disgusting food and service. manager ignoring all contact about it after initially saying she would put things right with a replacement visit. been ignored for months now but have just found out it is closed. obvioulsy everyone not impressed with the food or service. shame on u

Si está considerando este lugar para su boda, le sugiero que empiece a pensar seriamente en otro lugar. A primera vista, el lugar se ve genial. . . Techos altos, diseño vintage y pequeños terrenos agradables, desafortunadamente ahí es donde termina. El servicio de catering y el administrador de eventos arruinaron completamente nuestra recepción de boda. Junto a la comida incorrecta que se servía, hacía frío; los refrescos habían terminado y el gerente de eventos no se veía cuando tratábamos de expresar nuestras inquietudes. La noche de mi boda, que se suponía era uno de los días más memorables de mi vida, fue memorable por todas las razones equivocadas. Una completa y absoluta confusión. . . No seleccione este lugar. . . En retrospectiva, hubiera preferido gastar el dinero extra en un lugar mejor que iba a proporcionar lo que realmente habíamos pagado. We thought we would try again after a year's absence hoping that it might have improved from last time. No such luck ! My breakfast came with hard boiled egg as opposed to lightly poached which was specifically request. My wife's eggs benedict was the same. My returned breakfast some time later was satisfactory but my wife's not. It took three attempts to get her's right, by which time I had finished mine. The manager was involved and apologised profusely but still charged me the full amount for the meal. You don't practice what you preach. Not good and won't be coming back !!

If it was possible to leave a zero star review, I would. Despite our table of four being the only people in the whole restaurant, the food took 40 minutes to arrive. Half of it was missing, the rest was bland and microwaved and inedible (including a potato frittata and edamame beans - who microwaves edamame beans!?). I had to go buy a sandwich from Pret after as I was starving. I wasn't looking for a fancy lunch when I came to Squares, just a decent satisfying meal close by to my office in a restaurant where I could meet for business lunches, but I can honestly say this was the worst meal I've ever had in my whole life. The air con was also freezing (despite us asking if it could be turned down) so I had to keep my coat on the whole time too. Avoid.

Useless barista. Was waiting for 10 minutes to get a water before catching my 3rd train of the day. He only had two drinks to make but took so long I had to put the water down so i could actually catch my train. If it’s going to take 5 minutes per order, you need to hire more not acceptable for drinks to take so long when majority of people are in a rush.

The fish was dark brown like it had been fried 3 or 4 times over. I got food poisoning. This was from the Blackburn branch. PLEASE AVOID!!!!

As a bit of a treat after cooking everyday we thought we would try this takeaway service. It's only open a couple of days a week, and social media made it look great. The food was delivered by a nice lady. That is pretty much where the positive ends!! We had a chicken kebab with jerk and oragono. At nearly £13 for one, we were expecting great things. But no, dry overcook chicken. Loads of leaves to fill the box. lack of flavour unless you like salt, there was plenty of salt!! We then had the vegan brownie, well i was nearly sick! It was a dry brown brick.. and tiny! So disappointed! Avoid at all costs!!

I am a regular Subway customer, visiting at least once weekly. I was absolutely disguised and disappointed to get such a disgraceful and degrading service at Drummond St, Rotherham today. Myself and my sister agreed to visit Rotherham and change our weekly Subway meal to that of Drummond St as we was in the area. We were abruptly asked to "wait love" and subsequently two customers who came in after us were served, we said nothing. Thereafter, we ordered a foot foot meal deal, with a drink and cookie. When the assistant was filling the sandwich, I asked for olives and she rudely responded with "okay I am getting there" and sighed under her mask, again we said nothing. Then upon payment they just handed us nachos and a foot long Subway and charged us - this is where things got bad. The exact words I used was "we ordered a meal deal" and we was given an onslaught of words including "no! you didn't", "what do you want?" and lots of mummering under her mask, responding with its an additional £1.88. When asked for the receipt to clarify what we was being charged for and she raised her voice and said "I have thrown it!" This didn't end here, a young man came without uniform and asked what we wanted, we relayed the story and he was being extremely rude and asked us loudly "which cookie do you want?" - he was no different to the staff member we dealt with earlier. I stated "chocolate" as at this point I was ready to walk out, to our amazement after all the staff had said to us and treated us - he responded with " a please would be nice!" At this point, I said "I am only dealing with you the way you have dealt with us the moment we walked into this store and for the past 10 minutes" After this, in front of all the customers he walked away and in a loud voice just kept on going and going stating things like "you're rude", "I don't have time for you", "go elsewhere", "look at yourself" - we have never ever in the past 32 years been treated like this in any store we have visited and purchased from. No apology, no empathy, no customer service, nothing! We received our order and decided to eat out on a bench (which we normally don't do), another customer approached us after a few minutes and said that store is known for its poor customer service. I have contacted Subway complaints and will update as soon as I receive a response. I have never ever complained in the past 32 years to any multinational corporation but I am very upset right now, for the right reasons.

There is a disgusting man that sits in the window of the cafe all day. He leers at girls and women of all ages, all day every day. He continues to smirk and stare inappropriately at me every time I walk past. It is disgusting. When will the world change. I should not have to change my walk to work just so I don’t feel harassed by a dirty old man.

Staff appeared to not know what they are doing, unsure what was available and what wasn't. Toilets out of order, dirty tables. Would not waste my time and money here again. Avoid.
