Staff were very friendly! Very C19 aware. Food was overpriced and not up to much. Nice atmosphere, good WiFi/screen access.

Ordered Lunch to de delivered for staff Christmas lunch. What a great service, food turned up on time piping hot and absolutely delicious. Thank you to all the staff and I wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Sorry no photos due to eating it all lol

The restaurant is nice en have excellent Menu, very welcome en good services. The Hotel Closer to legoland. We stay for 5 days in mei 2024, en also in year 2023. en this is de second time we been there!, the room is Nice, simpel, en comfortabel. Everyday they clean the room.

The place was filthy had to clean knife and fork before using and to sive through mugs to find a clean one, all trays were filthy. Myself and husband has the breakfast both have had stomach ache all evening never again will we be going to a morrisons cafe

I popped in to Longacres last week to look at some large plant pops. I saw one that I liked but could not reach it as it was in the centre of a display. A young helpful very polite young man called JOEL came over to assist me. He managed to reach the pot and took it to the cashier. Then without me even asking, Joel picked this extremely heavy and large pot up whilst I paid for it and fitted it in to a space inside my tiny sports car. Not sure how he lifted it, without putting it in a trolley, as it weighed an absolute ton. Joel is a real asset to this company and I will return soon - having had a great experience. Order 2 chips which were £2.60 each he asks for £6 i said there £2.60 each so it's £5.20 he said the prices are 2 years out of date. He's trying to rid me off. Please never use

I’m not into writing reviews and complaining but the smellof the meat and the customer service made me write review and I feel very bad . Worst lamb chops plus bad experience ever Me and my girlfriend we went there for lunch , after 30 minutes of waiting we asked for take away After we took our food we came to workplace and opened the box of lamb chops and rice god is witness it was smelling horrible the lamb chops. Then I called the restaurant to complain about the smell they just keep telling me that meat was fresh and they received in the morning . Very disappointed completely ruined my day

This place is more suited for a drink, if there is a sport fixture you wish to watch. The restaurant is not cheap and you feel as if you are eating in a sports’ bar. The open plan design for us does not work. The old eatery, before refurbishment, was so much better; a cozy bar with TVs and bar food, and separate higher end eatery. Definitely not a change for the better! We used to visit regularly, but not anymore.

Walked from the Caravan and Camping site, couldn’t do enough for us. Did are welcome. Really enjoyed our visit and a nice walk from the caravan site.

I came here and had an avocado and bacon on the slice of bread last week and it was £8 which I thought was a bit steep for just for a slice of bacon and a bit of avocado. I’ve come back this week and it’s now £9 ridiculous for a park café. So with a latte you’re looking at £12.50! You better off bringing your own sandwiches and drinks.

We attended on Saturday morning with our toddler. We didn't order much, a coke, three coffees, a juice, and some toast. It was expensive but it was lovely. The staff were brilliant with our toddler, and the coffee was AMAZING. I even went back and ordered another as our little one was munching his toast. The staff were smart and attentive and made our little man's morning with the fist bumps. Thank you, guys. We will be returning because of the service alone, never mind the gorgeous coffee. 🥰

Such a disgusting I ordered and this is what I got the chicken skin is black from inside so much and they don’t even refund the money back
