Subway in Glasgow City

Took over an hour to deliver one sandwich which was cold.

the food was cold I got soggy hash browns waffles n wrap and was all cold? need 2 be sorted guys

I always eat and recommend others to eat from this store as their food is always fresh and the staff is really friendly and passionate to their work.

The food was cold and not nice at all did not enjoy it what so ever

wrong crisps, wrong drink don’t like either of them, chose the crisps and drink for a reason - if u ran out u should have called and asked

My order was delivered on time but my order was incorrect on multiple occasions. I would not recommend ordering from here as they always give me the incorrect items. I would recommend ordering from another subway establishment.

This is ridiculous. The wrong sauce on my sub. Missing 2 packets of crisps and the packet I did get was the wrong kind. They were cold by the time I got them (meant to be toasted)

I went in today for a subway and when I looked at it I see an ant on it when I went to the shop for a refund the owner of the shop goes were not refunding you and get out my shop before I throat punch you don’t go to this branch pollok sheilds one is better they had more meat and even more friendly boycott shawlands branch

One sandwich had unmelted cheese, the footlong hadn’t been cut in the middle - both were really cold. The drinks were lukewarm and hadn’t seen a fridge in a long time. Really disappointing experience

I have never seen a subway shake every bit of chicken from the scoop in this way. Stingy with their meats and salads. The only thing consistent with the portions of every other subway is the bread. Safe to say I would never visit this location again.

I ordered my Subway at quarter past 11 times kept changing it came freezing and soggy

Not one to usually complain, but my food was almost 2 hours later than suggested and when it arrived it was stone cold, like it has been sat there for the full 2 hours.

The bread was frozen and hard and the delivery ETA kept changing. Ended up coming an hour and 15 minutes after I ordered.

The order never came. It says it was delivered about 15 minutes after I ordered, but I never received it and the door never rang or anything. I've submitted a refund request; hopefully it was just an honest mistake.

Food was rotten, inedible because it wad so cold!! Got Chicken triangles instead of meatballs which I was looking forward to. Donr think I'll be ordering from here again, really disappointed!

It was very late and they had clearly had it sitting out for about 40mins because the food was freezing cold and it's only a 5 min drive not the delivery drivers fault clearly

The food is always good and delivered quickly, however don't order a footlong. I've ordered from here a few times now and on at least 2 separate occasions I ordered a footlong and was only given a 6-inch. I don't feel like taking the risk anymore.

Just received the saddest, cold, empty dry sandwich of my life… despite requesting lots of salad on my meal. No answer from the restaurant and no refund from deliveroo. Avoid this store and go elsewhere… battlefield store on just eat is more reliable!

Order didn’t hit the mark at all. Steak nachos stone cold and without the steak. 12 cookies ordered and got 12 standard cookies not a mix. Meal deal - sub was stone cold and not even cut which tells me a lack of care, and also MY cookie from the meal deal was just flat out missing, got the bottle of tango though! Great way to waste £20!

This is 3rd time I have ordered and each time they have missed an item in my order, and always gotten the wrong crisps.

First time going with this Subway branch - generally pleased with Subway overall but they do sometimes miss the mark, and unfortunately this one was an especial letdown. Ordered two meatball marinaras (footlong) and a turkey something. Two of the three were downright cold, and one hadn't been toasted despite request. Sauce was missing in at least one, and sweetcorn had been added to another when not ordered. Overall, the order was mostly incorrect, two of the subs weren't even cut properly, and it was cold. One out of three subs being a modest success isn't great. Won't be coming back to this branch and can see why its overall rating is low.

Just a heads up I don't think they have a working oven, their toasties were microwaved and sub wasn't toasted at all.

They forgot my juice even though it was the top item on the list.

10/10 really recommended, whoever was working the 5 November around 17:20 deserves a raise. He was really nice, did everything well!!

Just put what you feel like in the bag why don’t you? Leave out what you feel like. Wrong items, missing items, welcome to subway tombola. Maybe get what you pay for, probably not though. Beef was like someone had put a plimsole through a blender! It’s a long time since I’ve been to subway. Definitely won’t be back!

Absolutely shocking service , food items missing , salad we ordered was not on the sandwhich & sauces missing aswell as juice sandwhich were also cold when requested to be toasted I am not happy about this what so ever , read the customers orders properly & make what we requested!!!

Genuinely disgusting, a regular customer on Uber eats to but I decided to walk in store today and the service was awful, food was terrible, I know it’s subway and not a 5 star restaurant, but avoid this place.

Unbelievably stingy. Ordered a dip and its got a one squirt of sauce in it. What's the point of giving someone a tub if you aren't going to at the very least half fill it. It is literally a slither. And where is the rest of my sandwich? I have no olives, spinach, pickles or crispy onions and you gave me 2 bits of pepper? And your phone number doesn't work. Let me guess, you disconnected it because you were tired of getting your knuckles wrapped for messing up sandwiches? Stop making people sad sandwiches, do your job and have atleast one method of communication in order to resolve any issus.

This restaurant is about 10 mins walk down the road from my house. I was stuck in a meeting so chose to order in, the food was freezing when I got it, despite asking for the wrap to be toasted, I’d added hash browns to my wrap too, and they tasted like they’d just come out of the fridge. Absolutely disgusting!

Hi so firstly, I ordered a meal with nachos. The nachos did not come. I called this branch but the number is not working. I’ve requested a refund as I want the money back for good I paid for which I did not get. Sort your contact number out as well. Appalling and also just to add I even put a note on this order which was ignored

the order wasn't right, one sandwich had no salad on it at all and the footlongs didnt have the correct requested fillings, not worth the money.
