Four in One in Falkirk

Four in One, Rumford. Staff were glum and joyless. One seemed too interested in something to do with the till all the while I was there. My instincts told me not to bother and leave. Wish I had. Small pepperoni pizza. £10.49. Ouch. Got it home. Pizza reflected the staff - glum and joyless, bland, boring. Nothing to raise it above the quality of a supermarket frozen pizza for £2. Poster boasts Four in One been in business for over 30 years. The owners appear to have learned nothing. Perhaps the lack of competition in Rumford, Maybe pizza isn't the best thing they do. I don't know. I won't be back.

4 in 1 Rumford should be ashamed. What even is that? A slither of cucmber, 1 tiny bit of tomato & a dusting of lettuce with the smallest dot of sauce. I paid for 2 of each sauce & received 1 of each. For £26??? Never again

We had a chicken curry with rubbery chicken and a lamb kebab with horrible chewy lamb. A shame, because we have been ordering the same food for years and it used to be good quality.

I think that the £22 curry deal is amazing value ...is it fine dining ..no but if your watching the football and can’t be bothered to cook is it good getting delivered to your door...dam right it is

Absolutely the worst customer service. Order a chicken tikka masala pizza. Paid for deep pan and stuff crust. Got stuff crust but no deep pan. The pizza couldnt have been any thinner! Got told by them when i complained it was my choice to have it that way. The chicken on it wasn't the chicken they normally use it was what i call cheap chicken. Complained about this and was told this is the chicken they use now since changing the menu. I have had this pizza since the menu changed and didn't have this chicken this is only what they use now though!. It was also cold but this is my fault cause i took to long driving home and before i started eating it. I live a 3min drive away. I took my first bite less than 10mins of collecting it. So my cold non deep pan pizza is my fault as this is what i ordered and i took to long to take it home and eat it. Then the guy says its nearly an hour since i ordered it and 20 mins since i picked it up. My reply was yes and my collection time was 20mins ago which i actually picked up early plus i had to look up the phone number to call and complain and ive been on the phone for 7 mins. So your 20mins turns into this -7 mins being on the phone -3min drive -2mins to look up the phone number and say 5mins to get in the house and start eating it. So its totally my fault that there pizza goes cold cause i took to long getting home and i took so long to complain. Asked for his name to complain to head office and contact environmental health about serving cold food. Gave me his name then hung up.

I complained to the boss about the dried up shrivelled kebab that I got (more resembling a pigs tail than a kebab ) No answer was the sweet reply ...maybe he was snowed under by complaints and just binned them ...i hope he also binned his reheated dried up kebab and pitta bread. I,m afraid I would starve before I bought anything from that shop again. I,m not the only local who refuses to use that shop again .I now travel to or get lovely delivered lovely kebab and nan bread from "Flames " in St Margarets , Polmont .

Woeful experience from start to finish. cheeky woman on phone , overpriced food,then when it came i was gobsmacked totally and utterly tasteless.

Picked up a take away from here at the weekend having not been for quite some time. The pizza was top notch as were the kebabs my family had. Good value too. We will be back !

Placed an order at stenhousemuir. After an hour called to see where it was and was told they had tried to deliver. Been waiting in on it with no knock at the door and no phone call as they also had my mobile number. Partner went to pick it up and was told the food wasn't there! The order hadn't been made and staff tried to lie to cover up. Will never be here again!

Saturday night I placed an order using the Four In One website. After almost 2 full hours sat waiting for my delivery I finally decided to call the store for an update and was extremely surprised to find that you no londer deliver to my area. The website allowed the order to go through, even confirming this in an email, and took my card payment despite the fact I was never getting my food. Then to make it worse, I can only assume my order would have still been passed to the store and nobody bothered to call me and advise my order would not be fulfilled. The man in store has stated he would contact Head Office to process my refund, which to be honest is the least that should be done. Clearly your website needs to be updated and in the mean time perhaps your staff in store could let your potential customers know they wont be receiving their deliveries. The above was sent in a message to Four in One via Email, Facebook and the websites enquiry form. I have yet to receive a reply to any of my forms of communication and I still await my refund. Genuinely cant believe I have to ask for a response from them when they have so easily taken my money for a service they wont even provide!!

This place beats your average london restaurant/takeaway on freshness and flavour every time, due to demand delivery might be slow, the locals may complain but they don’t know how lucky they are

Stenhousemuir branch. 3 times tried to phone an order and all 3 times they were out of ingredients. Shocking management

Phoned a pizza fi the polmont branch, after an hour phoned to see where the delivery was. told me it was on its way, 15 mins later still no pizza. they then told me it fell going in the oven, after 2 hours still no pizza.murder place, bairns perty waisted,al no be back.

Was just in at the Rumford branch to get a pizza, not used them for years after I lost out on loyalty points that they gave to some one else. Pizza good but they are still passing old pound coins to customers as change. Make sure you check, I am sure I am not the first.

Had food poisoning on two separate occasions from this place, avoid at all costs absolutely terrible!

Ordered a 12" pizza Chips and cheese Bottle of iron bru + delivery £18.99 A Rather expensive meal for 1. Took a bite of pizza then binned it, the tomato sauce tasted processed like something out a jar. So I got a box of chips for 19 quid #no be doing that again!

Ordered a meal for my wife and kids on a Wednesday night. Waited for over an hour even though I was told 40 minutes. Then called to enquire how long it would be to be told it was next in the que to be made. Was told another hour and it would be there. Very very poor service and to be honest this is not the first time this has happened it's very frequent these days. Will not be using them again

Cuando ordene pedimos la pechuga de pollo en el munchiebox pakora. Fue horrible, trozos de pollo (probablemente los bits que no uso en otras comidas) sardinas juntos. Los menús están yendo en la papelera.

Pedimos una pizzas para el té y la cpl era dusgusting calidad. Y siendo escaso llenaban casi 40 libras me cobraron encontrar este valor increíblemente horrible. Nunca comer desde aquí.

Good kebab would go back again to try something else very busy quite cheap N clean access quite tricky

Four in One pizzas are the best I've ever tried anywhere in the world. Always made fresh and the stuffed crust is awesome!

Used this place on and off for years, but no longer. Managed to collect a human, I hope, hair in my food. The packaging, and menu, asks for the owner to be contacted to discuss any ideas etc. I contacted the said owner several times by e-mail regarding this and still no reply. Won't be back

Stopped to get chips & cheese and a portion of pakora. The pakora was edible but the chips and cheese were terrible. The cheese didn't melt and was dry and hard - completely inedible. The place needs a good clean too!

I don't often go to the Four in One in Rumford/Maddiston, but my fianceé was at her hen doo and I decided to treat myself and her Auntie to something to eat. I ordered a medium kebab with naan, and mozzarella cheese, which was fine, decent sized portion, kebab meat could have done being a little less greasy and a bit more flavour. Mini naan bread was actually quite lovely.The Auntie ordered chilli con carne nachos, which looked a little small when I picked it up, almost a starter. By the time i'd collected and taken it up the road, the cheese 'n' grease had already stuck to the greaseproof paper lining the box, meaning that anytime she wanted a nacho, she was trying to avoid ripping and eating the paper!In fairness to the store, they did send up a replacement (minus paper) but were bemused as to how cheese and grease would stick to greaseproof paper, and were initially sceptical about giving a replacement. The Auntie gave them the other one back so they could see what the problem was. The actual store itself needs a good scrub as well, and decorating. It really does give a dirty, unsanitary vibe when you walk in. The prices also seem to be higher than the independent indian's etc, but I guess that's the franchise world.

Used to come here all the time a few years ago, wouldnt ever go back now. Doner meat looks heavily processed. Everything was cold. The only thing I like about this place is the chilli sauce. Felt ill for 2 days after eating here. Never again!

I used to love going to the four in one but the last time I visited wasn't very nice. Pizza and kebab were just awful. Expensive for what you get. Only rating 3 stars due to past experiences. I wouldn't go back again. Better elsewhere.

I simply think this place should be avoided . Food rotten and staff very unpleasant . Woman on the counter i feel is very rude. Really needs to improve food and manners.

Used FourInOne for years now and ive noticed a vast change in portion sizes, its a shame really because now i use elsewhere for my takeaways which i dont feel cost as much and you recieve more.

Wee used this place regularly. Delivery was quick and food was good. U even get a point system which gives you a 10 pound voucher to spend after your points reach 100. Our last 2 delivery has been very poor. Waited almost 2 hrs on our food and when it came it was cold. They did however send us a free pizza to apoligise . I've reached my 100 points and phoned up 3 times about our voucher but still snout. Will defo not be ordering again which is a shame cause it used to be so good.

It wasn't bland, it has plenty of flavour and just the right amount of spice to it.... lovely! This was from the Polmont Shop.....

Good fresh made food at reasonable prices. What a selection of all fast foods from Pizza Kebabs to Indian food baked potatoes etc. They will deliver locally too

We ordered a Spicy Chicken stuffed crust 12" pizza and large chips - I was not aware that there were different size chips! We waited on the pizza which only took 10mins to prepare.Great choice on the menu - pizza, currys, burgers and kebabs.
