We thought we would try again after a year's absence hoping that it might have improved from last time. No such luck ! My breakfast came with hard boiled egg as opposed to lightly poached which was specifically request. My wife's eggs benedict was the same. My returned breakfast some time later was satisfactory but my wife's not. It took three attempts to get her's right, by which time I had finished mine. The manager was involved and apologised profusely but still charged me the full amount for the meal. You don't practice what you preach. Not good and won't be coming back !!

We specifically ordered soft poached eggs with both of our choices ( mainly because some chefs over cook resulting in hard boiled rather than poached ) and lo and behold first time round the eggs were hard. My returned breakfast was acceptable but my wifes's had to be returned twice before the eggs were cooked properly by which time I had finished mine. The service was interminably slow as they appear to give preference to staying guests. We had a poor experience on our last visit several months ago but decided to give it another go - big mistake ! We will not be making the same mistake again !!

They do some really tasty food, but when I order a sandwich it’s touched by bare hands and I really struggle with it. Please use tongs etc

Having been here before, it wasn't to bad. So we went again today Wednesday 28th June. There were only two young men, serving and cooking.and it was out of their control. Service was so slow. And the wait for food was disgusting and when we eventually got our food it was terrible. At least 3 others couples complained and walked out before they were servied thier food. 37 Pepper Street Nantwich really needs some help before it closes down

Absolutely brilliant experience at Bubble Room- Alderley!! I booked the back room (Monkey Lounge) for a bottomless brunch for 23 people to celebrate birth of baby. We all had such a great time all thanks to the staff there. They were so attentive (Especially Elliot who was looking after us) and everyone commented on how good the food was, how great the service was and how smoothly everything ran. I dealt with Ruth and Elliot via email in advance and they did everything they could to ensure the day went to plan as I wanted it. We had the best day and will definitely be booking again for our next event! Thank you Bubble Room!!!

I first saw someone post about staying here on Instagram, and booked it for a romantic break with my Husband. We only live 30 mins away, but why not, eh?! We decided to push the boat out and stayed in the most expensive room - Picpoul. It had a separate seating area, along with a bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower up a short flight of stairs. The room was quirky and the bath was just devine! The only gripe was with the toilet which wasn’t very private - the way that the door is means that you can hear everything - perhaps not for new couples on their first break! It’d also have been good to have a mini fridge with milk for coffee and to store our drinks in. Nothing too much trouble and you can order stuff from the pub downstairs, which can just be added to your bill. The stay also includes a cooked breakfast, which was amazing! We ate in the pub too - absolutely loved it, very quirky and atmospheric. The ‘special’ lamb in a wild garlic veloute with potato rosti was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Sticky toffee pudding crème brûlée also fab! Friendly waitress who made some recommendations on the wine and we had a giggle with. Popped over the road for a couple of drinks at the Bulls Head, which was a lovely pub too. Can’t wait to come back!
