Station Kebab House in City of London, Westminster

Food was delivered early but seemed uncooked. Chips were cold and I had to put them in the air fryer to finish cooking them. Kebabs were cold too.

Took 1.5hrs in total from time of ordering(25 mins longer the high end of the estimated time). Food is always nice but not this time due to being cool/cold. Disappointing after such a long wait.

the chips was not crispy, and there was no jalapeños in the salad, the delivery was fast, and I ordered the large but the food in the take away box was definitely not a large as the was a lot of space , aside the fast delivery time, I was not impressed

Ordered my food at 8.35 and turned up at 9.55 at night. Who wants to wait an hour and a half for a kebab. Salad was very shabby hardly anything in it.

They said my food was delivered and it never turned up! FULL REFUND NEEDED!!

When your order doesn’t come. And they don’t answer the phone.

Worst place very they don’t even give knife and forks for the food when you get take away , they also don’t pick up the store phone so what’s the point of having a phone or a business please fix up

Very disappointed with this order, I tried to get in touch with the restaurant directly with no answer to warn them that I found 2 foreign objects in my food. Went through just eat and all I got back was a £2-something refund even though the rest of my meal now can't be eaten because it can't be trusted.

Everything else was fine except the Burger came with nothing on it, no sauce no salad, nothing but two beef patties and the bun.

Great as closes late. 2:00AM However, our kabab had sources poured all over it as it was a home delivery.

Doner kebabs were cold and the kofte kebab was burnt Waited 1 hour for delivery from a shop 10 minutes away. Portions are tiny. Paid almost £30 for cold and burnt food

Literally came with a different order I’m not happy I didn’t order a donna kebab / I ordered a shish, kebab and a shish wrap!!! Seriously annoyed

The food was all cold the chips was hanging out the box and the delivery was late tried making contact and no answer I’m so shocked with this all and the pouring size was not good

I've ordered this meal with Uber eats and I got more food then I did today with this app also it wasn't cooked

As much as i was frustrated and hungry , I accepted the food because its good and it's Saturday and they are really busy around the time I ordered I did not realise the restaurant explained as did the delivery guy so its ok. Thanks station house 🙏

Not great. The food was really saturated in oil. The pitta bread was soaked. There was barely any salad. I don't know why it was an hour wait for delivery on a Thursday night either. Definitely had better kebabs than this.

Had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for food for the kebab to arrive like it had been frozen and tasted horrible (inedible). Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be eating here again.

They haven't delivered my food at all

Chicken dry and lacked being crispy or indeed had massive spaces with no breadcrumbs. Chips cold and soggy. Can of drink not cold. This was a really really bad experience.

The lamb shish meat was really nice, just wish there was more of it, I had 4 pieces. My partner had the 1/2 burger and he said it was spot on. The chips were really soggy, only ate 2 & cannot eat anymore..

They gave us a tiny box of soggy salad no onions no green peppers that you would expect from a kebab salad there was no lamb Donna just 4 pieces of dried cold meat and cold hard chips worse kebab I’ve ever had will never order from them again

I order on my birthday and I instead chicken donner sent me lamb donner, and from the mixed one chicken was burn looks like dogs food, I will not order again very disappointed

Really tender meat - perfectly cooked. I'm glad I forgot to tell them to hold the sour cream. It goes well with chilli sauce.

Garlic sauce was missing and no update available on Just Eat with regards to delivery ETA, but apart from that, Perfect.

Really good food and was boiling hot when arrived. Hot wings have a nice spicy kick to them….

First off my food was late, secondly the food was cold when it arrived, thirdly the food that I had ordered was not sent correctly and had missing items.. when I contacted the store to correct this, I was told I was in correct to what it said on the website. Man I spoke to was not helpful at all an persisted to tell me I was wrong even tho I was reading of the website. Terrible customer service. Won’t be ordering from here again that’s for sure!

Very small portions paid £7 odd for what 6 bits of meat

Ordered a chicken shish wrap & was delivered a chicken shish kebab pitta was soggy also order a chicken shish rice it was supposed to come with a salad salad was missing chips were over cooked was like eating crisps that's £20 wasted!

If I had known I would have to wait nearly 1.5 hours for my food would never of ordered from here. Disappointed

Well I usually don't write reviews. My order was incomplete, they didn't send me the wings and when I called to inform that, no one picked up. Didn't get the money back for the undelivered food. Sadly the food didn't taste good either

I asked for just pieces of Leg, Thighs and wings only they didn't meet my order. Instead I got breast and side price which I didn't want what so ever. I will never order from here again

The food took over 1hour to get here in total! The kebab was some what burnt and they brang me garlic mayo instead of chilli sauce. The prices were cheap thought!!

Bad food over cooked rice and everything else!!

Food wasn’t what was ordered and didn’t taste nice arrived on time but wasn’t very hot at all chips were like rubber absolute waste of money.

Very long waiting time , I ordered in good faith as I've just moved and had a busy day. I ordered a large lamb shish , it was dry and looked like it was hours old and had to be thrown away as it was cold and disgusting. Chips where cold the salad wasn't fresh at all and had bits of black on it and seemed to be unwashed. That's the first and last time I'll ever order from this establishment !

Nach einem Kneipenbummel kehrte ich hier ein um einen Döner zu essen. Das Ambiente ist typisch Schnellimbiss. Die Zubereitung ging schnell von statten. Die Qualität ist OK.

Pity I can’t give no stars. Sorry. Food still hasn’t arrived despite 3 chasers. 2 hours from ordering, they’re only a mile from me. This is supposed to be a ‘local’ hero according to Just Eat.

Avoid at all cost! This was the best kebab shop in woolwich until this evening! I received my food which was suppose to be large portions! It wasn’t it was just put into a large box! The portion would have fit in a medium box and would have been a good size medium! Don’t be fooled by the containers! When I phoned to leave feedback the guy argued with me first of all! Poor customer service and then Hung the phone up! Won’t be going there again!l

There was not my coke and I asked the driver in the note to call me and not to knock the door and when he arrived he started to knock very hard and it's always like that with JustEat drivers...Please drivers, ready the note and restaursnts be more careful with orders!!!
