£210 worth of food for the office and every single piece of food came correctly, unheard of!

Just a standard nandos, fanta chicken wrap was lovely though!

The bread and salad were not fresh. The tables were a sticky and could have been more clean.

Let us in early as it was cold and raining. Excellent service all the way through, nice and polite. Tip top.

This place has massively gone down hill and is totally inconsistent. £3.75 for broccoli and they put three pieces in - a total joke.

I love the food and the staff, but even mild is way too spicy for me

Ordered via deliveroo, order arrived stone cold - nothing done about it , and it cost nearly £40 for 2 meals and one bottle of coke. Had to heat it in the oven to salvage it and the food felt stale.

Arriving at Nando's Spinningfields at 9:55 pm, we were well aware we were cutting it close, as the restaurant was due to close at 10 pm. Despite this, the staff greeted us with a warm welcome and a willingness to serve, which instantly made us feel at ease. The team was incredibly accommodating, patiently explaining the menu options and making recommendations, even though it was nearly closing time. Their professionalism and courtesy were truly commendable, and they didn't rush us at all, which is often a rarity when arriving at a restaurant so late. We decided to try the lemon & herb sauce on our chicken, and it exceeded all expectations. The sauce was a perfect blend of tangy and savory, enhancing the already succulent grilled chicken. The lemon & herb sauce provided a refreshing twist that was both light and flavorful, making it an absolute must-try for anyone visiting Nando's. It paired beautifully with the sides we chose, adding an extra layer of zest to the entire meal. We left Nando's Spinningfields not only satisfied but also impressed by the staff's dedication and their willingness to go the extra mile, made for a memorable evening. We highly recommend this location for anyone seeking great service and delectable food, regardless of the time. The interiors could have been lit well, its a great joint for a take-away.

Had a fantastic experience on a business trip today. Always pop into Nando’s as a safe option and Dylan provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. For a big chain brand like this, Dylan is a credit to the team and most certainly made my day.

The price was not wort it, kfc chicken is better. Service was fine. I had no problems with it untill a women came up to me when i was leaving and pressed me to prommise her to writ a review about this place. Would give it an overall 4star uf that lady did not come up to me. Some times its better to let people chill

Our experience was made all the better by a wonderful member of staff. We were soaked to the skin, our paper shopping bags were disintegrating and she got us a couple of plastic bags from the kitchen. Unfortunately we didn't carch her name but thankyou 👏👏👏

Been to many, many Nandos up and down the country, but the food here was the best. I don't what made it different from all the other's it was just cooked to perfection. The chicken was moist and not dry, the flavour (medium) was so tasty. I had half a chicken, the wife had wings, both with sides.

Ordering was easy, but it was a long time before our food arrived. Enjoyed the food - very tasty. Music was kept at a sensible level so it was easy to talk.

Hearing the manager say "It wouldn't be a good look if I got caught scratching my balls out here" before wandering off into the kitchen really put me off my butterfly chicken burger. I won't be going back as I'm not a massive fan of balls.

Was at nandos Springfields on March 31 at 5.40pm and had a great time incredible service on member of staff that stood out was Kelly really great service and happy to help out in anyway she could will definitely be going back

Nando's food is always a guarantee, but in this restaurant the service was the real star of the show: the moment we entered we were greeted by a waiter warning us the food would take around 25 minutes (which turned out to be exactly right), 30 seconds after our order we got our drinks, food was served very hot, with care and big smiles, while during our stay many times we were asked if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Highly recommended.

Can never go wrong with a Nandos wherever you go! Ordered the chicken thighs with chips and rice. Nice portions and all food was hot. Tried the new Saka sauce, which was pretty good actually. Nice and friendly service.

I ordered delivery through Nandos to my hotel, my delivery did not arrive meanwhile the tracking said delivered. I called and was told they tried to contact me but couldn't. I have no email and was not prompted for a phone number in the ordering. But despite this, the delivery is to A HOTEL. You can ask reception to call the room, leave the food with them, or email. Finally for some reason if this is not possible, mark the delivery as failed, not delivered, this is basic customer service. It at least makes it clear there's a problem and saves the customer going around trying to understand where precisely the food was delivered to. Lastly, to get any kind of feedback will take 24-48hr.

We visited the Spinning-fields Nando’s in Manchester on 26/1/24 and just had to compliment the service we received. One particular waiter was outstanding-Dylan. He was polite, friendly and genuinely wanted us to have a great time as it was my daughter’s birthday. We always use this particular Nando’s as we think it has such great service and lovely atmosphere from the greeter at the door to the person that takes your order. It is always spot on for cleanliness too. We will always recommend this particular restaurant for not only the yummy food but for the service. Thank you and a BIG thank you to Dylan. We’ll be seeing you soon !!

Staff fantastic, couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome...... Food very disappointing.... Not for me..... 🙁...... This particular Restaurant looking very tired these days, needs a full refurbishment tbf..... In my opinion Nando's need to up their game these days, possibly change the menu again, change decor, maybe even rebrand.... Don't get me wrong, as there are still some quality Nando's restaurants out there you will fall on in the UK...

Nando's remains one of my favourite lunch/ dinner places while I am in England I like their consistency when it comes to the menu items Chicken butterfly lemon herb still a favourite go to

Nice modern decor. This Nandos is less crowded than other Nandos restaurants in Manchester. Service was good and the food was good. If you are visiting the UK, try this popular chain and their Portuguese flame-grilled peri peri chicken as part of the experience. Nandos UK arguably has the best flavour. Other Nandos chains around the world are good, but they are not quite the same.

It is expensive for very basic and ordinary meal

In a day and age where customer service is lacking. This Nandos couldn't do enough. All staff were very friendly and keen to meet our requests. The store was very hygienic, atmosphere was great, service was fantastic and food was tasty. Thank you, look forward to visiting again whilst visiting Manchester :)

We enjoyed a group meal here , however when my friends received the wrong order- there seemed to be a lot of missed communication between the waiter who served us, the kitchen staff and the girl who took are order was then on her break so she couldn't exactly help. We were told it was getting sorted, but as time passed I politely asked the kitchen staff on my way to get some water if my friends food was going to be out soon as the rest of us were nearly done eating. I felt as if the chefs and staff in that area looked at me as if I had 5 heads and didn't seem the most friendly when I had asked them really politely. However the food was good and the people who took are orders were good at giving customer service!

Late lunch with my daughter, fairly quiet but staff were friendly and efficient. Food was pleasant but not as good as the last time I visited a Nandos in East London.

Tend to come to this Nando's branch as it's tucked away in a nice location, usually a lot less busier than other Nando's so the food comes quickly and better quality IMO as they aren't rushing to get orders out like other franchise stores

Me & my partner came here Tuesday & contracted food poisoning & both had to call in sick for work the next day. We both work in restaurants & know a lot about hygiene, we saw the chefs put tickets directly on top of the cooked food & we thought at the time if they’re doing that what else they doing back there… not a great experience!

My friends and I recently enjoyed a delightful evening meal at Nando's. The atmosphere at Nando's was vibrant and welcoming, with a lively ambiance that added to the overall dining experience. The restaurant was about half full at the time of our meal which provided some peace for us to enjoy the restaurant. My meal was comprised of quarter chicken with PERI-salted chips and Rainbow Slaw. The quarter chicken was succulent and perfectly cooked, boasting a delicious blend of flavours; fries served alongside the chicken were crispy and seasoned to perfection, they provided a satisfying crunch and acted as an excellent side dish to balance out the flavors of the main course; and the Rainbow Slaw was tasty. The variety of mouthwatering sauces allowed me to customize the taste to my liking, complementing the tender meat. I appreciate that the staff took care of us during the visit, ensuring we were comfortable and had all that we desired. We were welcomed and it was a nice touch that they bade us goodbye after our meal.
