Why offline on just eat so often though?

Food was terrible. My sweet n sour prawns where cooked in old fat and overcooked. Which made them taste bitter and dripping with over saturated fat. Rice was tasteless and lacked any real flavour Even wonton was watery and dumplings where hard and uncooked with loose flour trapped in the folds. I didnt have the fritters as i totally lost my appetite by this point. Asked for refund which was refused on basis that they not had complaints before. I offered for them to pick up what they've delivered virtually untouched and see for them self. One star for fast delivery

Pleasantly surprised that my order arrived at a more preferred 30 minutes earlier. The food was divine ambrosia and the portions were amazingly ginormous. It was all clean-tasting and piping hot. The delivery driver (though a little shy) made up for it with his courteous nature and earned himself a £2.75 tip.

I ordered from here as my usual Chinese takeaway is currently closed, and the food was fine. Nothing overly great, but fairly tasty. I had special Chow Mein which was fine but a little dull, and the Cantonese duck, which was again absolutely fine, but nothing to get excited about. Won't rush to order from here again, but it did the trick when I craved a Chinese!

Best Chinese ever, asked for extra green chillin my mushroom chow mein, its so good. Also the best most well cooked salt and chilli squid in Brighton, and i know chillis squid in Brighton.

beef was fatty I phoned 10 mins after to see where our Order was and still had to wait at least 20 mins! won't be ordering again!

30 minutes late and received boiled rice instead of egg fried rice

Sadly the shredded chilli beef wasn't very spicy but the duck chow mien was amazing

The big bowl soup with noodle really worth it. And the size of a duck spring is extremely big. Anyway, all the food are hot and nice, will order again :)

Arrived hot and on time, very tasty. Pork balls were lovely and crisp.

Yum! Best Chinese I have had in Brighton for ages. Everything was lovely, only thing that was of note, the free chicken wings were a little bland, but they were free :) and still better than anything you would find at a chicken shop. Really good chinese food, you know what to do....GO GO GO

Food was too hot but also undercooked

took longer than the predicted time of arrival, (1 hour 15) due to this we had to change address as we had other plans. Phoned the restaurant to be, talked down to and still not get the food for over an hour and a half. When the food arrived the chips and noodles were the only tolerable things, the Crispy shredded chick was burnt and had no chicken left in it at all, same with the pork balls. Not happy, not ordering from there again.

Delivery driver was very rude. Otherwise AE enjoyable.

Excellent taste. Horrible service from the delivery guy who was extremely rude. He kept insisting that I gave the wrong address and was even shouting at me. It wasn't my fault that he couldn't find my flat.

Dear fellow Chinese lovers, Nowadays it's a common phenomenon to have your Chinese delivered on time. unfortunately in the case of Dumplings, this was not. 10 long heartbreaking minutes, I was sat by my front door, peering out the window, in search of the driver. All of a sudden, he arrived. He was a lovely gentleman, and he was very wet (so were we after we'd seen the food). The food was mouthwatering. 10\10.

Loved the grilled pork dumplings - a definite highlight- and would definitely reorder from them.

The food was amazing and good portion sizes too. We got some free chicken which was some of the nicest we'd ever had! Definitely ordering again.

Was a bit disappointed. I ordered bean curd in satay sauce thinking I'd get the usual peanut satay sauce which is my favourite and which I've had numerous times from many restaurants. It's always peanutty! Instead, what arrived was more like Black Bean. I assumed there had been a mistake so phoned up only to be told that this what a different kind of satay. Perhaps it was, I don't know but it certainly wasn't what I expected so if you want a satay sauce bear this in mind!

Possibly the best Chinese in Brighton

Our normal Chinese is closed on a Tuesday, but we had guests and been craving one all day, so came across Dumplings, Well all I can say is that we now have a new favourite restaurant to order from, couldn't find anything wrong with the order, it was delivered slightly after advertised time, but about 5 mins. but still arrived hot! even finish a round of cards off first and still hot! Would recommend and use again!

Not the greatest meal I've had, not good quality chicken used in the chicken and yellow bean sauce Was very chewy, and just bland and tasteless, cheap meat. Rice wasn't very flavoursome. Quite bland. Sweet and sour balls, cooked too high too quickly as the batter on the inside wasn't cooked. So very stodgy, I prefer a crispy batter coating. Satay chicken sauce was OK, but the cheap chicken made it less enjoyable. I thought I would give them a go as dumplings is just around the corner from me. But sadly I'm not impressed so I won't be returning.

Beautiful food as always. My favourite place to get Chinese. Portion size seemed alot smaller today though which was a little disappointing as we are usually impressed with the amount of food we got.

We ordered a Dimsum Mixed starter and did not receive this dish upon delivery. When I questioned where it was they said i had not ordered it even though my order clearly had it on and refused to send it over. The food was cold and not very nice. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be using them again.

Good service, food was ready for collection on time. We have ordered from Dumplings before in the past and food has been better but was still nice this time. Roast pork, sweet and sour chicken and king prawn chow mein were very nice.

Took an hour to be delivered. The most disappointing quality, large portions of slop other than Singapore noodles . Lots of "spices" added to hide quality only to be considered as late night junk food, better off with greasy burger.

Wasn't up to my standard. Chicken was too chewy and didn't taste good quality meat

Apparently this takeaway has stopped delivering to us here in the last two days. Very disapointing.

Was recommended by a friend, great food, good portion size, great taste,full of flavour. This will now be my regular Chinese.

The food was amazingly salty, virtually inedible. I know Chinese food has a reputation for this but I was unable to eat the egg fried rice and the mushroom foo yung because of it.

Worth paying the delivery fee this Chinese was banging!

Not only was the delivery time pushed back and then late (not even at peak time, with no apology) this is quite possibly the worst chinese food I've ever had. Nothing tasted fresh and everything was low quality.

Waited 1 hour and 20 mins for delivery. Originally said 8.30 then put back to 8.50. Didn't arrive until 9.05. Shame as food was nice but the treat of a takeaway was ruined by wait.

Food was hot, as described, and delivered when promised. Good stuff!

Really impressed. Everything was tasty. The only thing I would mention is there wasn't enough Hoi-sin with the crispy duck...6 pancakes needs a full pot of sauce, not half a teaspoon. It also would've been nice to have a little dipping sauce with the prawn toast. Other than that...delicious

They didn't receive our order and when we rang at 8.40pm they were very apologetic, gave us a chance to cancel or wait for another 30 minutes. I am not sure what happneded but the order wasn't processed properly their end. It''s the first time this has happneed but obviously we ate a lot later than expected!

Squid was gorgeous, lovely satay sauce and v good prawn chow mein with big prawns.

its my 3rd time getting Salt & Chilli squid which is my go to dish to measure the quality of a Chinese, Dumplings is my new favorite.

Oh my gosh! The beef and broccoli stirfry was divine, the beef was softly cooked to perfection. I have never had beef cooked that soft before EVER!! The order hot upon arrival and delivery was on time!

The food tasted stale and bland as if it was left over from the night before. Threw the majority of it away. Would not order from there again.

Resturant added 20...10 minutes late. Thursday evening 1hr 20min. Crispy chillI no beef - don't order. Beef & Mushrooms - standard Beef chow mein - good Pork balls - good Chips - good Would order again. But not Crispy chilli beef. Not my favourite Chinese.
