Useless barista. Was waiting for 10 minutes to get a water before catching my 3rd train of the day. He only had two drinks to make but took so long I had to put the water down so i could actually catch my train. If it’s going to take 5 minutes per order, you need to hire more not acceptable for drinks to take so long when majority of people are in a rush.

Staff seems rude. The coffee is alright but not worth the price that it is sold at, and they have messed up my order on multiple occasions. Will not be visiting again.

I visited the station shop and have since had additional payments come from my account. I don’t live in Eastbourne so not possible! Called but they dismissed. Pay by cash or go somewhere else!

Nice and friendly service, dogs allowed inside, good food, combined with a nice view on the beach - what more could you ask for? Highly recommend, especially for dog-owners!

Lovely staff, great food - tried lots of different smaller dishes and all were delicious, and filling.

Went last night and had trout, croquettes, and padron peppers to start, and sharing chateaubriand with chunky chips and all the sauces for main. It was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. The bill was about £75/head and that included bread, water, a bottle of wine, and service. We need more restaurants like Cru in Eastbourne please.
