Ambience perfect. Friendly and accomodating staff and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to returning soon!

What a lovely place, very friendly staff and the food was superb. We had the suet pudding with mash and veg, very generous portions. We would not hesitate to visit again if ever in the area.

It was a good old pub and lots of people were here. I had chicken with bacon, peas, and sweet potatoes. Kelly had fish n chips. Beer and ginger ale, of course. The fun part was the pringle chip machine. Too funny!!!

On arrival I asked if a table was available for two people, “ have you booked ?” I replied I would not be asking if you had a table available if I had booked. After the receptionist spent a considerable time searching through various screens on her desktop we were eventually shown to our table. Drinks orders duly taken and arrived shortly. We waited for our meal order to be taken and waited and waited eventually a young lady arrived and took our meal order and again this was delivered after a wait. The food was very tasty well presented and the staff very pleasant and polite but painfully slow, why ? During our meal there must have been at least 40 tables vacant during the time we were there so what was all the looking and searching for an available table for. No offer to see if more drinks were required and no offer of a sweet menu ( management due to lack of training are missing out here). On paying my bill a staff tip ie service charge of 7.5% was added and due to the poor service I declined. I assume the Bears Paw tip everyone who delivers to them or collects refuse or dray men I think not.

A reception for my daughter's First Holy Communion took place in "Kluseczka". Everything was wonderfully prepared, the setting for the party was beautiful, the service was very nice and helpful, and the food was delicious - you couldn't go wrong with it :D I highly recommend this restaurant for all kinds of parties and more. Big applause and thanks to the manager, chefs and staff. Everything at the highest level. Thank you and we will definitely come back again 😊

Had a lovely cooked meal tonight, but the place was very busy and very noisy we were a table of four and we couldn't hear what we were saying to each other due to the noise from other tables, the service was okay but not what we expected as the waitresses were not extentive and i would often have to ask for extra drinks, and the end of the night 10.10pm I asked for a drink to end the night celebrating with friend, but this never came so paid the bill and left, and they even asked for cash !!! Love the food but not the service ! They need to look after their customers as minehead is small place and people go where they are treated special.

They don’t reopen restaurant but took reservations. I made a reservation and have got a confirmation email. I arranged for my friend’s birthday there. Restaurant was closed when we got there. I was so embarrassed.... that was a terrible experience.Luckily Hutong (in the Shard) gave us a table by the window and we had a wonderful lunch. Staff were great there. Thank you Hutong!

Amazing restaurant, with lovely food and lovely staff

This is the first visit to Back to the Garden in some time.Decided to give it another go.Had the soup which was a Thai sweet potato ( not sure on exact ingredients,but,neither was the waitress).It came with warm bread.The soup and bread were delicious.Very tasty.Also had a non alcoholic drink (can). The cost of this was a little over £12:00! I was shocked and when I got home I wondered if I had been wrongly charged.Won’t be rushing back at that price.

I recently dined at your restaurant and wanted to share some feedback about our experience. The food was truly delightful; the ragu made for a lovely starter, and the lamb was very enjoyable. However, we found some aspects of the service lacking, particularly when our waitress was unable to explain the dish thoroughly. Additionally, the atmosphere seemed off from the moment we arrived. We were unsure whom to speak to upon entering, and once seated, the lighting felt too bright, lacking warmth. Moreover, the open windows made the dining area uncomfortably cold until we requested they be closed. While these elements detracted from our experience, I believe small adjustments could significantly enhance the overall ambiance and service. Despite these points, I appreciate the quality of your food and hope my feedback is helpful.

It’s a delivery order for food. We recieved food, which.. I wish everyone who feeds could do the same…made us feel you are not just another customer. There was taste with freshness and quantity that satisfied before eating. Satiated which I am sure they will continue to do.. thank you
