Monett Kebab and Pizza in Eastleigh

Absolutely disappointed, cold food, wrong toppings on pizza and some of the order missing

We ordered large lamb donars, pizza, and spaghetti bolognese. The food was well cooked and very tasty. I would definitely recommend ordering food from here and will be back again myself .

Honestly, messed up the order promised a new kebab as smothered it in mayonnaise. Its been over a hour and keep answering and just hanging up. Don't order from this place absolutely disgusted! Completely been mugged off!

Fantastic all round I shall be buying my food from here from now on best kebab ever had. And the cheesy chips were fantastic, too

Food was barely look warm when it arrived.

Stone cold when it arrived. Not impressed.

I asked nicely for one with no coleslaw and one with. Our food was very cold when it arrived!

Meat Lasagna was slop with cheese on top was not nice did not eat it a 10yr old can make a better Lasagna then that

American hot pizza is frickin lush. Chips are skinny crunchy.

Absolutely horrible, I hadn't used this place for years as it went downhill, anyway if you like chicken kebabs that have no taste and the texture of cheap dog food go for it. Take my advice go round to market street and get an Istanbul.

After I order so many times from this place before, the true is yea is cheap and that's exactly what you get,, test less kebabs or pizzas, I should know better spend a bit more and order from different place, (my bad really)

The guy that works in there has been to court for inappropriate pictures of children.

Baked potatoes are lovely. Salad is ok. Onion rings are far too greasy and not crisp.

Foodxwas greasy and small portions compared to other similar places.

Really nice food would highly recommend only thing I thought you could improve on is more cheese in the cheesy chips, unfortunately not from the area or would defo be ordering again

My husband collected our meal to make it quicker, when he got home the food wasn’t very warm and we were also missing something off our order, I phoned to let them know and to get a refund on the missing item but I had no answer.

Food was tasty, delivery was quick. However portions seemed a lot smaller than previously. Not great value for money but very nice food.

Ordered from Monett many times but the last order wasn't good. The chicken doner kebab was awful. It had burnt bits/lumps in it and for some reason there were small bones. The meat wasn't sliced, it was all crumbs. I'm not sure it was even chicken. I couldn't eat it.

This is the second time we have ordered from Monett, the first time food was good, this time it was awful. The chips were reheated, and the meat in general left a LOT to be desired, the lamb tasted off and the chicken being cold was coated in the mayo caused it to be an unappetizing mess. Sadly I will not be using them again. Should have gone with my other option of fish and chips.

Ordered my food at 5:05pm, 5 minutes after they opened but I had to wait a further 1 and a half hours to get my food in which my chips was cold and my ice had melted. Saying that the food did have food flavour

Hi there, we specifically put on the order notes "no onion due to intolerance" and this was not followed. There was onion in the kebab. Not impressed

Rubbish food even worse customer service, how this business is still going is beyond me, cheap ingredients poorly cooked time to sell up

i am discussed my meal payed no chicken at all in it and there was barely any chips at all. the other meal the chicken was so rubbery. and the costumer service is disgusting i would avoid going here at all costs.

Kebab was good. Chips were great but needed more cheese

Fist time order as my normal place has gone down hill. Chicken fillet burger, no salad or garlic mayo as asked. Two small chips and cheese I ordered, I was given a large chips only, no cheese. .15inch stuffed crust margarita to share for my kids I was given the same size of a 12 inch. The food is vey nice despite the mess up tonight for my order.

Kebab was very good. Right amount of salad and excellent non bottled chilli sauce. Pitta should be served separately on a delivery as goes soggy. Chips could have been hotter. Would definitely use again though.

Always the best late night food to fill you up. The guys work hard and make good food. Customer for 8 years and still happy

Chip is frozen and is a scammers

Turned up in 10 minutes. Food was a mess looked half eaten and half was missing was all mixed up. Squashed and leaking. Call restaurant. They laughed at me and hung up.

Absolutely horrendous. Ordered a chicken kebab and chips. This is not what I received at all, when we opened the greasy and leaking packaging, the meal looked as though it was half eaten as of if somebody had dig around in it and eaten half the food. I also as specified above ordered a chicken kebab which was not what I received. I had other random bits and pieces of other meat which I couldn't tell you what they were if I tried. When I rang up the restaurant to speak to them about this issue, they laughed down the phone at me and told me I was lying because he can see on the cameras that it's a chicken kebab that was made!!!! I couldn't believe it, the cheek and rudeness of the staff is horrendous. I've never had an issue like this from monet before but will defo not be returning after this experience!!

Food turned up early. But the meat in all three kebabs were barely luke warm. Called the restaurant to complain and they said they didn’t have our order then hung up. So called again and the same person refused to accept the food was cold. Just kept saying “thats impossible”. Very bad customer service. Wont be ordering from them again.

Absolutely shocking. I never leave bad reviews but you won’t answer my call and it was too bad not to say something. No cheese, no hummus, no red cabbage, no tomato, no cucumber.. pitta not toasted or warmed, just straight out of packet. What a waste of £10. Awful service. I wouldn’t dream of doing this to one of my customers.

£27 for the boxed meal and if came absolutely cold. Driver wouldn’t take it back and no answer when calling. It’s a shame coz other times have been good

I ordered on Sat 18 March, the food was 2 hours late and the restaurant when we phoned fobbed us off with excuse after excuse and kept putting the phone down. We eventually ordered elsewhere and now Just Eat will not refund us so that was an expensive takeaway ! I am deleting Just Eat and will never order from here again. Appalling !!

Local Delivery- On-Line Order. Have used this place as walk-in takeaway. I made the mistake of ordering on-line this time. 2 hr 15 mins for my order which arrived cold and really wasn’t great. Last time I use this place. I did chase twice via phone but couldn’t get a coherent response. Absolute waste of money. The one star is for the delivery driver who was a pleasant chap.

Not bad food and delivered hot and early. Ordered a cheeseburger but there was no salad or sauce options on the app so just got a plain cheeseburger burger would have been much nicer with salad not just plain, their just eat needs updating.

Great nachos but our last order took 2 hours to arrive, stone cold with reduced portions. Had to claim a Just eat refund... And we were regulars. Called them to chase up the order and they hung up on us. Never ordering again.

Ordered food Over an hour later said driver was on way waited at least 30 mins and delivery app said it had been delivered and enjoy your meal but unfortunately it had not been delivered phoned restaurant no answer eventually it turned up but was late. I have previously said I would stop ordering from them but gave another chance . That’s it now no more .

My chicken burger with egg went horribly wrong as there was nothing in it whatsoever and I was really annoyed / upset

Food late. Food cold. Usually a regular customer but won’t be again! Rang up to tell the restaurant and asked to return the cold food (my children are waiting to eat still), had to chuck it all in the oven. Basically told to return the stone cold food and get a ‘fresh box’ (wait longer) or ‘tough luck’. Absolute rubbish!!

Not only is the food good price and really good the staff really go above and beyond!! Would love to thank the absolute angel of a delivery driver working in Monnett kebab in eastleigh. We broke down and have been awaiting a tow truck for over 2 hours. This gent delivered our food and around an hour later returned to my fiancé and I with cups, tea bags, sugar, milk and a kettle to keep us warm. Honestly brings so much joy to me there are amazing people out there still

Took my money, and no food delivery, phoned to ask where delivery was, bloke said 10 mins, that was hour ago, ringing now and no answer Very angry, very upset

The food was delivered after 70mins. Hot dog and Bread were burnt Chicken Doner was very dry Veggie burger was also burt Not recommended

Usually food is excellent but todays chicken was overcooked and in places to crisp to eat and one bap was burnt. But still recommend them as a good takeaway.

Ordered 2 large kebabs but only 1 was large.

Don’t know what all the bad reviews are about, my food came super early wasn’t greasy or anything like that. Guy was polite and exactly what I ordered. I will order again. Very tasty!!

Ordered A large kebab seems the large part must have fallen out the box, was more of a medium - cheesey chips lacked some cheese, I get it times are tough but there are cheaper options out there

Worst food i ever ordered here. Ketchup sauce splashed all over in along with Caesar full of fat mayonese in it , meat was of very low quality, not fresh and cold. It takes just 2 mins to cut kebab so not sure why i waited for it 40 mins, unless they deliver another 10 peole before me thats why it comes cold.

Very good size kebab, and lots of salad. Food was hot and tasted good. The delivery was 40 minutes earlier than the Just Eat app advised, but the app did not update so i was not listening for the door. Driver telephoned me when I did not answer. Very good service from the delivery driver and restaurant.

Pizza wasn't that hot, slices were small and didn't have much flavour. Shame.

Delivered within the estimated window, however all the warm food was cold, the ice cream was melted and the milkshakes warm, the ribs had been packaged upside down so barbecue sauce flavoured condensation mixed with grease soaked all the other food boxes and once you actually reached the ribs the amount of fat and gristle on them made them inedible, A disappointing experience, 0/10 would spend £20 here again.

First time I have ordered from here. Food arrived beautifully hot. Burger was delicious even though most of the cheese had leaked out into the box and wrapping paper. Lovely with added pineapple, first time I’ve heard of that. Will definitely be having that again. Chicken wings were a tad too spicy but I will probably enjoy those cold tomorrow.

Pizza's were over cooked and not a lot of flavour, and part of my order was omitted on delivery

chips over cooked and cold and rubbery, lamb shish was only pitta and a bit of lamb with a sauce that was horrible and the other lamb doner was far from good. This is a shock as I have had lovely food in the past, so would like to return the order and get a full refund plz ty sally

Food didn’t arrive and they called to say late so I asked them to cancel the order! Now saying delivered and I didn’t get my food or my money back!

They did not deliver an item (worth very little) But when I phoned to highlight it, hoping to pop in to pick the item up another time or have a small refund for the missing item I was repeatedly told the item was delivered. Why would I be phoning if it had been delivered? I was kept waiting while hearing discussion / arguments over my missing item. I was then cut off, and answered but no one spoke. Eventually my item was delivered, which was a waste of journey as not the resolution I was looking for.

Always comes early, foods always 10/10 and keeps me coming back for more. BIG UP YOURSELF BOSSMAN!!!

The food was dripping in grease , cold and the wrap was falling to pieces because of the grease making the bread soggy
