extortionate but better value so I got that. The server disappeared and afte some time came back with a two thirds filled pint and said "we've run out of coke". This came from bottle of coke and I can only assume the multi-dispensers on view in front of me were there for decoration and not serving soft drinks! He agreed to give me the almost-a-pint for the lower price. I asked when they were getting more - "Maybe next week" he answered. I said why did someone not walk down the road to Costcutter and BUY some??!! I assume they did because when I returned to the bar later I was told they had some. When I went back for an alcoholic drink I bought a rosé wine. This time I was ripped off for £6.95 - I could get a bottle for that! This venue has appalling service, average staff, bad smelling toilets, expensive prices, and the ONLY reason it had any atmosphere was because my friends were doing the music and it made it fun. Not recommended and will not be returning. There was much nicer and cheaper places in Ealing like Castlebar and Michael Balcon.

Flavas provides reasonably priced meals such as burgers and pizzas, nothing amazing but worth what you pay. They frequently have lunch time offers on making it a great place to have a cheep lunch. I have visited flavas twice now, the first time I went we had excellent and efficient service, the second time the service was very slow. The food was served quickly both times.The venue seems rather confused with a variety of design styles in decoration of the venue itself and its menus. It seems undecided on what kind of venue it is. Also much of the place is sticky, sticky menus, sticky pin machines ect. The toilets were far below par.

The food is nothing special, I would say below the average in the Ealing area. Service is not very good either. I went there because I wanted to watch a football match that they had advertised as shown on TV, but the room was noisy with background music at high volume, so you could not hear anything. There was an annoying draught, too.As you can imagine, I'm not recommending this place...

Arrogant Staff, delivery times awful and out of sync, no care in the world. Never again and I will definately go somewhere else.

The name 'Flavas Lounge Bar and Grill' Makes it sound far more elegant that it actually is. And on arrival you will feel the tripadvisor photos are abit too generous. This place is not somewhere you go for an elegant meal or drinks.I am not discouraging you to visit though. I live 5 minutes away and eat here at least once a week and smoke shisha every evening. It has a warm community feel and is great for nighttime atmosphere with its chilled out outdoor seating. The food is actually really good. The european side is average but not horrible, but the lebanese is delicious. The Kofta Koshkash (I think its called), and the shwarma is well seasoned and yummy. As are the pastries. The shwarma is oily and the food is like lebanese pub grub but it is great for a casual evening.The reviews have spoken about cold staff. I would agree that they are not that friendly. The shisha men and a waitress called Anna is lovely, but the rest dont act like they are happy to be there. I wouldnt say that is the fault of the staff considering they work ridiculously long hours for how much they are paid, I would be depressed too. This is not uncommon of bars and pubs in general as they work late, long shifts, rarely given break times unlike other professions, and are rarely paid above minimum wage.I wouldn't let the staff review discourage you. Great for student nights, younger crowds, shisha smokers, drinks on a friday or a good causal lebanese meal. I would recommend it.

So Flava's tried to squeeze in a group of us from work for Christmas dinner. The actual dinner wasn't too bad but the service was pretty awful and dessert was a tray of bourbon biscuits!!! Never again!

Had a really good night at Flavas - food tasted great - though falafal course didn't come as described was still tasty. Staff didn't seem totally switched on but it was made up for by teh ambience - we went on a Thursday which was a low-key Salsa class with mostly easy-listening music rather than ta constant high octave, up tempo type. It was handy having a car park as on-street parking is fairly tight. The outdoor dining/relaxing area looked comfortable, though we dined inside. Would certainly go again.
