Nando's in Bromley

Después de ordenar en línea para una recogida, me dejaron esperar 20 minutos para que la comida fuera entregada una vez que llegué al restaurante. El gerente declaró que esto se debía a un nuevo personal que no había presionado "el botón correcto". Cuando llegué a casa, faltaban artículos del pedido y la comida estaba fría. Otros 25 minutos tratando de llegar al restaurante para obtener un reembolso de los artículos faltantes.

Firstly it seemed understaffed. It’s overpriced, £7.00 for a Caesar salad and what we received was pathetic. We ordered a jumbo platter, (2 whole chickens and 5 large sides) the coleslaw was hardly a large, the corn on the corn was black, the garlic bread was tough as old boots. And they only brought us 1 whole chicken, when we should have had 2. By the time they brought us the 2nd chicken, the chips were cold. The food tasted bland and we did not enjoy it at all. And if that wasn’t bad enough, about an hour later when I was back home, my partner and I had terrible stomach pains and I vomited twice. Will not recommend at all.

We went to Nando’s Eltham for lunch although I wasn’t very hungry so just ordered some chips. They were cold so I sent them back. When they brought them back to me I thought they were hot as the first one I ate was piping unfortunately the rest were still cold. They looked & tasted like oven chips too so I left them. My husband’s food on the other hand was lovely. This is not like Nando’s as I have eaten in different branches before & have always enjoyed the food so maybe it was just bad luck.

Was among the lucky ones to get to go to the opening day at Nando's, Eltham today. Brand new location for them, and added as part of the recent regeneration programme of Eltham High Street. Have to say, although a brand new team and location everything ran smooth. Food came quickly, was cooked really well and the service was amazing. We were taken to our table by Shady, and our order clerk was Nav..... both were so friendly and helpful. The venue is spacious and although busy I didnt feel that we were cramped at all with decent space between the tables.
