An excellent country pub. Its kept its charm and cosy features - great beer and brilliant food. A real gem. We were there for mothers day and given the numbers it they took it in their stride. Brilliant.

Not recommended if you’re minority, feeling a bit discrimination, only white people get served first, such a disappointed experience

Not a great experience, the food was average! No atmosphere, the waitress was not very friendly or personable. Everything felt like a chore. Tapas Prawns were ok, salad, little gem and tomatoes with a few sunflower seeds, uninspiring and lacking taste. Albondigas (meatballs). Raw in the middle, I told the guy behind the bar, he just told the waitress to get the kitchen to get another, no apology or explanation! Second portion arrived, raw in the middle again. I returned them to the guy, he was nonplussed and said did I want something else. I did not. I would say don’t bother and I will not be returning or recommending.

Ahhh the breakfast was amazing! Proper sausages and perfectly cooked eggs, couldn't fault it at all.

We had a family dinner here and everything was amazing! As a Turkish person, I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have delicious Turkish food. Kuzu sarma beyti and lamb shank were amazingly tasty. Also, you should try desserts if you have a sweetheart tooth!

Big shout out to Isot restaurant for some delicious food (delivered on time and nicely packed with a couple of things on the house) - veg moussaka, falafel, and mix shish very tasty, amongst other dishes. Lovely people too.

Another most delicious meal - lunch this time - the gigot with wild mushrooms and pommes dauphinoises was perfect. And easy parking just outside.

Not one to leave reviews usually, but we left so full and happy with our experience I felt we had to share. What a lovely place for food and drinks. popped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and the food was really good, the service also was second to none.myself partner and 2 little boys really enjoyed our meals! And the owner and his wife are so lovely and welcoming, we had a lovely chat and they was so accommodating. Would 100% recommend, my partner said the Sunday lunch was up there with one of the best he’s had! I really wish them well

Nice Sunday lunch but very limited dessert choice, the only dessert available was cherry Eaton mess or ice cream everything else had run out. I liked the sound of cherry Eaton mess which I ordered but when it was delivered it was strawberry, no sign of cherries so I sent it back. Main course was nice though.

Very disappointing.Had a takeaway from here tonight to celebrate a birthday. Restaurant recommended by many acquaintances, not sure why. Spring rolls were solid bean shoots and not much else. Very unpleasant taste. The ribs were dry, no real sauce, very little meat on them. Prawn toast(we think, could have been wontons) tasted like pork scratchings with an unpleasant fishy filling. The chicken satay consisted of one massive bit of chicken fillet stuck on a stick. Again very dry in the middle. No evidence of it being marinated.Peanut sauce watery and hardly any flavour of peanuts. Main courses were a little better although the beef tasted revolting - recooked and did not taste fresh. Sweet and sour, ok but rather synthetic and so mild could hardly tell it was sweet and sour. Definitely would not recommend unless you like very anglicised Chinese food with little flavour. I have worked in a Chinese restaurant in England. They would be embarrassed to serve up food like this. I suppose I am spoilt by living in London for many years where you can get authentic Chinese food. This reminded me of Chinese food in England in the 1970s/80s. Only thing missing was lashes of gravy. Trying Saintfield next time. Only came here because it was open on a Monday. The management should be ashamed to be Chinese.

Food came food was cold, very little sauce in the currys and onion chutney was very dry compared to usual 😞

Visited with my sister from Wales,on the 9th of April .Even though the cafe was very busy ,we were served very quickly and didn't have to wait very long .Waitress was lovely as was the food especially the turkish cake 😍 Delightfull place to visit and I will call again next time I am in Denton .👍

Excellent atmosphere. Busy buy barman knew repeat order and never stood too long. Look after dogs too. Always been a nice place to go to.
