Generalmente ho provato più di una volta. I gelati alle volte sono buoni. Ma non sempre è così. Alle volte gli ingredienti sanno di vecchio. Bocciato definitivamente

Deadest cookie dough I’ve ever had. Looks like it’s been reheated about 5 times. Nice greasy black hair on my cream too. We get it love, you hate your job but at least do it properly whilst you’re there. Dirt

Honestamente, he estado en kaspas un par de veces, pero generalmente ignoro la forma en que el personal actúa porque mis amigos y, para ser justos, los postres son realmente agradables. Esta vez pensé en llevar a mi familia, pero el gerente (el tipo calvo que cree que está trabajando en un banco o para la reina) parecía tan grosero, como cuál es la razón de los tornillos y la cara malhumorada, si no te gusta trabajando allí ¡DEJA! No eres el dueño del lugar. Le pedimos asientos y éramos como 6. Nos miró de arriba abajo y parecía que no había suficientes asientos a pesar de que podíamos ver claramente que había asientos. Dijimos que esperaríamos y él nos ignoró hasta que nos fuimos y se fue a Creams en su lugar (gracias a Dios por otros postres, jajaja). Esta no fue la primera vez, el personal parece menospreciar a las personas como si fueran mejores. De todos modos, no recomiendo este lugar solo por el servicio que brindan, tal vez ordenar sea mejor, pero temo que el malhumorado personal le haga algo a la comida.

Ordeno dos batidos que tardaron 1 hora y 45 en entregarlos Por favor, no ordene de este lugar y obtuve mis batidos y donde todo se derritió.

Solo come la entrega de Colindale. . maldita sea preciosa. . tenía el helado de coco. . fresco y cremoso. . la entrega fue rápida y el conductor muy agradable

Pedimos kaspas para entrega a través de solo comer que llegó 20 minutos tarde. Una vez que abrí el llamado crepe de nuez de choco fue impactante. Frío, líquido, parecía que alguien vertía agua de chocolate sobre un crepe seco y frío, las fresas estaban claramente apagadas ya que salía un olor rancio, había decoloración y eran suaves y blandas, también el agua como sustancia debe salir del las fresas están apagadas. Evita este lugar. Tantos mejores salones de postres.

I usually don’t tend to write reviews but I had to for this one as I was left appalled. I came in to grab two milkshakes to go. Initially I came to have a bubble shake but they’ve changed it to a bubble slush god knows why, that was the only reason I came in to begin with otherwise wouldn’t have bothered. Since I was here, thought I’d grab us our favourite choc bar milkshakes. It was a busy Sunday night, and when it did come to my turn to order, there was no thanks or sorry for the wait or given any customer service at all (not even a smile) - just a miserable unhelpful face behind the counter who clearly didn’t want to work there. When looking around, you can see all the workers making the desserts, and honestly I’ve never seen a miserable unhappy bunch like it. I get it, it’s tough working when busy, but that’s the whole point of employing staffs who do work great under pressure. I’ve worked in retail in my college and uni days and I use to thrive from it. I was waiting for a long while in front of them then a guy said to me in a monotone voice pointing to the chairs “just sit there” as though I’m somehow disturbing them. When I finally did get my shakes after what felt like forever, guess what? They were the worst milkshakes we’ve ever tasted. My Ferraro Roche shake tasted like I was sipping a nut shake and my husbands Oreo shake was disappointing too. All that waiting around for nothing, my kids were bored out of their brains in the car for something that we took a few sips off and binned. Only reason I’m giving them a two star because in the beginning of the year we came in for waffles and had bubble shakes before from here which were really nice but again zero customer service back then. The desserts were good so you don’t get too caught up with customer service. But when both are terrible, it’s definitely unacceptable.

I asked for a bubble gum bubble shake and they refused by saying they don't serve that flavour in bubble shakes (1st try). I asked for a normal shake with juicy balls and they refused by saying they don't add juicy balls to normal shakes (2nd try). I asked for a pina colada bubble shake with whipped cream and they refused by saying they don't serve cream on bubble shakes (3rd try). I just asked then for a glass with some straberry juicy balls for my daughter and they refused again by saying they don't serve only juicy balls (last try). I asked them to be flexible or they may face the risk to lose customers and they said they don't care, that they would run their business as they want even if I like it or not. With those arguments there is no need to say I will NEVER come back again and definitely I recommend to go somewhere else or at least to a different branch.

They couldn't get worse if they tried. Staff who ignore you, literally they turn their heads and walk away. Even though there are tables, no staff tend or clean them which means we ended up waiting 20 mins for a table before we just walked out. Even a memeber of staff just said to people behind us queuing 'go home' which was on a Saturday mid-day. A member of staff behind the courter was sticking her finger in the Nutella and licking it from her finger and then sticking it back in the pot - this is disgusting. Read other reviews of this place. How is it still even open? I think if you want rude service, no service or want to get sick then this is the place to be. Oh, expensive by the way too. Date of visit 28th April 2018.
