Dacha Russian Shop in Haringey

Very well stocked with all the staples and an excellent deli. Store-made pastries are overpriced with the rest of the deli reasonable.

Bought Pirozhki, absolute rubbish, all pastry, no filling, complete waste of money. Don't bother and waste your money too

Excellent, fresh food, quick service. Plov is especially recommended, cabbage and cheese pie, cherry pie. We used Deliveroo, it arrived in 15 minutes, perfectly packaged.

Я не знаю, потому ли это, что это российское место, и Америка поддерживает Украину, но в этом неряшливом российском заведении со мной обращались самым холодным и враждебным образом, с которым я когда-либо сталкивался в бизнесе. И я объездил всю Англию! В магазин пришли две грубые и необъяснимо злые женщины, и выглядели так, будто собирались меня выкинуть, как только я вошел в магазин. Я спросил, есть ли у них Магарин или Масло, и они оба злобно посмотрели на меня. Время ползло. Я знал, что они услышали вопрос. Прошло еще время. Затем покупатель сказал: «Да, у них есть масло», и показал мне, где находится масло. Я вернулся к стойке, чтобы заплатить (3,59 фунта стерлингов). Одна из женщин зашипела и ушла. Другой схватил Масло и позвонил. Я заплатил дебетовой картой, поблагодарил ее. Она продолжала смотреть на меня каменно, с плохо скрываемым презрением. Я вышел из магазина и написал этот отзыв на телефоне. Пожалуйста, НЕ ПОПОНИЗИРУЙТЕ это мерзкое заведение! 21 Moscow Rd.

Used to be a regular customer at Fulham Road and enjoyed a friendly chat with staff until a new face arrived, probably a new manager. In pretty rude manner he spoiled my New Yew shopping on 31rst of December trying to get me out of shop while I was waiting for salads being prepared at the kitchen. The shop wasn’t overcrowded yet he told me to leave! Spent there on that night 179£ and left in tears - never again coming back there.

Before going to the shop I phoned, received answer very quickly and positive that all items that I wanted in stock. The shop itself was nice and tidy with lot’s of products. I had a quick conversation with very polite and helpful staff member. It was very nice experience. For me the most important thing is that i’ve got traditional products for Russian Orthodox Easter that I wanted and couldn’t get in my local M&S and Waitrose. I wish all the best to Dacha! Wow wee! What arrogance staff have will not be returning any time soon. Food was awful and so over priced!

Terrible customer service and no respect for customers, you people need to wake up! Save your money and go to a place that cares about people....

Awful customer service. Demanding to wear a face mask even if you are exempt. All staff wearing their masks under the chin, but they ask you to wear masks in a very rude manner. I was a very regular customer. But now....never ever again I will step in this shop. Luckily we can still vote with our "dollar" and there are plenty of other Russin shops in London. Such hypocrites. Forcing you to show exemption badge even though by the law I am not obliged. A typical rude, aggressive Russian behavior. Cheat on change sometimes, never give you a receipt only if you ask. Avoid.

Team was very polite and really helpful. Overall really good service. Good selection of products too.

Terrible customer services. Due to COVID-19-they treat customers in the shop ( east finchly) with no respect and no logic. I was doing shopping, had few items in the basket and was ready to pay ; the worker approached me and asked to leave the shop and wait outside. Usually, when premises are overcrowded customers are asked not to enter the shop. But instead , they disrespectfully pick on customers that are in and make them leave. On the entrance door only one sign-‘please wear the mask’ . How many customers do they allow in the shop ? Is it just my luck or they completely lost it ? So if any one fancy some russian sausages or honey cake be ready for humiliation.

I was pleased with the variety of goods, it felt like I was back in Russia :) bought dumplings, sour cream, pickles, sunflower seeds, candies and my favourite Napoleon cake that I missed so much. Thank you for this and your friendly service.

The shop has got on very expensive unreasonably prices . Their food mostly with palm oil and E-ingredients which are very harmful for your body and can be a reason for cancer and heart disease. You may say yes, similar you can find in Tesco, Ocado etc. products ., - Yes! but not for the huge prices! Their prices must give us ORGANIC food, not palm cheap oil. I will not go there anymore , the store must be closed, they cheating on people. Grabbers!

I highly recommend the Creme Brulee Cake....a Masterpiece of Perfect combination of just perfect flavours...All their products are really tasty....

absolutely love this place: the food is very authentic - the service is friendly and its cosy and intimate- so always has atmosphere. the menu has a really interesting range if things to try (especially those unfamiliar with Russian food) and a great desert menu. these guys know how to do desert!

Friday night and we were the only customers, we found the reason why. All dishes were pre-packed and straight from the deli counter. The starters were ok. There were only two dishes available from the main course menu. Dumplings and stuffed cabbage leaves. Unappetising and boring. This restaurant cannot possibly survive with this business model.

Могу утверждать, что это на текущий момент лучшее место с русской кухней в британской столице. Когда, соскучившись по впечатлениям детства, приехали сюда, то в это самое детство, можно сказать и окунулись. Да, это не слишком помпезно, как в одном известном ресторане в Кенсингтоне, но вкусовых впечатлений масса. Всё, что ни пробовали, вызывает только самые теплые воспоминания в душе и довольное урчание в желудке. Селедка под шубой, борщ, голубцы, котлета (нет, котлетища) по-киевски, «Птичье молоко» собственного приготовления, Тархун, Боржоми... Вы бы зашли? Ага, еще бы и вернулись не раз! Как и я. P.S. После демократичной «Дачи» настойчиво рекомендую прогулку по улице миллиардеров Bishop’s Avenue. После этого ощущение принадлежности к русской буржуазии на несколько дней обеспечены.
